Professor Victor Bachinsky, PhD., is a coroner in the Chernivtsi region of Ukraine. He provides evidence which indicates that parainfluenza mixed with the H1N1 virus, not pneumonic plague, has caused so much illness in Ukraine. Yet more strains of influenza which have combined, a strong indication that we are dealing with a laboratory developed bio-weapon.

Based on autopsies, we have come to the conclusion: it’s not pneumonia, but cardiopulmonary insufficiency and cardiogenic shock … The virus enters directly into the lungs, there is bleeding … Antibiotics should not be used …
Why do we have such a high mortality rate in the country? Because people are going to pharmacies to get medicine instead of going to their doctors to be treated … No it is not pneumonic plague. It’s all nonsense … antibiotics do not help … Those with strong immune systems will survive. People with weak immune systems will succumb to the illness … Face Masks provide 30% extra protection. Wearing glasses gives an additional 10% protection, that is 40%, because the virus penetrates the mucose membranes.
The Head of the Chernivtsi regional forensic bureau, Professor Victor Bachinsky PhD, makes a strong statement: all the victims of the virus in Bukovina (22 persons aged 20 to 40 years) died not from bilateral (double) pneumonia, as previously thought, but as a result of viral distress syndrome, i.e. the total destruction of the lungs. We caught up with Professor Bachinsky, to find out how he came to this conclusion, and how people can protect themselves from this disease.
Professor, you said earlier that the virus, from which many people have died – is a mixture of types of parainfluenza and influenza A/H1N1. How do you cure this disease?
The question of how to treat this virus is not up to me. I am a pathologist. I just found out what it is and made an exact diagnosis. It is important to provide the correct treatment based on diagnosis.
There are strict protocols and standards of treatment in medicine. If a doctor treats a patient who dies, their relatives can make a complaint that they were not treated properly (misdiagnosed).The Ministry of Health has set the protocols and standards of treatment for each diagnosis. If diagnosed correctly, the treatment should be correct …
In the Chernivtsi region 18 people have died. We studied all the history and evidence from this disease, preclinical, clinical, resuscitation. When we perform an autopsy organs and tissues have histological studies (cell analysis) and we concluded that it was not pneumonia, and has no relation to pneumonia whatsoever.
These results are the foundation to ensure that doctors who treat this disease all over Ukraine, change their tactics and standards of care.
Can this new virus be cured?
It depends on the immune system. If a person’s immune system is strong, they will overcome it. There are people who carry this strain of H1N1 and remain on their feet and don’t even realise they are sick.
Antibiotics definitely should not be taken. Antibiotics are the reason we have such a high mortality and infection rate in this country, because people go to the pharmacy, describe their symptoms to the pharmacist and ask for drugs. They buy antibiotics, take them, this lowers their immune system and as a result they become sick. If prescriptions were required to buy these medications, like in other countries, this would not have happened. It is the ability to buy antibiotics over the counter without a prescription which has done so much harm to the State.
During autopsies, what did the lungs look like? Were they really black, which gave rise to so much talk of pulmonary plague?
No, they are not black … This is not pneumonic plague. It’s all nonsense. Pneumonic plague has a very different morphology. We have, for example, 60 thousand people who became sick and 23 have died. With pulmonary plague, we would now have a mortality rate of 59 thousand …
This is a viral attack that destroys the lungs.
It turns out that not only in Bukovina, but also throughout the Ukraine people did not die from pneumonia, but from this toxic strain?
Yes, It’s not pneumonia! This destruction of the lungs. This strain is very toxic, and if the immune system is weak, there is bleeding in the lungs. In the lungs there is a tiny structure – acinus, which looks like a bunch of grapes. When you breathe, oxygen enters this tiny “bunch of grapes” ( pulmonary alveoli ). On the surface of the acinus are the capillaries, where red blood cells saturate with oxygen and give blood, which supplies all tissues and organs in the body.
And once the virus enters the lungs – hemorrhaging begins immediately in the acinus. A continuous hemorrhage … It takes several hours. In the blood fibrin is formed, and from it – giolinovaya membrane, resembling a plastic bag. It envelops the acinus, and the person breathes in oxygen, but it is not transferred to the tissues. And people just gasp. There is a cardio-pulmonary insufficiency and cardiogenic shock. People die of cardiogenic shock. And there is no pneumonia. Pneumonia – an inflammation, which is treated with antibiotics. Antibiotics cannot help at any stage. There should be absolutely different treatment.
And how about “Tamiflu” – does it help?
This is not an antibiotic, it is an antiviral drug, which should be applied on the second or third day of the disease. But you can not use Tamiflu as a preventitive, because it is toxic.
What are the best measures to resist the disease? Is it advisable to use a mask, garlic, vitamin C?
The primary method of prevention is a face mask. This give 30% extra protection. If you wear glasses – it is 40%, because the virus enters through the mucous membranes.
It is necessary to improve the human immune system. Not only now, but in general. Garlic, onions, wild rose, viburnum (guelder rose), raspberries, citrus fruit, honey, and other fruits and vegetables – whatever you want. Those with a strong immune system will survive. Those with weaker immune systems will succumb to the disease.
We have a lot of people in Ukraine who like shopping at the open markets. If we can avoid open markets, the less people will be in contact with each other and more lives will be saved.
You have contacted the Health Ministry and advised them to review the standards for treatment of patients. What did they say?
We sent them all our data, the necessary protocols and standards of treatment, our diagnosis. But it is clear that decisions cannot be instantaneous.
And why until now has nobody else known about this disease? What were the leading specialists in the Ministry of Health doing all this time?
Perhaps this is due to the fact that there are scientists who are working on a purely theoretical basis. And there are scientists who have seen the autopsy results. I practice as head of the regional forensic bureau and as a professor. The fact that we have established this diagnosis – it is not just to my credit, and this is not my personal opinion. This is the opinion of specialists, morphologists and doctors in Bukovina. There are five professors in our group – I just head the group.

The drug Oseltamivir has been shown to have properties of toxicity, especially in children. Adverse reactions vary from insignificant to lethal including neurological “confusion, abnormal behavior, delusions, hallucinations, agitation, anxiety, nightmares ” and Colitis, Hepatitis, Dermatitis. Please research for your self and if you need to go back to school please do so. And just because you poisoned your son doesn’t mean your a bad person, just an ignorant one.

Quacksilver is right. In 2005 children given that particular batch of Tamiflu were dying and some were jumping to there deaths or commiting suicide in other ways while many suffered auditory hallucinations. Not all swine flu vaccines are the same. There a batches that are made that are not the real killers. Tests done by those who want to know what is really in them show that different batches have different ingredients. The SPECIAL people do not get the bad ones or are being given saline injections so they will appear harmless. The seasonal flu shot and the swine flu shots that are bad are aimed at the masses and the refuseniks/ dissenters. The combination of these shots along with exposure to the pathogenic spread of the swine flu give the virus the ability to mutate. The ingredients weaken the immune system. With the general mass population in a weakened state any NEW virus(bioweapon) introduced will then also combine and the virus will mutate again and be devastating to all who have acquired a crompomised immune system. This what is happening in the Ukraine and many other countries. It is a two phase process. Ist spread the swine flu in select batches releasing the weakening force in large populated areas. Then come in behind the 1st wave of live virus being spread via the so called swineflu vaccine, and introduce the plague virus-parainfluenza to follow the same path through the population and as the two combine mortality rate is enhanced considerably. Spraying was reported just before these outbreaks in many of the countries affected . Spraying was done in the Ukraine according to eyewitnesses there. If you refuse the direct exposure by rejecting the bad vax shots then people can be exposed to both viruses via airborne transfer through spraying. Either way the intent is to expose everyone possible to the swine flu+ combinent and then follow that wave with the parainfluenza(plague virus)-which causes cardiogenic shock … The virus enters directly into the lungs, there is bleeding. Antibiotics should not be used. All with weakened immune systems are likely to succumb and die. Suspicions are that the two have also been combined already in labs and are being given direcly together in single administrations or possibly in dual administrations. For those who think this is just fearmongering, understand this—warning everyone about this does not give gain to those warning- but you can bet that as the deaths multiply, the vaccine makers (killers) will propose that they have a shot to combat it and will convince many to take whatever shots they wish to proffer and those who take those shots will unwittingly be getting the killer combinent virus to further spread the viral plague. I fear there is nothing to stop this deliberate effort of mass murder. Where ever forced vaccinations are ordered that is where they will play this out, and where ever forced vaccinations are prohibited, that is where the aerial spraying will be heaviest. Until we each reasearch this I suggest nobody scoff.

i know this is paticularly fightening, more than the disease itself even. i have scanned the net everywhere, i do not read or watch mainstream news however. although there are some reports on the net keeping track of events, it is certainly not the thousands you would expect.
everyone still seems confused about whether it is some sort of political hoax or not. The WHO of course came out and said it was swine flu (like we would expect them to say anything else). Was watching clips of that micro biologist Mossad agent joseph moshe and his prophetic warning, and also the overreaction of the military when they basically sent the whole army to catch him.
Fucking Baxter, that place is a security hazard and needs to be shut down immediately!
Read this last night in my university reader, “using classical micro biological techniques, the soviet union bioweapons programme reportedly developed multiple anti biotic resistent strains of bacteria responsible for anthrax and pneumonic plague” (Chyba &Greninger, 2004, pp149).

heres the thing i live in the southwest NM and every year two or three people get plauge down here from the local rat population, now this was the big bad stuff that wiped out millions, but down here it never gets worse than mabey one two or three people a year? and they rarly die! so what Im telling ya is, the creators of these new viruses are making sure that alot of people are getting exposed to these h1n1 viruses and that alone tells ya there bioweapons, because I dont think anyone in the usa ever took a plauge vaccine if im not mistaken, so theres something to think about .

I had H1N1. It knocked me down, hard, for about 3-4 days and I am still not back to normal after a week and a half. It sucked.
I am anti vaccine.
But calling this a “bioweapon” is rather silly. If this is a weapon, the fatality rates suck. Couldn’t they do better than that?
Created in a lab and purposefully released? Probably. Lot’s of profit to be made for sure. Lots of motive there.
Seems to me though that if the goal of this virus is to wipe out the useless-eaters then they are doing a piss-poor job of it. There has got to be way more nasty stuff that they have in labs, airborne spreading rather than going in through the muccous glands, that has 90% or better kill rates.
So far regular old seasonal influenza kills more people than H1N1 or this new stuff in the Ukraine.
Like the doc said, keep yourself healthy and your immune system boosted (and notice he recommended all natural sources rather than suppliments) and if you get it, you will be sick as shit, but you will survive as long as you don’t have an underlying condition such as asthma.

For a virus, the respiratory system is the second best thing next to a crop-sprayer flown over an urban area. It’s got a high-pressure air system forcing liquid droplets containing itself into an aerosol at exactly the same height as its target area.
The more deadlier a virus, the less time its host has time to infect other hosts. If it floors a host within minutes, that hardly gives enough time to infect anyone. An incubation time of 24-36 hours is near perfect – enough time to get all the round to the other side of the world before anyone notices.

Odd that this guy has all the answers, and Ukraine has no labs to test which or what strain of influenza or cartigen maybe causing the outbreak. All samples must be sent to the UK for testing. It takes awhile and no results are yet back.

H5N1? – Autopsies of 15 Mexican patients who died of suspected novel H1N1 infections found the virus in 5 of them. Lung tissue was heavier than normal and solid. Four had upper-airway hallmarks seen in seasonal flu cases, but all five had pulmonary damage and interstitial lesions typically seen with H5N1 infections. Two patients showed evidence of other organ involvement seen in lethal H5N1 cases.

Based on this information, this hybrid strain is already in the U.S.. I saw a very sick man from Ohio on the news a few nights ago who’s doctor said that his lungs were all torn up from the infection but they only thought he had H1N1, it’s very likely he was infected with this hybridized strain.

the past two flu seasons were just awful for me and my kids. its nothing like ive ever experienced before. after last year i dreaded this year and its not over yet. imagine your daughter having asthma (hidden reactive airway disease) that not even a stethescope can detect like say wheezing and told theres no cure for it but its manageable. and wouldn’t you know it childhood vaccines cause respiratory illnesses but its not like they tell you that or doctors even know that, much less believe it. i believe it and i wish i had the list of WHATS IN A VACCINE, ADVERSE REACTIONS AND MORE because i’d post every damn ingredient and i doubt most of you would ever want to be vaccinated again.

For whatever reason there seems to be some commenting on this article either intentionally or idiotically spreading misinformation. The findings of Victor Bachinsky, Ph.D. are accurate.
Although there is no information that would conclusively demonstrate that the disease in Ukraine is a bio-weapon, neither is there any information available that satisfactorly explains how A/H1N1 has combined with parainfluenza in Ukraine. This is a story to watch.

I mentioned a few days back that I would be surprised if what was happening in Ukraine had anything to do with pneumonic plague and that I was also more concerned about a more virulent virus appearing. It is starting to look like this has happened.
One quick thing, the question of man made or naturally occurring (yes the technology to do such a thing now exists, yes there were plagues of bacteria and viruses prior to genetic engineering) while very important in the larger picture is not real relevant to the immediate question of how to respond to this.
If this is a new strain of influenza it is very important to know what we are dealing with. Put simply, if it is a new strain of virulent influenza most likely, neither the seasonal flu shot nor the swine flu shot will offer any significant protection. Yet, still no word on what the hell it is. If this is a new strain of more virulent and highly contagious influenza (barring some unforeseen tech) I see absolutely no way for this not to spread globally in the Northern Hemisphere with results similar to what is happening in Ukraine. I am out on a limb here, and really I don’t know what is happening, but a highly virulent and infectious influenza in fall would be bad news. Yes swine flu is a dud, but what is this?
Is the news out of Ukraine Russia and Europe accurate? In addition to the good doctor’s recommendations above, I would say look into what has been recently been learned about vitamin D. The vitamin D council is a resource there.

Not all swine flu vaccines are the same. There a batches that are made that are not the real killers. Tests done by those who want to know what is really in them show that different batches have different ingredients. The SPECIAL people do not get the bad ones or are being given saline injections so they will appear harmless. The seasonal flu shot and the swine flu shots that are bad are aimed at the masses and the refuseniks/ dissenters. The combination of these shots along with exposure to the pathogenic spread of the swine flu give the virus the ability to mutate. The ingredients weaken the immune system. With the general mass population in a weakened state any NEW virus(bioweapon) introduced will then also combine and the virus will mutate again and be devastating to all who have acquired a crompomised immune system. This what is happening in the Ukraine and many other countries. It is a two phase process. Ist spread the swine flu in select batches releasing the weakening force in large populated areas. Then come in behind the 1st wave of live virus being spread via the so called swineflu vaccine, and introduce the plague virus-parainfluenza to follow the same path through the population and as the two combine mortality rate is enhanced considerably. Spraying was reported just before these outbreaks in many of the countries affected . Spraying was done in the Ukraine according to eyewitnesses there. If you refuse the direct exposure by rejecting the bad vax shots then people can be exposed to both viruses via airborne transfer through spraying. Either way the intent is to expose everyone possible to the swine flu+ combinent and then follow that wave with the parainfluenza(plague virus)-which causes cardiogenic shock … The virus enters directly into the lungs, there is bleeding. Antibiotics should not be used. All with weakened immune systems are likely to succumb and die. Suspicions are that the two have also been combined already in labs and are being given direcly together in single administrations or possibly in dual administrations. For those who think this is just fearmongering, understand this—warning everyone about this does not give gain to those warning- but you can bet that as the deaths multiply, the vaccine makers (killers) will propose that they have a shot to combat it and will convince many to take whatever shots they wish to proffer and those who take those shots will unwittingly be getting the killer combinent virus to further spread the viral plague. I fear there is nothing to stop this deliberate effort of mass murder. Where ever forced vaccinations are ordered that is where they will play this out, and where ever forced vaccinations are prohibited, that is where the aerial spraying will be heaviest. Until we each reasearch this I suggest nobody scoff.

Like the man says it’s the antibiotics. Just like Mexico, in the Ukraine they can buy them over the counter. They probably take them for everything from colds to hemorrhoids. When antibiotics can help, they may not take them long enough and have abused them through improper use. Thus they have weak immune systems. We in the West must see the doctor for antibiotics and are told we must take the full course of the drug. Remember the blood in the lungs of the Mexicans with the the Swine flu? We really haven’t had a problem with that at all. Then again, maybe their just not eating enough garlic.

I live in Finland (in the EU were you say this all is happening) So please don’t mind my misspellings..
Norway is our neighbour. And i surely can tell you that there is what? like 50 people dead? (and this is more than there is really) and last time i chekd in US there were like 3900 dead!
Ok what bout ukraine? I know I know, im little bit freaked out because that. I can’t deny there is something weird going on. But you must remember! This might just be our dear Planet hitting back on us, it has happened many times in our history and it surely will happen again. But untill there is absolutely undeniable evidence bout new killer virus AND that the vaccine is also killer (what i doupt) i advice you all to stay calmn. What does it help if you know you are going to die soon and there is nothing to stop it (because truth will not set you free)
Ok now bout the NWO and their plans to kill almost all of us? just think about it! Who will make the new invents? who will do all the shitty jobs? what bout diversity? etc.
