   We are in an ice age now technically since there are still ice sheets in Greenland and Antarctica. We are in what is called an interglacial (a warm period). The last interglacial was the Eemian 120,000 years ago where it got warmer than it is now but then it ended and we had a long long freeze.

   No one knows what caused the last interglacial to start or to end but we do know it wasn’t man. GET IT?

   Oh . . . so your only carbon emissions come from breathing? Thank goodness, then we don’t have to concern ourselves with emissions from vehicles since you neither ride in or drive one. No worries about emissions from cooking your food since you eat raw food and gather it all yourself. No worries about the cave you live in either, because you don’t have any utilities . . .

   If you use a search engine to find “Petition Project” you will see that thousands of U.S. scientists deny there is enough evidence of man-made global warming to justify enforcement of foreign treaties abridging freedom of production and trade. A recent report available at OISM also shows many of the thermometers used to record temperatures have been gradually encroached upon by heat sources like A.C. exhausts and asphalt driveways.

   As opposed to the Hundreds of Thousands of scientists (and nearly all climatologists) who KNOW Anthropogenic Climate Change is Real and accelerating.

   A/C units and asphalt driveways are part of the environment now. Though one should be careful about the placing probes in immediate proximity, the result is the same — Urban Heat Island effect which DOES affect local climate. It is merely another anthropogenic source of warming. It is man-made and it contributed heat to the ecosystem — AGW by definition

   Radical pro-global-warming people are as silly as radical anti-global-warming people. Fact is we don’t know exactly what’s happening to the climate because it’s too complex. Temporary shifts one way or another in temperature are exploited by sides as evidence, but they aren’t conclusive either way. The issue certainly needs to be studied, without resorting to demonizing the opposition. That’s reactionary drivel, and it happens from both sides, and both sides pretend that they are 100% correct without the scientific basis for holding to this assumption.

   Your statement contradicts itself. Peer-review and publishing in refereed journals is how science is performed. If studies aren’t evaluated this way, it’s not science!

   If your hypotheses cannot survive peer-review, then their not worth a shit. The peer-review process questions and evaluates data gathering methodology, metrology (calibration of upkeep of data gathering instrument, failure modes), data analysis (use of appropriate formulae, models, or simulations using correct assumptions, calculating margins of error, and filtering statistical noise), and conclusions (validation or refutation of the proposed theory).

   The process exposes incompetence and fraud before it can achieve wide distribution. At least it did until the internet gave buffoons like you a soapbox from which to spread your BULLSHIT!
