I just got back from a flight today, DHS searched my checked-in luggage and left a little note saying they did. A handout that was in my luggage was all crumpled up by them, it was several articles exposing the global warming hoax.

Then they sent me thru the explosive detection puffing stall while my purse and computer were left unattended at the X-ray machine.

This happened to me while returning from a Freedom and Liberty conference held in the Dallas area at a major hotel. Of course I have blonde hair and blue eyes and over 50, so they think this is the new terrorist?

Pete: there are easier and safer (in terms of not getting into trouble yourself) ways to disrupt airport traffic than the ones that you mention. For example, the good old-fashioned anonymous phone call from a phone booth. Cheap, safe, and effective. Wear gloves and disguise your voice. Make it a frequent affair; at least once a week could just about ruin a busy airport’s business. Amazing what you can still buy with just a quarter.

Here is what I would like to see happen by way of an action against these goons:

Have as many people in on the little scam for one particular flight as possible, ready to cause as much grief as possible as far as the TSA people go, with the idea of causing a bottleneck for one particular flight. Have as many different ideas as possible, all the things that TSA goons are known to hold people up for. The idea would be to get a flight delayed. The entire event should be covertly videocammed, perhaps live on the web to ensure that footage doesn’t get lost via confiscation. The followup would be as many separate lawsuits as possible.

Another measure might be passing out tri-fold flyers outside of the secure areas, encouraging passengers to contact an attorney that is hand picked ahead of time for lawsuit purposes. The activity of passing out flyers, although protected via the first ammendment, may be subject to harrassment and arrest, this too should be videocammed and it is itself a great setup for a lawsuit.

If you choose not to go through this type of treatment, can you turn around and walk away?, or will you be tackled, handcuffed, feet tied, gagged, pepper sprayed, and tasered 10 times and then halled off to the county jail for the weekend.

This is typical stuff (have had it happen to me on a lesser level) Waiting to be harassed without just cause. Taking X-Rayted photos of everyone… Making you undue your belt so they can look inside and actually see what your packing. Its the typical police state they would like to enforce at all levels… unfortunately for them in the airline industry they are causing it to crumble as many are tired of the harassment of people making a few bucks over min wage to decide you need to pull your pants down or else…
