The $700 billion goes to the companies of their choosing but since there are no walls between the company and the CEO's bank account, guess where it goes then? We may get something from the bad debt, but we would need to hire lawyers to do it. So how does any of this "save" our economy? Sounds like a transfer of tax dollars to wealthy people to me.
