University Of Alabama Implements Mandatory Vaccination Program
New students informed: No jabs, no enrollment

Another major school institution has implemented a mandatory vaccination policy that bars both new and current students who haven’t received the meningitis and MMR shots from enrolling for the coming academic year.
The University of Alabama recently sent out an e mail to all its students informing them that they had to provide proof of several different immunizations before they could register for their course.
Failure to provide such proof would mean the students would be forced to take the shots on campus at the Student Health Center – refusal to do so would prevent them from enrolling and could also lead to further judiciary punishment.
The e mail reads as follows;
All freshmen and all new students, regardless of classification, must have:
1) Proof of the meningitis vaccination (Manactra (preferred) or Menomune)
2) If you were born after 1956, proof of two (2) measles containing vaccinations. One of these vaccines must be an MMR vaccination after 1980.
3) Acceptable proof of tuberculosis screening within the last year.This is a registration requirement, whether transfer or graduate.
If you are living off campus this is still a requirement. Please turn in proof of these immunizations and tuberculosis screening before moving into campus housing or the first day of class if living off campus. All vaccines and tuberculosis screening are available at the Student Health Center. Failure to submit your immunization and TB test requirement could slow down your moving into residence hall room.
The e mail also informs juniors and seniors already living on campus that they need to get a meningitis shot if they haven’t received one in the last four years, even though as the advisory admits, “This is NOT a regular childhood immunization and it was not a requirement when you entered the University of Alabama.”
“Failure of any student regardless of classification not meeting the immunization and tuberculosis screening requirement may result in a disruption in ability to register for classes and possible disciplinary action per Office for Judicial Affairs,” states the e mail.

The MMR vaccine has been linked to autism and inflammatory bowel disease and despite a UK government propaganda campaign to try and convince the public that it is safe, as well as an effort brainwash children, many parents have boycotted the jab in Britain.
Earlier this year, the Daily Mail highlighted the story of 5-year-old Melody Brook, who went from a bouncing and bubbly child to a virtual vegetable after she took the MMR vaccine.
The meningitis vaccine also provoked safety fears after 5,000 children suffered adverse reactions immediately after it was introduced in Britain.
As we have previously highlighted, there is no law in America, aside from those applying to medical workers, that says you or your child has to take any vaccine whatsoever, no matter what any executive order, requirement, mandate or policy dictates, there is no situation where you can go to prison for refusing a government vaccine under the U.S. constitution and the law of the land.
This was particularly prescient for the parents of more than 1600 children in Prince George’s County, Maryland, who in 2007 were told they could be put in jail for failing to get their kids vaccinated. Appearing on the Alex Jones Show, a state prosecutor involved in bringing potential criminal charges against the parents was forced to admit that there was no law that mandated parents to vaccinate their children.
The only way mandatory vaccinations can be enforced in this context is by removing privileges, as in the case with Alabama University preventing immunized students from registering, but many people would argue that education is not a privilege but a human right, and to deny a student enrollment because they refuse to have a needle jabbed in their arm is clearly discriminatory.
The only other way to implement mandatory vaccinations is of course by force, which is what many fear will happen in the event of a mass swine flu pandemic this fall which the government has already assured us is inevitable.
State health authorities have already confirmed that if the government were to announce a mandatory vaccination program, then there would be no exemptions whatsoever and the program could be carried out with the use of force if necessary.
As reported by CNS News earlier this month, a health-care reform bill approved by the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee called The Affordable Health Choices Act, will fund the creation of state “intervention” teams that will carry out home visits in order to check that both children and adults have been vaccinated and also provide “provision of immunizations”.

http://911essentials.com says they sure are smart down there in Alabama .. lets’ see … almost all the states are in financial trouble, ergo the state universities are too.
There are all kinds of other places to go to school that aren’t carrying out this crime. Would you send your child to a school that wants to experiment on them?
Boycott the University of Alabama, don’t send your children there, don’t send them any money and tell everyone you know about the U of A and their desire to use untested, dangerous vaccines on your children.
When the kids start getting sick and dying from this Eugenics program of death, I hope the parents sue the university and those at the top that made this decision into bankruptcy.
Then bring criminal charges against the individuals.

As a recent grad from the University of Alabama these shots and proof of documents have been “mandatory” since at least 2004. However all you really have to show documentation on is the MMR and TB test. The University is money hungry and filled full of awful frat boys. But the girls are beautiful and we have Nick Saban. Since the government provides money to most universities, they will use that to threaten schools into adopting this policy…same way they force them to get rid of dissenters and 9-11 truthers. But if students say no and don’t enroll for their classes, that will hit their pocket book even harder.
I turned on the radio last night and all they were talking about was how pregnant women need to get the flu shot. Gotta get to those kids while they’re still in utero, start dumbing them down before they’re even born.

They CANNOT DO THIS as they receive FEDERAL FUNDING. You are missing a KEY point.
The PUBLIC NEEDS TO KNOW: In states with vaccine exemptions, they MUST be honored at ANY institution that received federal funding. This IS the law. This needs to be spread around more as people seem to no realize this. If Alabama has exemptions, then they cannot refuse students!!!!!

Higher education is not a right, and as a matter of fact it is not a privilege either. It is a contract between a student and a school. And because it is a contract the student can sue the school for breech of contract if they change the rules without the consent of the student. In other words, if I were a senior at that school, and they told me I had to be vaccinated or I wouldn’t be able to take the classes I needed to graduate, I would be getting an attorney. There’s big money to be made from universities, and any attorney would jump at the chance to take a shot at those deep pockets.

When I was still asleep I attended Drexel University in Philadelphia and had to get all of these vaccinations to attend. I have no scientific proof whatsoever of this, but it was only after getting these injections that my continued health problems developed. DeProgrammer, I’ve been exposed to diseases all around the world and to things there ain’t no vaccine to “protect’ you from. Personally, I don’t trust any of the fucking vaccines. Since I haven’t had to have any, I don’t get sick at all. Been to a doctor once since I got out in 1992 (not counting trying to get treated for back injuries at the fucking VA which never happened anyfuckingway) and I’m never sick. For years, I just got to feeling better, the longer I stayed away from those sick fucks in white coats and their fucking crosses you call syringes. Fuck that religion of causing diseases so that doctors can treat symptoms but not cures.

Solution for college students. Go and get your MMR titers drawn from a clinic. They will give you the print out. If titers are not within range, scan the document, call it up into photoshop and fix it. Turn in the fix like Obama and school satisfied.

DO NOT TAKE MMR. My son got the MMR jab at 1 year old, before that he was developing completely normal. He got a localized reaction from MMR and low and behold, he began to regress and we later had doctors look at him (around 1.5 – 2 years) he was later diagnosed with mild autism. He is no longer getting any shots and he seems to be slowly coming out of it. I will kill any person who tries and gives me or my family a vaccine forcibly, i’m fed up with these eugenisist and their crap.
Also, boys are more heavily affected by these vaccines as i have noticed with coworkers and family members children, my daughter got her vaccines up t’ill 3 years old and never had any problems. I have 2 nephews my son and about every coworker who has a son that has mild to severe autism. I keep telling everyone it’s the vaccines but they think i’m crazy. I guess the whole society (especially the males) just all of a sudden started to get messed up.
They are attacking the males as they are the protectors. I’m serious now, if the governmetn tries to forcibly vaccinate (slow kill) any of my family members, there will be blood in the streets. YOU HEAR THAT YOU C***SUCKERS. I GOT A BULLET WITH YOUR NAME. DON’T SLOW KILL US BRO. I’m told that we’ve distributed similar notices for the last few years. Last year, our major emphasis was on incoming freshman who lived on campus. This year we’re expanding requirements for the meningitis vaccination to juniors and seniors living on campus. We’re following guidelines suggested by the American College Health Association. This is obviously a very heavy topic and one that must be addressed.
Of course they’re going to say you need a vaccination, because they have CREATED THE DISEASE!
Up until just the beginning of my lifetime vaccinations were unheard of and people survived just fine. There were diseases discussed in history classes, etc. that explained of flu’s killing many millions of people…such as the black plague, influenza, etc. But those were recent history as far back as science was made common…around the 14th century. Who’s to say diseases weren’t formed by man then?
Either way, if you keep your immune system boosted and eat a correct diet keeping your body alkalined properly, you will have no need for government shots and worries about outbreaks, or if anything, you’ll have a survivable chance.
They create these diseases to kill us under their eugenics plans as we all know. So just keep informing the masses and let them call you crazy…because when you’re proven right…they’ll come back to you for more information. I know, this happens to me almost daily.

meh, not too worried. UA is a state university that does what it wants to do. the obama admin did not force the vaccinations, nor did fema, nor did anyone else but UA. why? money, yes, but honestly, we’re forgetting, that there are still serious illnesses like meningitis that are easily contracted in close quarters like universities.
now, the withholding registration part is tricky but i can understand. just as you would promise to make at least over a 2.5 gpa to stay out of scholastic probation, you would also feel that in order to earn the right to be a student in a school you honor you should oblige and not jeopardize other students.
BUT, if there is an evil scenario like the UA admin taking bribes to use vaccines pushed on them by the makers KNOWING they could harm the students, i would say IN A PIGS EYE. hopefully, the students are warned of the dangers of vaccines and can make a sound decision whether or not the risk outweighs the glory.

Anybody who quotes research or studies has to understand where those numbers are coming from and how big pharma can manipulate any study to their advantage–THAT is their form of advertising. And this is how TRUE science has virtually disappeared and has now only become a mere tool of rhetoric, propaganda, and manipulation. As far as I am concerned, I don’t need a study to tell me vaccination is an unacceptable way to treat one’s body. It is completely unnatural to inject foriegn substances directly into one’s bloodstream, bypassing all the defense barriers in the body. There is a reason why we have layers of skin and other tissue protecting our circulatory system. The best defense is to treat your body like a temple and honor its natural ability to defend itself. Consume foods which are as unmanipulated-by-humans as possible and a variety of them. Also, know which foods and herbs have that special ability to help you fend off viral attacks, etc.

All states have exemptions for vaccines. In Alabama there is a medical and religious exemption. Even if your not religiously opposed to vaccines you still have a right to claim it. You just type something stating that you are are exerting your right to be exempt from vaccination due to religious beliefs. Take it to your county’s public health department and get a form from them. Yes they will balk and give you info about how vaccines keep you safe but that’s about it. When public K-12 schools run a notice in the newspapers about registration they never mention your rights as far as exemption. Same for colleges and universities. They don’t want the populace to know this bit of information. You have to read and know your state’s laws and educate yourself.

This, at least for now, is simple. Parents who do not wish to have their kids vaccinated get together in groups, finance teachers and home school. Students who are old enough to decide for themselves, do the same. It doesn’t matter if you have a fancy diploma hanging on the wall in 3-5 years time, because the world is changing fast and in a few short years, none of this system’s so-called “requirements” for “future prospects” will matter anymore. What will matter is what you know, what you can do, what you have experienced and seen and ultimately, how clever you are in making positive use of all these qualities for the good of not only yourself but of those around you as well. You are at the same time the individual drop AND the collective ocean. There is no separation. It is time to make a decision: think and act for yourself and lead others with integrity and compassion by example, or follow the ignorant masses to the slaughter. I’ve decided to leave a second reply because I have been reading many many internet blogs on various subjects to do with global control of the masses and about the implementation of “their plans for us” and I felt it was time to post a comment about the reactions from a large majority of correspondents and their effects on the general psyche of all who read their comments. Some are informative and positive but most are either anxious, annoyed, angry or vengeful. The thing is: WE create the world we live in. We either allow ourselves to become slaves or retain self-autonomy. This is the choice always, in every moment of every day. Simple really but only ever as easy as we make it for ourselves. ALL HUMAN BEINGS HAVE BEEN GRANTED FREE WILL! It is absolutely up to us, individually and collectively, how we make use of it. Every time we allow ourselves to react in fear, anger, rage, jealousy, gossip-mongering, lies etc., we give in to our own dark side and therefore to “them”. Yes, we each have a dark side and we also have a light side. Each and everyone of us. We make choices every moment, even if we aren’t consciously aware of them. When we “buy into” anything anyone says or writes or talks about (including my comment here!), we enter into an agreement, an invisible contract, to which we must adhere until we replace it with another agreement. Some agreements help us to grow and are beneficial, others lead us into fear. Love and fear are two sides of the same coin. Whatever isn’t Love, is fear. Think about that. Projecting fear towards self and others carries responsibility, as does the projection of Love. If you project Love, you grow and you help others grow too. If you project fear, you damage yourself and you damage others. What you speak, feel, think, imagine or intend are ALL actions which carry great power and travel like a wave outwards from you in all directions. Don’t fool yourself. EVERY SINGLE THOUGHT IS AN ACTION. Every action creates the world you live in and our collective actions create our collective world. If you didn’t know this before, you do now. Therefore, you can no longer claim ignorance as a protection. It is time to wake up!!! You and me and all of us create and shape the future of this world in every moment. There are very few of “them”. There are very many of US. The only reason why “they” have any control whatsoever is because “they” know how our minds work and how to push our buttons until we ALLOW ourselves to feel fear. So, make a decision today to no longer allow fear to take charge of you. Accept fear as part of you, your own dark side, which is no more your enemy than is your light side. It merely is as it is. Use your fear as a measuring stick and as a motivator, to see how strong you have become in your personal conviction to BE Love in every moment. Do this diligently, every day, for 3 weeks in all your actions and it will become your new habit. To you who have fallen into the fear habit, please know that it is only a habit, nothing more. So break this agreement, this contract you have entered into and replace it with Love and Joy. Joy is Love in Action. This Earth school is about self-mastery. You cannot control anyone or anything in it, other than your very own self. So change your self and watch the world change around you. The more humans do this, the more this world changes for the better. Take responsibility for your self, instead of complaining about others and begin living in accordance with the ideal world you are wanting to see around you, not the illusion of fear that is being projected by “them”. When you do this and you and you and you and the majority of humans on this beautiful Earth we have been made custodians of, then you become the wise, compassionate, forgiving, loving and joyful co-creators, you were born into this world to become. This statement is universal truth and it is YOUR CHOICE what you do with it.

I am so sick of hearing about mandatory vaccination, my child was diagnosed with a bunch of neurological based disabilities after childhood, i am sure it was caused by the 3 at the time shots she received…I need advice , i have a 12 year old girl that goes to a private school and don’t want to have her vaccinated any longer…how should i present my case and refuse to go for the shots and still make sure she get back in school this year? thank you al.
