Motorists will face amateur speed traps run by local volunteer groups in towns and villages across the country, it was revealed yesterday.
Under rules to be sent to police forces in the new year, bands of volunteers will be supplied with speed detection equipment and asked to use it to identify drivers exceeding limits in their area.
The guidelines, prepared by the Association of Chief Police Officers, will set a national pattern for schemes which have been trialled in some areas – often with controversy.
Drivers caught breaking limits by ‘community speed watch’ groups have their numberplates checked on the police national computer and are sent warning letters by police forces.

They can be targeted for prosecution if they get three letters for speeding through volunteer group traps. Motoring organisations warned yesterday that the proposals risk setting neighbour against neighbour and encouraging vigilantism. Some trial schemes had to be abandoned after they led to disputes between local people.
The decision to encourage speed trap volunteers follows the move by local councils to recruit members of the public to watch for breaches of rubbish collection and recycling rules.
That has been condemned by critics as an attempt to get neighbour to spy on neighbour. Acpo spokesman Trevor Hall said the guidelines would encourage national consistency in the schemes.

In finland, the finnish interior ministry use the homosexsual to ambush their targets especially for political reasons thats becuse the law in finland can not go after people due to their freedom of speech or activities. Finnish security police are part of political party, neo conservatives.

A) Lazy
B) Underfunded

C) Both
Nothing like jeopardizing the lives of citizens to become “Make believe Cops” to catch VERY petty criminals (whats next going after jaywalkers?). This also gives major room for error. Imagine a neighbor has a bone to pick with you, so they falsefy statements to say you were speeding etc. I smell lawsuits cooking.

People love to be given powers, that is why the younger police force is so corrupt. Giving a bunch of civilians “powers” is not a good idea, We have enough power drunk cops running around as it is, maybe we should give these “Enforcers” tazers and guns while were at it. If you don’t believe me, just talk to any security guard at wal-mart to see that they think they are just as powerfull as actual police, I laugh at these people LMAO

They gave speed guns to silly, idiotic people; that on a regular day no one would notice in their regular lives, “authirity” to tell YOU to slow down. The same thing happened in Germany. It’s a shame how many people actually get an ego boost doing the dirty work for someone else. I bet all these people that they pick to do these “rat” jobs, were all probably malested as kids, teased, bullied, beat up or dumped by gilrs.

What ever happens with citizen roadway speed monitors or anyone who is told to observe public spaces for ticketable petty crimes such as spitting on the sidewalk, observable drunken behaviour, littering or dumping, begging for food or shelter, the result that is most important to the enemy is that everyone realizes there is no community without total obedience to the police state. Your friends and neighbors will be bought for a loaf of bread and some soup to do the dirty job. You will not be able to trust anyone. Anyone who takes ‘the job’ should be ‘played’ by those who will oppose the NWO. Any messages should go unsigned. Remember the faces of those who follow the NWO. Recognise the neighbors who would turn on you and your country in case you or someone you know needs to call on them, one day.

give me that job and I’ll just point the radar at cop cars and have them sent letters. I’ll also hand out tickets for cops parking illegally. That’s about all that job is good for.
It comes down to “conflict of interests” with locals policing locals. It’s just that simple. Too much potential for bias being introduced and abuses of power. No way to confirm for a fact someone was speeding unless they have a camera with a speed display readout recording the event real time. Otherwise it’s just one citizens word against another…no proof. This will never work. More stupid ideas to co-opt uneducated people with a chip on their shoulder (and probably in their wrist) in order to assist society in chopping its own head off. People with no life donate their time to making money for the oppressive powers. NWO why don’t you do you’re own dirty work punks?

This merely serves to illustrate the level of arrogant delusion festering within Whitehall.
You’re offered one thing which in principle, sounds reasonable..catching joy-riders and brining them to justice. But in reality it’s a smoke-screen, a pretext to something far more sinister. It’s no better than ‘helping’ people back to work by ‘forcing’ them onto schemes which serve only to milk the unemployment figures and offer no real step on the employment ladder. The same for offering budgets ’solutions’ that in reality mean that those who earn less than £40,000 a year (i.e. most people), will be far worse off in 3 year’s time. Lies and deceit, over and over again.
The British people know what a criminal is; they know the difference between joy riders racing around housing estates, and families putting out their rubbish. The two are not the same and it is absolutely ridiculous to draw some kind of association between the two. If you seriously think I am going to hang around my neighbour’s trash, or spy on them for your benefit you can think again.
These measures are ultimately there to keep people in their place, plain and simple..to respect authority without question, until that authority is a law unto itself. However, thanks to the information age and something called backbone, the English do not tolerate tyrants of any kind regardless of who they are. You work for us, not the other way round. Demonising people and manipulating the media on behalf of the private banking cartels won’t alter this fact.
