"On the other hand - I personally don’t see why “on earth” do we even need to know whether there is a god or whether there was a big bang or not. And what I mean is that, in my opinion, there are far more important questions out there right NOW that need to be answered first… eh?"

Well, many people take questions such as "why are we here?", "what is our purpose in life?", and "where do we originate from?" very seriously and for many, there is a spiritual ingredient present in the possible answers to these kinds of questions. Many ancient mystics even say that our desire to know the answers to these questions contain ingredients of the very answers we seek. That is to say, that our desire our yearning to know our point of origin and purpose for being is the experience of what we call "God" present within our spirits calling us to our final destination: back to union with The Divine. I now some may not agree with that, but we should all be more tolerant of each other's beliefs. We know there are radical people out there, and I understand that, but I can't begin to count how many different conversations of this type that devolve into a sea of condescending remarks and arguments about which belief is better or more right. We don't have all the answers, can't we be more humble and open-minded. Evolution is junk, Creationism is junk, etc. etc. I have come across a theory that ties Creationism and Evolution(Big Bang) together quite convincingly. Doesn't mean it's right, but it's something to consider. Points of commonality are really more important than points of contention of which there will be no end. I don't think Religion and Science have to be mutually exclusive. Those who do, may be right, or may be wrong, but I think they just not have come across information that would cause them to consider otherwise.

David Nastor: "now they have changed their mind about the BB theory and deny it usually."

Well, for what I've understood is that generally the big-bang theory is only considered as the "most plausable" theory to explain the "beginning" - meaning it's not an "absolute truth" nor is it considered a perfect theory either.

Nothing's perfect - not even life itself, which some claim is a creation of god/s.

If it one day turns out there's a god - or even more of them - and I didn't believe in him/her/it/them or whatever - well, that's my very own "little" problem then and not anybody else's, not?

If on the other hand, it one day turns out that there isn't a (single) god out there, well, that doesn't mean it's the end of the world for people who think/thought otherwise, or is it?

For all I know - fundamentalists - both in science and religion - are potentially dangerous to other people - and I guess religious-fundamentalist scientists (with freemasonry/occult backgrounds) are possibly the most dangerous ones and for obvious reason.

Scientific conditioning + social & genetic engineering + other misuse of science (eugenics, global warming, gmo etc.) and religions (jewish, christian, islamist etc.) are all parts of the NWO-enslavement plan - and behind this very plan is yet another religion - the religion of freemasonry.

In other words - you can't fight these people who believe in the devil by simply believing the opposite god figure(s). This is not a hollywood-film - and as much as I'd wish...

"Another reason that scientists are so prone to throw the baby out with the bath water is that science itself, as I have suggested, is a religion. The neophyte scientist, recently come or converted to the world view of science, can be every bit as fanatical as a Christian crusader or a soldier of Allah. This is particularly the case when we have come to science from a culture and home in which belief in God is firmly associated with ignorance, superstition, rigidity and hypocrisy. Then we have emotional as well as intellectual motives to smash the idols of primitive faith. A mark of maturity in scientists, however, is their awareness that science may be as subject to dogmatism as any other religion."

--------------------------------------------------
"Darwin's book, On the Origin of Species, was published in 1859. It is perhaps the most influential book that has ever been published, because it was read by scientist and non- scientist alike, and it aroused violent controversy. Religious people disliked it because it appeared to dispense with God; scientists liked it because it seemed to solve the most important problem in the universe-the existence of living matter. In fact, evolution became in a sense a scientific religion; almost all scientists have accepted it and many are prepared to 'bend' their observations to fit in with it.

-------------------------
"Directed by all-powerful selection, chance becomes a sort of providence, which, under the cover of atheism, is not named but which is secretly worshipped...To insist, even with Olympian assurance, that life appeared quite by chance and evolved in this fashion, is an unfounded supposition which I believe to be wrong and not in accordance with the facts."

-------------------------
"The more one studies palaeontology, the more certain one becomes that evolution is based on faith alone; exactly the same sort of faith which it is necessary to have when one encounters the great mysteries of religion."

WASHINGTON - Around the world, a handful of scientists are trying to create life from scratch and they’re getting closer.

Experts expect an announcement within three to 10 years from someone in the now little-known field of “wet artificial life.”
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20249628/
this article goes on to say:
"that once the container is made, if scientists add nucleotides in the right proportions, then Darwinian evolution could simply take over.

“We aren’t smart enough to design things, we just let evolution do the hard work and then we figure out what happened,” Szostak said.
--------------------------------------
The idea that evolution precludes creation...or eliminates any creators...may very well be nothing more than the opinion of a closed mind, and an opinion that perhaps is not well thought out.

On earth here...scientists claim to be getting close to CREATING life from scratch...so it certainly appears that creation is [at least]possible.

If creation is possible..then creators may indeed exist.

If creators can create life, as in the article above, they plan on using evolution as PART OF THE CREATION package.
Therefore evolution and creation, rather than being at odds, may in fact, be symbiotic in nature.

The great question?

"Then who created the creators [or God]?" becomes a straw man as a very simple answer exists.

The creator(s)[or God] may very well have simply EVOLVED until their science was sufficient to create life. It's a possibility.

Having said all that.. Since even atheist scientists are in disagreement over darwinism, and i certainly am not a scientist.. it is hardly my place to laugh at other peoples' beliefs.
---------------------------
"One is forced to conclude that many scientists and technologists pay lip-service to Darwinian theory only because it supposedly excludes a creator."

Dr. Michael Walker, Senior Lecturer — Anthropology, Sydney University. Quadrant, October 1982, page 44.
------------------------
It appears that evolution science is akin to Man made global warming science - based on some kind of dogmatic consensus.

This distraction of introducing/or bashing religion is of no benefit or relevance as to whether 911 was an inside job, or whether a new world order is being constructed around us.

sorry for the long post.

peace.

You're both wrong. We were not created by "God", nor did we evolve from pond scum. However, that has nothing to do with our current problem.During the Vietnam war we were fighting the "Communists". Then the "war on drugs". Now we're battling "Terrorists". What next, the boogey man? As long as we are divided by race and religion we will never win. United we stand, divided we fall. I think we are doomed to fail because of our own stupidity.

ShenK,
now they have changed their mind about the BB theory and deny it usually. evolutionists usually change their mind about every one of their points when it is convenient, when it is proven as false or simply doesnt make sense any longer. it is a religion of its own.

Still on THIS subject of fighting the NWO, we need to unite and be on the same page and leave the other issues for the party after we win our country back. because we just need to win.

along the way to the finish line im sure that any athiests will see that God is real.

one really GOOD proof is that Alex is the ONLY person to have infiltrated the Bohemian Grove and not be placed in jail. No hassles, he walks right in, grabs the proof, has them admit it later in the news that it is true and now shed light on the satan worshippers.

so, i believe that without God, Alex would be in jail right now or never got in like he did and no one would have learned the truth about that owl worshiping/mansexfest meeting place. so so weird. and they think that us Christians are weird? cmon.

I’ll rephrase my main point: Atheists, rationalists, agnostics (who are more represented in the formally educated community…which I would not suggest is intellectually superior, or even necessarily more “educated” at all… SHOULD NOT be excluded from this movement because they are capable reasoners of immense value, and because they are not truly different from those whom some would suggest are their opposite. Whether God grants them, or their are inherent, we have certain inalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness/property.

JC thanks for you thoughts, i certainly agree.

ShenK - "FOR EVERY CREATION THERE’s A CREATOR" you say...

Well, I happen to believe in the evolution theory - which on the other hand doesn't mean there's no god. It just says that we're related to all the other "creations" - or creatures - as well.

Anyway - my point is that whereas science does not automatically rule out the existence of a god - or gods for that matter - well, to me the bible isn't exactly proof of god's existence either.

For all I know, we could all just be part of a ultra-hi-tech-inter-dimensional-video game of somekind reaching its' last and final level...

To see what's really behind George "skull&bones" Bush's "order of death", you need to see the documentary "the lightbringers - the emissaries of jahbulon (history of freemasonry)" - as W's lord (of darkness) is actually named jahbulon and their real enemy all of humanity:

Another film worth watching is "the illuminati":

manbearpig - "I’m an atheist, yet I must confess I haven’t seen a scientific study that proves there’s no god. Anyone?"

Because God does exist, that said, you should really consider bringing your soul to the true faith and welcome God and his son Jesus in your heart.

It's like evolutionists out there that keep claiming earth and universe was formed by a big bang (non sense), evolution does not provide any evidence, actually, it never did. Creationism is the truth. Evolution is not. Creationism is what gives better answers to understand how God made his wonderful creations.

I believe God's first creation was angels and if I'm not mistaken Satan rebelled against God long before earth was made. Nothing in our world or universe was made by coincidence or an explosion. Universe couldn't have appeared out of nowhere as if it had personal desires like "I want to show up for the earth inhabitants to see me!", someone created it and it was God who created it. Even in our planet nothing comes up out of pure coincidence, imagine a cup or a computer, it would be silly to say it was created by a Big Bang (lol).

That said I'll make a big note: FOR EVERY CREATION THERE's A CREATOR!
