Pirates commandeered a United States-flagged container ship with 20 American crew members off the coast of Somalia on Wednesday, in what appeared to be the first time an American-crewed ship was seized by pirates in the area.
The Pentagon said the crew of the ship was believed to have retaken the vessel, The Associated Press reported, though the owner of the ship said it could not confirm that the crew was back in control.
The container ship, the Maersk Alabama, was carrying thousands of tons of relief aid to the Kenyan port of Mombasa, the company that owns the ship said.
The ship was taken by pirates at about 7:30 a.m. local time, 280 miles southeast of the Somali city of Eyl, a known haven for pirates, a spokesman for the United States Navy said. The ship is owned and operated by Maersk Line Limited, a United States subsidiary of A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, the Danish shipping giant.

The Maersk Alabama was at least the sixth commercial ship commandeered by pirates in the last week off the Horn of Africa, one of the most notoriously lawless zones on the high seas, where pirates have been operating with near impunity despite efforts by many nations, including the United States, to intimidate them with naval warship patrols.

Here is what Joe in JT’s solution to the Somali pirate crisis. Give these savages the million dollars they want but make the million bucks counterfit. How are they going to know the difference. You get your people back and secure the ship and crew. Meanwhile as the little motherfucking niggers a paddling back to Somolia, smiling ear to ear with a suitcase full of money, you launch the F-18’s. The aircraft roll at high supersonic speed, catch up to the giddy subhuman jungle bunnies, and fuckin “DROP” a fuckin cluster bomb on the boat load of niggers. Now that’s just for starters. Then we fly an entire squadron of B-52’s , about 7 of them all lined up in a single file row. The B-52’s aiming point is the coastline of Somolia exactly where these pirates dock there boats. From the shoreline to inland about 300 yards and a length of like 5 miles is utterly obliterated as the B-52’s drop their entire load, all seven of them. All ships are destroyed, about 3000 people are wiped out, and the craters left behind will be 900 nigger swimming pools the Somoli’s can take care of.

Why do you guys thing these so called pirates(over there they are known as volunteer coast guards,and everybody approves what they do,sorry they don’t have the money to buy fancy ships like the US giv.),have been fighting because they can’t fish in their own waters,their waters are being poluted by the ships that dump nuclear waste in their water. If you take a look at the stats,you’ll see a rise in birth defect in that area,decrease in fish and blatant pollution. Just like the iraqis,these folks are fighting for their lives,on their waters.
Please do a little research on that and you’ll see there is more to these hijacking,especialy this last one(the US ship). I looked into it,and found that this particular ship had top security clearance(secret clearance),and the somali “alternative” news reported that the ship was to dump some nuke waste in those waters,and when you think about it,it only makes sense why we are so alarmed and send a warship in the area,and why the pentagon is getting involved,

I know a recon Marine, he got out two years ago. The marine corps giving him a gun was a bad idea. The guy was totally off his rocker. Beat his wife, smacked his kid around, much better then a 9-11 truther!

By the way,the fact that this ship is own by a pentagon contractor should raise the biggest red flag(when is the last time pentagon contractors shipped cooking oil to Kenya?)
