The UK Border Agency plans to start exchanging fingerprint data with the US, Canada and Australia in the near future

The organisation, which gained full executive agency status on 1 April 2009, says in a business plan issued on the same day that that it plans to work with the USA, Canada and Australia to “introduce a system of appropriate data protection arrangements for fingerprint checks and data sharing”. This is intended to help identify and bar foreign criminals from entering the country, and is planned for “early 2009″.

The agency said that by December 2008 it had enrolled more than 3.6m sets of fingerprints from visa applicants, finding more than 5,200 cases of identity swaps.

All visa applicants now have fingerprints taken, and since June 2008 these have been checked against the police’s Ident1 national fingerprint database. Of the 800,000 checks on Ident1, there were 4,000 positive matches, some of which have found visa applicants who are wanted by the police.

The agency, which introduced identity cards for foreigners in 2008, says in the business plan that it will extend biometric identity cards for foreign nationals “to other high risk categories” during 2009. By 2011 all new applicants coming to the UK for more than six months, or extending their stay, will have to have a card.

There are also plans to open its National Border Targeting Centre in December, checking 60% of all international passenger movements, although the UKBA aims to have the centre ready for use in November. It expects to check 95% of movements by the end of 2010.

It says that between April and December 2008, the e-Borders system produced more than 10,000 alerts on passengers travelling internationally, leading to more than 920 arrests.

They have done this since 1990 at least-I was arrested and they took 2 sets of dabs and I asked what for and they said they said that one set was being sent to America. This has been happening for a long time.

Assume that any biometric data thus far gathered is already centralised and shared across the intel agencies of the NWO states. All talk of introducing new legislation for such matters is merely the formalisaton of what has been going on for years anyway.

The purpose of Tony Blair’s fingerprint database system is simple. It allows any muslim that has left the UK, USA or Canada to be extradited, imprisoned, and tortured. How? Because the security services that desire to target the individual have only to claim that they found that individual’s fingerprints at a location of interest. THIS FORM OF EVIDENCE CAN BE FABRICATED WITH 100% PERFECTION, ALLOWING NO CHALLENGE TO THE ACTION.

All that is required is enough uncertainty about the exact location of the individual across a substantial period of time (given that fingerprints have no precise date of creation property that can be scientifically ascertained).

As an example, any british muslim that has travelled outside the UK can be extradited to the USA simply by Obama’s torturers stating that they found this person’s fingerprints in some place. That claim alone is enough to satisfy the highest courts in the UK. Even Adolf Hitler had to go after his victims via a pseudo legal mechanism.

The irony is that while DNA identification on passports is far more offensive, fake DNA evidence (without bodily access to the target) is vastly more difficult to fake. If you have a picture of a person’s fingerprint, you can fake fingerprint evidence in less than ONE HOUR by using cheap optical methods to create a 3D plastic texture with the same physical characteristics as the fingerprint.

Even if the claim against a high profile muslim target is clearly ludicrous, the zionist owned mainstream media will blacken the character of the target using the old ‘no smoke without fire’ black propaganda ploy. REMEMBER, A POLICE-STATE IS ENTIRELY ABOUT THE ABILITY OF THE STATE TO DAMAGE OR DESTROY ANY PERSON THEY DESIGNATE AS ‘ENEMY’, FOR WHATEVER REASON. A police-state thus requires the full range of tools that will allow this.

Those of us that choose to be ‘good little sheep’ out of an awareness of the tools available to Blair’s police-state butchers are most unlikely to be targeted as individuals, but then again, en masse, we are the true targets of the state oppression. While the police-state is allowed to exist and grow, you are literally ‘damned if you do, and most certainly damned if you don’t’.

Question: Would you really want to go seek refuge in a country like the US when you come from the UK or vice versa.
Last place i would bloody go………………..
From the heat into the frying pan as far as i am concerned.
I am gonna worrying once the start checking the small Caribbean island-nations …….. that’s where i am anyway :P

    5. Wez the Aussie Says:

I must say, I am a little disappointed to see my comment deleted from the comments section. I thought the fact that Aussies get a digital photo taken, when we get our driver’s licence, which is then stored on a database, meshed in well with this story. Sharing fingerprints is bad enough, they are also sharing digital photos for face recognition and sharing DNA databases. We have cop cars driving around, with face and number plate scanning capabilities (these can scan number plates across six lanes of traffic), FLIR cameras and sophisticated speed trapping systems. To me, this announcement is just letting us know what they are already doing.

      mikey Reply:

I look like Kim Jong-il on my West Aussie driving licence. Maybe that`s why the cops dont like me.
