This is what gave me cancer of the tongue, gave my nephew brain tumers at age 1, killing him with more tumors 7 years later, and caused my best friends horrible thyroid conditions.

RO & Distilled are great if we add small microns of iron, copper, carbon, magnesium and sodium bicarbonate. They will prevent us robbing minerals that our bodies need for electrochemical nerve responses and hormone output. Sucks to think that the end of life as we know it will come to an abrupt end.

do NOT drink distilled or Reverse Osmosis water unless you can add all of the important minerals that are in clean tapwater.

I haven’t figured out what to do yet- but I’ve read many reports telling how not ingesting essential minerals (lets exclude flouride or perchlorate, jesus) is quite detrimental over any length of time.

They say distilled or RO is great for indiscriminately “flushing” things from your cells/body- toxins AND beneficial minerals alike.

DAMNIT!

As far as I know, distilled water should not have any fluoride/fluorine in it. However, I have heard rumors of a toxic chemical that “seeps” out of plastic containers into the water. I have also heard that it is best to distill your own water or drink collected rain water. I’m not sure if it is safe to drink acid rain, so don’t try it.
