Three top scientists have once again contradicted the claim that a “consensus” exists about man-made global warming with research that indicates CO2 emissions actually cool the atmosphere, in addition to another peer-reviewed paper that documents how the IPCC overstated CO2’s effect on temperature by as much as 2000 per cent.
Professor George Chilingar and Leonid Khilyuk of the University of Southern California, and Oleg Sorokhtin of the Institute of Oceanology of the Russian Academy of Sciences have released a study that they claim completely contradicts the link between CO2 and global temperature increases.
“The writers investigated the effect of CO2 emission on the temperature of atmosphere. Computations based on the adiabatic theory of greenhouse effect show that increasing CO2 concentration in the atmosphere results in cooling rather than warming of the Earth’s atmosphere,” states the preamble to the paper.
(ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW)
The full study, which appears in the Energy Sources journal, is sure to cause ire amongst climate cult adherants.
No global warming has been observed for the past 10 years as temperatures have gradually declined and studies indicate that there will be no further warming for the next 10 years.
In a related development, the peer-reviewed Physics and Society journal has published evidence proving that the UN IPCC’s 2007 climate summary “overstated CO2’s impact on temperature by 500-2000%.”
According to the paper, “Computer models used by the UN’s climate panel (IPCC) were pre-programmed with overstated values for the three variables whose product is “climate sensitivity” (temperature increase in response to greenhouse-gas increase), resulting in a 500-2000% overstatement of CO2’s effect on temperature in the IPCC’s latest climate assessment report, published in 2007.”
The paper also outlines evidence to confirm that Mars, Jupiter, Neptune’s largest moon, and Pluto warmed at the same time as Earth warmed, a factor attributed to the Sun having been more active than at almost any other time in the past 11,400 years.
The paper concludes, “CO2 enrichment will add little more than 1 °F (0.6 °C) to global mean surface temperature by 2100.”

I’ve said it since I first heard about it.
Man made global warming is B.S.
It’s a form of control, they want to regulate how many children we can have and they want to tax us for carbon.
It’s all Lies, Lies, and more lies. This is another blow to the world elite. We will not submit to your B.S. anymore. The day of awakening is approaching.
Kudos to these scientist who are speaking up.
July 16th, 2008 at 12:49 pm
If every scientist in the world apart from one said C02 is a myth they would go with the one and tax us regardless. I want a clean and responsibly run planet, but the rich will still be flying around the world whilst the other 99.9% live in the dirt. I wonder what David De Rothchild’s carbon footprint is? Considering all the air miles he has knocked up and trees cut down to print that inaccurate school propaganda book. Evil hypocrites!
July 16th, 2008 at 1:44 pm
When writing a story on global warming you should use a picture of a smokestack, not a cooling tower. Whether for or against the global warming scam, using a shot of cooling towers only sensationalizes the story, pro or con. Use the truth, don’t sink to the level of the propagandists.
July 16th, 2008 at 2:27 pm
I really like AJ & everything, but I just ignore these kinds of anti-climate change articles. I have no doubt that the govt will use climate catastrophe to its advantage to further clamp down on people, but it doesn’t change the fact that there are serious environmental problems. People depend on the earth to survive just like all the other animals.
July 16th, 2008 at 2:28 pm
I agree with you, Rick, but technically water vapor is a greenhouse gas.
July 16th, 2008 at 3:16 pm
Humans are responsible for a whopping 2%, of warming. The majority comes from solar cycles, not global warming. Now, they call it “climate change”. Well it’s a given that with “el Nino, La Nina”, solar flares, sunspots, and other events throughout our solar system that “change” is permanent. So what’s with all the hysteria? There is no perfect climate, if you want that stay indoors!
July 16th, 2008 at 3:22 pm
Yawn…….Yet another feeble attempt by you to say that the consensus on Global Warming is contradicted by a few Oil industry hacks. I don’t expect you to publish who these people are, nor do I expect Alex Jones, Rivero, and other Right Wingers. Don’t you guys get it?
Stick to 9/11, Israel, and police state. Otherwise you are fodder for ridicule.

When that moron Al Gore got a Nobel Prize, I definitely ‘got it’.
July 16th, 2008 at 3:37 pm
Global Warming is a hoax. The winter of 2008 was the coldest on record worldwide. And the spring of 2008 was the coldest on record in the USA’s Pacific Northwest, where record winter snow depths remained in the higher elevations much longer than normal.
This graph of data from the Vostok ice cores shows us several things:
That global Co2 levels have been higher in the past without making the
polar bears go extinct.
That global CO2 levels rise and fall in response to global
temperatures, which means that CO2 DOES NOT cause Global Warming.
That the world is actually approaching the onset of a return to Ice Age
conditions, as was predicted by leading climatologists during the 1970s.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I.....rature.png
The Global Warming hoax provides a means for political
manipulators to use the cover of ‘environmentalism’ to promote an agenda for increased corporate and elitist dominance throughout the world. The implementation of “Carbon Trading’ schemes, in which nations, companies, and even individual citizens will be allowed a limited number of ‘carbon credits’, will legitimize the dominance of developed counties over developing countries, of powerful corporations over emerging companies, and of wealthy individuals over their underprivileged countrymen.
In the ‘Carbon Trading’ scheme, industries and nations are to be awarded with ‘carbon credits’ based on their past history of greenhouse gas emissions; this means that the corporations and nations that already produce the most greenhouse gasses will be given permission to continue doing business as usual. The ‘carbon credit’ scheme will promote monopolism and stifle competition because fledgeling companies will not be permitted to increase their ‘carbon footprint’ in an effort to compete with established companies unless they purchase the right to
do so in the form of ‘carbon credits’ from an established company. A new form of business that will ‘broker’ the transfer of ‘carbon credits’ has already been created, and the Global Warming cheerleader Al Gore has shrewdly invested heavily in it. Many people in developing nations oppose the imposition of an international ‘carbon credits’ scheme, because they know that the developing nations will inevitably be allowed a paucity of ‘carbon credits’, while the developed nations recieve the lion’s share.
The imposition of ‘carbon credits’ on individual citizens will not mean that Al Gore and Nelson Rockefeller will be limited by law to riding in a Prius instead of a limo or to living in a 800 square foot budget apartment instead of a palatial mansion. In the Brave New World of ‘carbon credits’, some citizens will continue to be more ‘equal’ than others. Much more ‘equal’.
July 16th, 2008 at 3:50 pm
Honestly guys….no matter how u slice it what humans are doing can’t be good for the environment. Oppose the carbon taxes if you wish but once again, this is a topic Alex Jones should really steer clear of because it opens him up to ridicule. I believe the US government had some involvement, or knowledge of 9-11 prior to it occuring, I believe Israel pulls a lot of strings and I believe there may well be a global effort to control the masses by a few individuals (how could it be otherwise?) but I don’t buy into the “global warming is a myth” theory- or that it’s a natural cycle.
Please Alex stick to the real issues of government corruption and elite control.
July 16th, 2008 at 3:52 pm
Alex stick to the real issues!!!!
July 16th, 2008 at 3:53 pm
Regardless of who is to blame, the earth is going through natural changes, but, and this is my belief, trash, contamination from nuclear waste and other harmful effects may make the earth that much harder. By making the earth work that much harder because of contamination, corporations like: Ecoloblue.com and Berkey Water Filter which advertises on Alex Jones’ Show is doing well. But pretend that it’s not man’s fault at all, that we can contaminate and the earth is not affected. Yet we’re on the verge of possibly going through another ice age. If that’s true, then are we prepared to protect more than 300 million U.S. citizen from the natural extremes? I don’t think so, because, all the money is going to Halliburton and the elite
July 16th, 2008 at 3:57 pm
Dormammu….
The oil companies fund the environmentalists…Try looking into the donors of the Natural Resource Defense Council for just one of thousands examples. Friends of Earth, Sierra Club, Nature Conservancy all get millions from tax-free foundations (intelligence fronts) that use old industrial money from the 1900’s to fund radical social engineering projects. The goal? It’s called the Post-Industrial Society, try looking it up. That’s if you could ever admit to yourself that you were played like a fiddle by Wall Street, foundations and the oil companies….congrats.
I would type for hours and hours but I get a feeling you don’t really matter.
But for those who can research I would try the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, Top-Fortune 100 companies (including Chevon, BP, Dow, Monsanto, Alcoa and Royal Shell) getting together and letting you know how to reduce your standard of living and accept carbon taxes while Rockefeller-owned “carbon advisory firms” (On the IPCC panel), Al Gore, Maurice Strong and thousands of enterprising technocrats get behind the scam to fleece you with the hundreds of global taxes proposed by the U.N (which are implemented through the designates in every Western country in the world)
Ask yourself, what is an 80% reduction of the deadly CO2 going to do to the biosphere by 2050? And why do India, China and Brazil and other top emitters of CO2 (even if it was a pollutant..which its not) not have to accept any regulations whatsoever?
Another part of Third-world America..dismantling industrial society, restricting choice in every way, abstract ideologies (like this green religion) which control every action of government and proselytizing charlatans who stand to line their pockets when idiots like you decide that your a blight and you need you start “giving back to the earth”.
Also, the environmentalists need to stop harping on Exxon…true, they do give money (small compared the Enviro-money) to GW skeptics…but there is a huge internal power struggle right now between the Rockefellers and the independent CEO of Exxon. Rockefellers are trying desperately to use their influence within Exxon to get them on board with the scam…but the shareholders voted them down. REGARDLESS, every single other oil company gives billions to every radical environmental/social engineering group you could imagine.
Is that OK? Are Chevon, BP and ROYAL Shell cool cause they support anthropogenic global warming and sustainable development? Do you know how to read corporate annual reports? It’s pretty easy.
You people who use the tired, old line about being funded by the oil companies when you dare to oppose the hoax doctrine of neo-fuedalism ( i mean MAN-MADE global warming) need to stop taking your talking points from NPR and Mother Jones, and do some research about where environmental money really comes from– you complete morons. If your part of ANY mainstream enviro-group (except Greenpeace) you are funded by industrials, oil companies, central banks, tax free foundations and the most rapacious people on the planet.
Have fun being totally clueless about how this stuff really works..

ok, so it takes a village idiot…have any of you ever used an ice tray to make ice…notice how the ice builds up when it is frozen…and if you forget to use it, the ice melts and takes up less room…so, if ice when it melts takes up LESS space, why if the icebergs melt do people think we will have flooding…??? oh wow…basic physics…and are not these guys on TV the same ones who in the 70’s told us we were going into a new ice age ??? yup, a little more grey, but they look pretty much the same…and why do you think any of these fools has any idea when they say that temperatures have changed…maybe it’s just me, but is it not just in the last 25 years or so that we have enough satellites in space to argue that we can analyze everything…so if we only have about 25 years of data, how can these clown scientists argue that there are any patterns that they can honestly describe…they can’t, but hey, some one has to sit there and look pretty in between the TV commercials…later kemosabe…

Alex Morfesis, you are comparing apples with oranges. Water does expand when frozen, but you forget that it is not neutraly bouyant. If you take a glass of water filled with ice, the water level rises when the ice melts. Something like 1/10th of an iceberg in the sea is above water. So if the ice caps did melt, then the ocean would rise. How much, I couldn’t tell you.
Lucky for us though, God promised Noah that the Earth would never again be destroyed by water. I completely agree with everything else you said. These guys are full of sh**. I think we have other issues to deal with besides the “evil threat of CO2,” like a nuclear holocaust perhaps.
July 16th, 2008 at 7:10 pm
as a student of both political rhetoric and environmental science, i’m pretty astonished by the increasingly ridiculous nature of prison planet’s articles. contrary to assertions made in this piece, there absolutely is a consensus within the scientific community as to the legitimacy of the “man-made” warming theory. the consensus is that the theory is sound. of course, since this narrative runs contrary to what jones and the rest of the far-right conspiracy fringe peddles, those who subscribe to (read: accept as gospel) only these kinds of websites are limiting themselves to a very contrived and naive point of view. no amount of cyclical footnoting or inter-”truth” site referencing will change this fact. i wish people would realize how much of a propagandist jones is.
July 16th, 2008 at 8:24 pm
Hey Josh. Since when is science decided by “concensus” instead of fact. The “theory” is just that, a theory put forth by those who stand to make a ton of money, i.e. Al Gore promoting chicken little. YOu should know better or have they changed your course to Environmental Concensus.
July 16th, 2008 at 8:41 pm
Cooter: This is pretty basic physics:
Suppose the ice has density d1 and the water has density d2. The Ice will achieve a force balance when the potential energy of it rising in height is equal to the potential energy loss of the water which it had formerly displaced filling the void below. This is trivially computed to be that the mass of the submerged ice is d1/d2 of the total ice mass.
If the ice melts then its volume changes to d2/d1 of what it had been as ice. Since this is equal to the volume of the ice that had been previously under water, the water level does not rise. Neither does it fall, it just stays the same.
The rise that people are concerned about is if the frozen ice on land melts. Most of this is trapped in Antarctica (very far below zero) and I assure you it is quite safe from melting from a few degrees rise in temperature, even if that does come.
July 16th, 2008 at 9:15 pm
geomac: legitimate consensus is reached at the academic level, principally by professors and researchers whose motivations are essentially unbiased; not by some cadre of political and economic powerhouses (e.g., al gore, the wwf or greenpeace). don’t be so quick to equate the latter with the former. there is a fundamental distinction to be made between the research that is done by academics and the hot-button political expediency of a movie like an inconvenient truth which, flawed to no end, seeks to distort reality for its own political agenda. to be certain though, al gore’s influence has by no means permeated academia; consensus in this sector has existed for years and, not surprisingly, fallen somewhere between the far left’s environmental doomsday scenario and the right’s “global warming is bs” stance. but, of course, a moderate conclusion such as this doesn’t exactly make for a riveting conspiracy theory, now does it?
July 16th, 2008 at 9:24 pm
Josh: So you are saying the Earth has not been cooling the past 10 years? Are you saying the sun’s energy wasn’t elevated the past 20 or so years? What facts do you have to counter these theories?
July 16th, 2008 at 9:47 pm
josh:
that Global Warming is caused by, or largely cause by, human activity IS NOT the complete consensus of scientists. There are many dissenters from that theory, including more than 30,000 who have signed a statement to that effect. Anyway, science is not a religion that demands obedience to a dogma, and science is not a democracy in which the majority opinion must prevail.
I personally am absolutely not right-wing; most people would identify me as radically left-wing. I despise air polution and I have no respect for unregulated Capitalism. Because of research that I was doing on the subbject of long-term climatology prior to the advent of the current Global Warming hysteria, I think that Global Warming is a transient phenomena that is very probably not caused by human activity.
July 16th, 2008 at 9:56 pm
has anyone got a full copy of the article and not just the abstract? I’d like to critic the methodology of the study before i accept any conclusions. thanks!
July 16th, 2008 at 10:02 pm
I recently read a study that showed scientists to fairly evenly divided on whether or not global warming is man made or not. I personally do not know. Alex has a gueston debunking the theory and I can find someone who debunks them. This is not simple stuff 9-11. This is a very complex phenomenon. My question is how Alex can be so certain that it is not man made given that scientists are divided. That means that many also believe that it is cause d by man and they are not goverment operatives. They are experts that have arrived at a conclusion they believe is reasonable. So how are you so sure Alex?
July 16th, 2008 at 10:11 pm
jack and gregory: i sincerely respect your opinions and agree with much of what you say. perhaps i should clarify my point, which is that the dogma surrounding the anti-man-made hysteria is, largely, just as feverish and exaggerated as the eco-doom camp. i will try to dig up some of my old literature on this issue, but to sum it up, while it’s true that many scientists have legitimate cause for dissent over the man-made paradigm, an equally weighty constituent supports it, with the reservation that the “doomsday scenario” is an absurd exaggeration largely created by politicians and so-called “environmental advocacy” groups. check out some of bjorn lomborg’s writings for some interesting info. in the mean time i’ll look for some of my old peer-reviewed papers.
July 16th, 2008 at 10:14 pm
One thing being ignored by most of the community is the fact that there is conclusive evidence, in polar ice sheets, proving this planet cyclically warms and cools with a variance of about 10 degrees centigrade. One half of the cycle typically occurs over a period of about 5-10 million years, and then remains at the highest global temp for about 65 million years (if I remember correctly), and then falls again to the low average of approximately 12 degrees centigrade over an identical 5-10 million year period. We currently are at, or very near, the low average…so no matter what, the temp is going to rise significantly sometime in the future. The global warming alarmists are just out to make money, and as we all know, this type of behavior is what leads to monumental and destructive changes and will certainly be used by the globalists to further their agendas. Brock…bitch about something worth while, this has been an important and divisive issue for some time, and will remain one. Alex speaks far too much truth to pretend one can choose what issues he will address.
Josh, why don’t you just say what you want and quit being a nancy boy about calling this site lies. You use the words propagandist, contrived and naive because you need to attack this site and its loyal readers personally, rather than deal with the information…just the facts maam. Political Rhetoric? AND Environmental Science?? ooooo! sumbudys edumacatid, but a rather noteworthy combination of degrees, did mommy refuse to breast feed you? Damn, you could produce YOUR own “Indiscernable Truth” movie and make millions to run for p-p-p-President! Looks like somebody did their homework.
A consensus means almost nothing these days, and also deserves a rather bad rap for activities in the past. I don’t care if fifty million people are walking north, if there is a cliff in front of them, I’m joining the seven people walking south. Your textbook, regurgitatable “knowledge” doesn’t seem to have done you much good. Note: A consensus used to burn and drown witches, genius.
July 16th, 2008 at 10:28 pm
When I first started reading Prison Planet, I was pretty dismissive of the claims that the Anthropogenic Global Warminig (AGW) hypothesis was false. In my mind, this did tarnish Alex’s credibility. But I started to research the subject, and to my amazement, not only did I find that there is far from a scientific consensus on this issue, but that the AGW hypothesis was riddled with problems.
I am not prepared to categorically state that human-sourced greenhouse gas emissions do not contribute to AGW. I believe that there is still a great amount of room for further scientific discovery on this point. And the fact remains that increased levels of greenhouse gases will result in warming. However, there is a lot of credible, peer-reviewed research (not funded by Exxon or the other oil companies) that suggests that natural factors have not been properly taken into account by the advocates of AGW. Further, when many of the foundational pillars of AGW are carefully scrutinized, the lack of analytical rigour is astounding.
Where I strongly differ from Alex and the boys is in their belief that AGW is part of the global New World Order conspiracy. While I can’t claim that to be the case absolutely (that is, I am sure that some of the global elitists see this as an opportunity to advance their agendas), I think that the prevalence of AGW hypothesis within the media and culture is due to far more mundane and innocuous reasons. I think that issues of careers, reputations, funding grants, the media love for alarmism, etc. have contributed far more to AGW’s broad acceptance within our culture than anything the NWO has pulled off. This is where I think Alex needs to cool his rhetoric.
July 16th, 2008 at 10:49 pm
To anyone who does not believe that the Globalist’s could pull off something this big, research “Common Purpose” that is taking over many parts of the EU. They also have various factions here in the US and Canada. People need to quit trying to convince themselves that there are not incredibly large and complex secret societies and conspirators in this world. That is all human’s are; conspirators. That is all human’s do every day, however transparent and benign.
The use of fear to control people is extremely stong, be it in any form…fear of denial, fear of loss, fear of self, etc, etc. Moreover, the truly pervasive and ultimately destructive entities use many different levels of fear. Much of what is happening now is an obvious “merger” of some sorts between some very powerful and nefarious forces. Fortunately, they are rather inept on some very important issues, and also rather full of themselves…oh, and total cowards. Therefore, they will eventually lose.
July 16th, 2008 at 10:51 pm
abbbbsolutely.
July 16th, 2008 at 11:02 pm
The idea that global warming is caused by human activities is absolutely a NWO conspiracy. It’s a golden opportunity to shove global government down our throats. Global problems need global solutions, so by pushing global warming they get the environmentalists on the left lobbying for the same thing as the fascists imperialists on the right: more centralized control.
Like most people that visit this site I am generally in favor of anything that the Bush Administration/Multinational Corporations dont like. So I assumed that since Bush is constantly minimizing the effects of global warming then it must be a really big problem. Now, taking whatever Bush says and reversing it is generally a good way to find out the truth, but by some miracle W actually got this one right. In this case the NWO agenda is actually at odds with the politcal right. Remember, the NWO operates through all aspects of society, including both political parties and the scientific establishment.
I totally took the bait on the ‘global warming is caused by man’ idea until I read David Icke’s latest book. I still wasnt convinced so I did some more research and found, like Rob, that there isnt nearly a “scientific consensus” and that alot of the popular claims made by environmentalists are drastic misrepresentations of the truth.
July 16th, 2008 at 11:13 pm
There is also not a concensus that global warming is not man made.
July 17th, 2008 at 12:51 am
commonsense….
do you feel warmer on earth???
have you lost your winter season….
have your lost snow….
have you lost rain….
NO NO and NO NO…..
everthing still seems to be the same….
sun comes up… sun goes down…..
all 4 seasons pass and everything has been the same for the last couple of million years…

That photo is a nuclear reactor. All that comes out is steam, Not CO2.
On the topic, even if global warming is a fraud that doesn’t give and excuse to keep wasting resources. Hybrid cars are a fraud, the Hummer H3 takes less energy to produce and run in it’s lifetime than a Pruis or similar hybrid.
July 17th, 2008 at 3:13 am
I think Alex Jones has picked up on this issue because a theory and not a fact is been used to plan further control and taxes on us all. The jury is still out on what is causing it but the leaders and corps have already started using it to full advantage and don’t want to listen to the counter claims.
I find it ironic that a simple man goes to work 30 miles from his home because he can’t find a job locally through no fault of his own. He works for a company which pollutes the environment and keeps the shareholders happy first and foremost. He lives in a world of consumerism where a washing machine has planned obsolescence so he has to replace it every few years. That is the world he lives in but he didn’t create that world. But the people who did create that world and profiteered from it now want the simple man to pay for the mess they created. The rich elite will carry on regardless whilst we pick up the tab for their lavish lifestyles, again! If the elites closed all their businesses which damage the environment and exploit the poor to live a simple life I wouldn’t be so cynical of the C02 tax. But its ‘Do as I say not as I do’.
July 17th, 2008 at 3:18 am
“There is also not a concensus that global warming is not man made”
You are quite correct, but I find it refreshing that somebody is at least attempting to give an alternative to the completely one-sided stories we read in mainstream media every day.
Nobody is claiming a consensus view that man ISN’T warming the planet but people want to know more before succumbing to various ‘carbon credit’ schemes or whatever else will mean spending more cash in these times of recession.

‘Fire and Ice’
Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I’ve tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.

I like Alex Jones’s approach quite a bit,and as an Australian, we are having some drought problems, water supply problems, and crazy government decisions to boot.I simply dont think Australian Greens etc. are co-conspirators,but maybe just simply inclined to think, about individuals on a personal basis. So if the young Rockefellers or Rothschild’s seem to be earnest about the environment, and put non-exploitative wealth where their mouth is,we will probably overlook a few disturbing matters of genetics.I understand DavidIcke too.So when it comes to the IPCC or these two scientists mentioned, and I assume others in the academic settings, that they be genuine is quite necessary.Therein lies the problem.Genuine people maybe in both camps.Getting back to science seems important, and why have this pollution anyway,if there are ways to cut it at source!? Right! Big Government.Big Industry tax cop out! OK! Back to the drawing board! And try apple cider vinegar in winter,as a body wash,as long as it is organic and watered down.
July 17th, 2008 at 5:29 am
Global warming is a total crock of bovine excrement. Its already been proven that the initial hypothesis of man made global warming is baseless. The hypothesis is rediculous. Next the moon will be made of cheese and that will pose some sort of threat to mankind.
Its good to see more scientists changing sides, but there is no “debate”
July 17th, 2008 at 5:37 am

If you ask me everyone is missing the point, why are we not concentrating on the poisoning of our eco-system, (dumping nuclear waste in oceans, dumping rubbish in oceans, acid rain, mercury in fish etc) We can hold companies responsible for these acts instead of the whole world with global warming BS. We didn´t poison the oceans we didn´t pump meat full of growth hormones, we didn´t ask for flouride in water, people with names and addresses done all of these things. Fight the wars you can win instead of feeding a dialectic argument. PS America wake up please if you go down we are all going with you, remember only 2% beat us (UK) 6 million americans can do this again, well 5.999million plus 1 Scottish man.

i agree that there is something very fishy about the whole global warming thing. especially since the presumptive principle arose from the birth of the global warming hysteria in the 1980s and it is at the base of all that has gone wrong since…the global warming-ists said back then that they didnt need evidence to take action against bad things happening in the future!
and so we have people locked up without habeas corpus, gitmo, preemptive war and national paranoia
on the other hand though, i am sure that you agree that we don’t need smog or to be breathing in car engine emissions with known toxins intermingled. Right?
well here is the solution to that problem. just watch the featured video on Water4Gas vs smog at http://mywater4gasengine.com

Certainly, global warming boom appears to be propaganda with a science fancy dress, in order to monopolize petroleum reserves, that otherwise will be empty soon this century. Excluding OPEC, everyone else must choose among to find the difficult petroleum (at permafrost or deep sea), or to buy the easy bio-fuels. It is like to choose among modernism and colonialism.

A few decades ago Carl Sagan and other scientists promoted the concept of a deadly global “Nuclear Winter” caused by world-wide smoke clouds following a local or global nuclear war.
Science has not clearly determined what quantity and what mixture of smoke would cause a ‘tipping point’ from a smoke cloud that causes warming to a smoke cloud that causes cooling. Whether a smoke cloud will increase warming or cooling depends on the density and composition of the smoke cloud, which is a complex issue that resists scientific efforts to accurately model or predict.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_winter
During the 1970s climate scientists announced that the earth was on the verge of entering a new Ice Age. That prediction was based on various forms of data that reveal the past history of a recurrent Ice Age cycle, which most climate scientists agree is caused by cyclic changes in the earth’s tilt and its orbit of the sun. It is important to understand that no new evidence or new interpretation of the data has altered the fact that the data indicates that the earth is on the verge of a return to Ice Age conditions.
Data collected from the Vostok (Greenland) ice cores during the late 1990s support the theory that the earth is on the verge of a return to Ice Age conditions. (See the Link below.) Previous Ice Age global maximums occured about 110,000 years ago, about 220,000 years ago, and about 320,000 years ago.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I.....-petit.png
The Vostok ice core data also demonstrates that the rise and fall of global CO2 FOLLOWS the rise and fall of global temperatures, which demonstrates that CO2 does not CAUSE the rise and fall of global temperatures.
The Vostok data show that about 325,000 years ago, global temperatures and CO2 peaked at levels that are higher than they are today. Polar bears survived that event; they did not go extinct.
The Vostok ice core data also shows us that the current ‘Global Warming’ is simply the ‘last hurrah’ of a warm interglacial period that occurs between each Ice Age.
‘Global Warming’ has never prevented the annual onset of winter anywhere in the world, and therefore we should not expect ‘Global Warming’ to prevent the onset of the next Ice Age.
Here’s what I have to say about ‘Global Warming’: enjoy it while you can, because the onset of the next Ice Age is fast approaching, and during the Ice Age our descendants will speak with nostalgia about ‘Global Warming’.
July 17th, 2008 at 12:13 pm
have you noticed that global warming has become climate change, this is due to the fact that the temperature is not rising. if your looking for a good and reputable documentary about this deception channel4 in the UK have produced ‘the great global warming swindle’.a must see that has a big an impact as zeitgeist on my previously mocking friends.

July 17th, 2008 at 7:48 pm
josh deaver, I do think that legit Environmental groups have been coopted by Industry hacks, much like Cointelpro in the 60s and 70s. Standard Operating procedure. However, Alex and his brethren really are going against 90% of the world’s climatologists. The Right Wingers are concentrating on Al Gore, as if he is evil incarnate. I could postulate the same with Alex Jones and his Gay Hating, as well as other deeply inbred hatreds from his Redneck/libertarian/Free Market past. I see some proof that those aforementioned groups could be partially funded by oil companies, but then again, some companies could be more for alternative energy than others.
OK, now S Fred Singer is the Big Cheese of the denier crowd. He was/is also the spokesman for the “tobacco is safe” and “GMO foods are good” crowd. Are we seeing a pattern here?
On your point of Post-Industrial Culture, wasn’t that a DEVO song? Seriously, I think that I would want a forward looking culture than a Born Again culture.
A side note and question…If you Free Marketers have money in a bank that collapses, do you expect to recoup the funds from the government?
In conclusion, you are denying what it is inevitable. We will be running on Wind, Solar, Electric, and Hydrogen Fuel Cells, and petroleum will be buried with the dinosaurs to Rest in Peace.
You are being hoodwinked by Free Market Globalists, while fighting the New World Order which is Globalism itself.
Stick with 9/11, Police State, and Israel. Don’t make fools of yourselves, and water down those three most important subjects. People are saying, those “crazy 9/11 truthers, they even think that Global Warming is not real”.
July 17th, 2008 at 10:07 pm
You wankers, if the temp is not rising then why are the ice caps on BOTH poles melting? Why are waters rising on all coast lines? The fricken ozone has a whole in it about the size of the US and it continues to increase in size gradually over time as the population of the earth grows. There are too many fricken people polluting the earth which in turn has created a dramatic increase in temperature and a huge hole in our ozone which in turn allows harmful radiation to hit the earth, hurt people and most of all kill plant life above and under water. Wake the fuck up and stop believing these nuts who think we can populate the earth to 20 billion or more people without consequences. Its common sense if you have any, not a fricken conspiracy.
July 17th, 2008 at 10:13 pm
Another thing, just because the earth has increased in temp does NOT mean you will have less snow or cold weather. In reality you could have more of it but with more freak storms with huge amounts of snow. Global warming creates chaos and thats about where were at but one thing can be proven… We have gradually increased in more severe weather and natural disasters over the last 100 years and all due to overpopulation. We have to wake up and start using our brains.
July 18th, 2008 at 7:37 am
OMG, mark has no idea. The ice caps only melt for about 6 months of the year, that’s why the media only pay attention to the Antarctic in the [northern] winter and the Arctic in the [northern] summer. Because during the northern summer, when the southern ice cap is pointing away from the Sun (because of of the tilt of the Earth) the ice actually freezes back and vice versa for the northern ice caps in the winter.
Temperatures have actually been falling for the past 10 years. In fact 2007 saw the biggest fall in temperature, a fall so great that it wipes out all of 20th Century rise.
Sea levels have actually been falling for the past few years. And anyway, sea ice, the ice which is melting (only for 6 months mind) doesn’t effect sea levels. If you had learnt anything about chemistry, you would know that H2O expands when it freezes and contracts when it melts, displacing the same amount in either state. It’s the volume that changes, not the mass. . .which is why about 10% of an iceberg floats above surface level.
The ozone has nothing to do with CO2. . .or any greenhouse gas for that matter. Nor is it a sine of temperature rise. The cause of the whole in the ozone is CFCs. CFCs have the opposite effect of greenhouse gasses. They create cooling. . .which is why they used to put CFCs in fridges and freezers. And in actual fact, the hole in the ozone is actually shrinking in size.
You’re the one who has to wake up. Wake up and stop believing everything the BBC tell you, you gullible person.
July 18th, 2008 at 10:00 am
Keep whistling throughout he graveyard you boneheads….yea…sure thing…there’s no such thing as global warming…that’s why a huge percentage of INDEPENDENT scientists agree that on some level man has affected climate change and that global warming is taking place.
Oh yes…but I forgot, a few scientists, a very small percentage, doubt that there is global warming. There are always doubters and that’s good for debate. However, the jury is no longer out on this folks…there have been more defections of scientists who previously believed that there was no global warming over to the side of those who do believe that there is, as evidence pours in. Furthermore…go check out where Professor George Chilingar interests lie and his political contributions. He obviously has a stake in the oil industry – he’s a petroleum engineer..errrrrrrrrrrr. What a joke…get real people.
July 18th, 2008 at 11:04 am
Mark,
So you are saying the head of NOAA is wrong? CO2, and your “overpopulation” idea are not a reality. Perhaps you should go to Behemian Grove and get aquainted with David Rockefeller, or perhaps you already have, and that’s why you spout such untrue things. Methane produces much more greenhouse effect. CO2 is not any kind of a threat with the small numbers of humans on the planet. The head of NOAA has come forward to say Global Warming is a farce. Of course the Globalist Elite want to start taxing us on CO2 emissions — more tax — more poverty for the poor middle class, and starving poor. RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT.
July 18th, 2008 at 3:14 pm
You wankers, if the temp is not rising then why are the ice caps on BOTH poles melting?
- Millions of square kilometers of polar ice melt and freeze every year, with the seasons. You forgot to look at the other half of the year dumbass.
http://www.windows.ucar.edu/to.....imate.html
Why are waters rising on all coast lines?
-Because sea levels rise and fall through global trends having nothing to do with human activity. In the sedimentary rock record, long before humans existed in current numbers, we see times when sea level was astoundingly low alternating with times when sea level was much higher than today, and these anomalies often appear worldwide. Human activity should have some impact, but so far it is within the noise level as best can be determined, and of little significance.
“As another example, southern mainland Florida is exposed seafloor. When sea level was higher during the last Pleistocene interglacial period (about 125 thousand years ago), the entire Miami area was under water and coral reefs grew on the plains south and west of the city. The southern coast of Key Largo is made up of exposed coral reefs rising 2 meters above current-day sea level”
http://cyber-philosopher.blogs.....ng_15.html
The fricken ozone has a whole in it about the size of the US and it continues to increase in size gradually over time as the population of the earth grows.
-This is another cyclic phenomenon. As the sun emits more UV radiation of particular wavelengths, ozone production increases and decreases. The Earth has had both more and less ozone than it currently does in the past.
There are too many fricken people polluting the earth which in turn has created a dramatic increase in temperature and a huge hole in our ozone which in turn allows harmful radiation to hit the earth, hurt people and most of all kill plant life above and under water.
-The studies cited in the above article debunk this “humans are heating up the Earth” nonsense, quite nicely. There are legion scientific studies showing that Earth’s human population has no significant effect over other natural forces i.e. the human effect is in the noise.
Wake the fuck up and stop believing these nuts who think we can populate the earth to 20 billion or more people without consequences. Its common sense if you have any, not a fricken conspiracy
-Wake the F-up and stop believing these nuts who think the Earth is round! The Earth is friggin flat with a huge endless void at the outer edges and if you travel too far east or west – mark my words – you will fall off into the Abyss !!!. Its common sense if you have any, not a fricken flat-earth conspiracy.
July 20th, 2008 at 7:07 pm
I don’t think anyone is doubting that the environment is going to hell in lots of ways, however, the CO2 theory is beginning to look more and more like a massive COINTELPRO or ‘left gatekeeper’ type operation.
If it’s not by design then it’s a remarkable piece of luck for the NWO. Any discussion of the environment in the media now seems limited to a very narrow scope. People are increasingly focused on just CO2 and the supposed warming it causes and all underlying issues potentially affecting the environment – economic reform, NWO raping the world, land-ownership and usage, nuclear power in hands of psychopath scientists and politicians etc. – all these now seem to be conveniently ignored or eclipsed by the single, irrelevant, CO2 theory.
This is a good video. Woke me up to what’s probably going on with this issue: “The Great Global Warming Swindle”

Matt you talk BS. Your comments represent the tactics of a globalist minion, attacking the species, the vast majority of whom have little control over their lives and destiny just the way you like it, for the activities of you and your well financed cohorts so why don’y you wake the fuck up and smell the coffee bullshiter, because humanity is onto the likes you and your tactics!! Nothing wrong with human beings, we’re perferctly sane, got that shit head.
July 23rd, 2008 at 2:33 pm
Any individual of good conscience who genuinely believes that an excess number of people is damaging or destroying the planet is morally obligated not to reproduce. If nothing else, that should bring the Darwin principle into the equation.
Isn’t it funny how the U.S. with its relatively small population, environmental regulations up the gazoo, businesses and jobs being regulated out of the country is the nation that is expected to bear most of the cost of every “disaster” these U.N. globalists can think up? How will the destruction of our society fix anything?
July 25th, 2008 at 2:01 pm
Quote Adam: “Nothing wrong with human beings, we’re perferctly sane, got that..” well said, it needs to be heard everywhere, repeatedly. …not sure if Matt deserves a rebuke though…
However, about the number of people. We do mess up the environment, our environment, and it become unhealthy to us, and destroys things like biodiversity. BUt that’s got nothing to do with numbers of people. Just imagine, they are dust or mud made flesh…so what if this clay moves with legs?
People also increase biodiversity when living in harmony, even in densely populated INdia, or I say could particularly in India.
Technologies do damage. Even in this recent times we do not calculate the cost of them properly. And the wast in cheaply made throw away copies. S odoes the mad scientist behind a ‘green revolution’…dumb-ass scientists.
