U.S. Troops In Black Helicopters Invade New Orleans, Drop Bombs

The New Orleans Police Department, along with 150 active duty U.S. troops, are currently engaging in what they describe as “military training” as black helicopters whizz around the city dropping bombs in the latest example of Americans being incrementally conditioned to accept a state of de facto martial law.
The training has been ongoing since January 27 and involves “the use of military helicopters flying after dark throughout the city,” according to an Associated Press report.
Residents were warned “not to panic” if they witnessed the training and were assured that the activities had “been carefully planned and are safe”.
However, initial reports before the exercises began claimed that the training would only involve police, when in fact 150 U.S. troops from the U.S. Special Operations Command are also involved as part of urban warfare training.

Residents described hearing low flying helicopters and even bombs during the course of last night.
“I heard a bunch of explosions starting at about 10 p.m. They were about ten seconds apart, and then they’d stop, and we thought it was over, but then they started again,” said Gigi Burk.
The exercises are scheduled to end on February 8.
The militarization of law enforcement has rapidly advanced since 9/11 as part of a general program to prepare Americans for outright martial law following a mass casualty event.
A new bill introduced in Congress authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to set up a network of FEMA camp facilities to be used to house U.S. citizens in the event of a national emergency.
The National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of to providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.
With active duty military personnel already being stationed inside the U.S. under Northcom, partly for purposes of “crowd control,” fears that Americans could be incarcerated in detainment camps are all too real.
A resident filmed the helicopters at night around the University of New Orleans Lakefront Campus on February 3. Watch the clip below.

We should have begun our training long ago.
If citizens are highly trained and well armed, there is not even any need for police and military forces. If incentives were in place that encouraged average citizens to be well armed and highly trained, American would have a dormant force of millions that could defend America against any foreign threat. And violent criminals would hide if most average citizens were armed and dangerous.
We have let our keepers build police and military forces to keep us obedient. They don’t keep the peace. They don’t protect America. They protect our masters from us. They keep us obedient.
We have let them do this by using their money. By using Federal Reserve notes, we have let the central bankers steal from us through inflation and usury for generations. They have used that money to usurp the political system completely. And this political/financial consortium controls the military and police.
All we need to do to unseat our rulers is stop using their money. When we switch to an alternative currency their system will fall. The central banks will dissolve and their political actors will be out of a job.

Your critisism of the system as it is seems right, but your solution is not going to work, you idea that “work time” can somehow be converted into a functional currency is wrong, counterfitting will be rampant, who is the judge on work quality, 2 people together can make new currency? Won`t work. I have thought about it too, but it just doesn`t work. However that you need a new currency is correct, new economic format of sorts also correct, but I don`t think you know what format that should be. The answer is: socialized investment credit, high end democracy, smaller nation (USA cut up), true sovereignty, land distribution (per economic value, right to rent out never to sell), and companies flowing over into the hands of the employee majority once starter leaves.
Don`t shoot these proposals off because you can think of how they won`t work. I have already thought about how they would or won`t work, and devised a matching new Constitution.

I think it is an engineer solution to a social question. An engineer thinks “hmm, what about this tool,” but nuts & bolts are different from people. To make a local currency good: get taxes in that currency and provide state associated services. Then it should become strong if it is hard to counterfit. A tax demand creates initial demand, demand creates demand and all of a sudden it works. The solution lies not in fiddling with the essence of money, but with taking out power-trading, which is surprisingly easy IMHO. It is not a utopian solution, problems will persist, but should make a big impact especially long term.

To Broken Reply, the police, and other government agencies, have been using military training facilities for years. The DEA and the BATF and SWAT teams have used the Ranger schools, PLDC, etc. to learn the basics of military training. However, they generally take out the sleep deprivation, and the real training aspects out of it as they are too hard for them. At least this was the case in the early ’90s. That put them a little under slug, but that’s alright with me. As far as being a match for weaponry, that’s not a problem. It’s the person wielding the weapon, not the weapon, that matters. Understand? If not, then just go to your local FEMA camp and they will explain it all to you. Peace, Jim

Sounds like blackhawks, they are mostly transports. If they start flying 64’s and scouts with the hawks then they are really going tac. Then you have a problem that civilians are not trained to handle. People need to organize and train, but the gov will take a dim view of that for sure. If they start picking up small arms fire they will definitely try for marshal law, you would need massive support to overwhelm them then. Whatcha gonna do? Most are fat, dumb and happy!

Well if you fear a pink or purple helicopter that’s what color they will paint them. It’s a physiological warfare they have started against you. Another thing that people need to know is if you resist this change you will indeed become a terrorist. Just remember that when they come for you and you resist with violence, they have so many different technologies to use against masses of people that will totally disorder you both mentally and physically that putting up a fight will feel and look quite interesting. Now I’m not saying give up but if you have a boogieman coming to get you and your family you need to be thinking 21st century and not be thinking pistols and rifles.
Now with that said! I must say something is going to happen very soon. All the signs are there and we have been warned. One thing that I find interesting is that in June of 2001 I was warned by a few ABC agencies explaining I need to be very careful in my line of business, which will not be discussed. The important part is that these same agencies have recently in the last month contacted me again with the same concerns. I must admit that 9/11 caught me a little off guard, as I was unaware of something of that magnitude to happen. But since then my eyes and ears have been wide open to what is and could be going on, and my gut feeling is that our next event will be massive compared to 9/11
I believe one of two scenarios will be played out if not both. A possible nuclear attack to one if not several major ports arriving via shipping container. This in it self would not only cause mass casualties but a halt on all imports into the US until all shipping containers can be checked extensively and as a result shipments that haven’t arrived will be turned away and the end result would be a shut down of imports in the US and commerce across the lands. The other would be multiple “hundreds” of small bombings in all the US cities that would basically put the fear into the masses to stay home because it’s not safe to roam the streets.
My recommendations are to have a plan for yourself and your family. Be sure to have plenty of food and water on hand. How much? Well you do the math. Your going to need things to barter with if it lasts more than two weeks. Banks may be shut down so there’s no going to get cash at the ATM and your credit card isn’t going to work. Just think about being stranded in the woods for weeks and what you may need to survive. I personally think you will need to protect you and your family from displaced people more likely than people in strange looking suits. Basically the ill prepared will come and steal your stuff!

Listen Everyone, if you live in a Metropolitan, one of the larger cities in the U. S., then you are already in an interment camp. Hey everyone, I just read in Guns & Ammo Febuary 2009 that the Big Easy Police in New Orleans are giving back some of the guns they grabbed off the citizens, A change of heart for them? Well no, the NRA cut a deal with them to stop their law suit. They are giving back 552 guns. I wonder how many they took besides those. I hope they give back their bullets to them so next time the citizens will know better when to use them.

I live in between a army base 12 mile to the west and a airforce base 25 miles to the east. I see this kinda of thing all the time, and not just helicoptors there’s alway a jumbo jet or some big plane flying very low 500 feet at least 2 times a week. I see a lot of dog fighting to flares and all.

What you do not know is that Civil Affairs Brigades are part of special operations command. Also, that is an olive drab green army black hawk helicopter, not black. Not that it matters. Furthermore, black hawk helicopters are for personnel transport and medical evacuations only. The army does have helicopters in their inventory that are made for attack, but this article didn’t mention them. In case you all were wondering, I used to be a US soldier and thats how I know about what the army has and does not have.I do believe that the NWO is happening, but this seems somewhat biased. I do not want to start an argument, but I would have to see this for myself. I do know that when a state of emergency was declared because of hurricane katrina many civilians were put in military housing. At the time I was living on base and was upset that some people who were part of the criminal element were on a base I lived on. It really upset me. Also, FEMA command centers were located in remote parts of the bases. These did not look at all like the FEMA camps but certainly could be used for that if one so desired.

Blackhawks main be primarily for transport and cargo, but it does not take much to configure them for attack. the airforce has attack hawks, the navy has sea hawks. Sikorsky produces a number of version and its subsidiaries manufacture a great deal of components for specific uses. The wing stores can be fitted with erfs, extended range fuel systems, or, rocket pods or missile launchers. I worked primarily on the AH-64 for almost 15 years and am also very familiar with the UH-60, which used to be part of apache squardrons/battalions. Back in 1984, the airforce base in northern florida, eglin airforce base, had attack hawks on the tarmac. The UH-60 can be configured for just about any mission the bad guys want them to be. Don’t be to quick to dismiss what you think is not intended to be just because one has been in the service. If the powers to be want to kill you/us, they will. Research the testing of the hellfire missile on uh-60s back in 1984 at eglin.

Amazing how they choose universities for these exercises. Campuses are disarmed. Notice they don’t try these exercises in areas where the citizenry are armed, only around schools where they have disarmed the public. Let them try this crap in my home town. I guess my paranoia does not run as deep as some others. The Blackhawks have definitely
been training over New Orleans. So have orbiting command and control jets. They are too
high for visual ID but civilian liners don’t orbit for 90 minutes before finding a landing slot.
(not every night anyway) The point is, paranoia isn’t going to help you. If you are concerned,
go buy that shotgun you’ve had your eye on. Get a handgun in 9mm , .45acp, .357 mag or
whatever you believe you can find ammo for. Go to Walmart and buy a case for practice and
a case for sealed storage with dessicants. Then do it again next month and every month for
as long as you can afford it. If the Obamanation comes to fruition and they think they are
going to confiscate my legally and responsibly, owned and operated guns: GOOD LUCK WITH THAT.

The signs are all there for anyone willing to see. I was a skeptic for a long time, and it the more I read the more I moved to this point.
Several people are suggesting setting aside food and water – I even caught a bit of John Tesh last night, and HE was suggesting it. For those who are new to this mindset, I’ve prepared a report on the basics. There is LOTS more to do, but what’s in the report will serve as a starting point. While the New World Order is some type of Orwellian fantasy, the global economy is
totally real and in desperate trouble. The honeymoon for Obama is rapidly ending.
The economic stimulus/stabilization package’s success is far from certain. Many
economist say the only certainty is a gargantuan national debt that will take generations
to pay down, if ever.
That being said, I don’t personally see rioting in the streets as an end result, no matter
how severely the economy tanks. However, if terrorists manage to spray a deadly
bio-toxin from a cropduster, you will probably be glad the government bothered to train
with helicopters for a rapid response. If that is not sufficient to ease your woes, I suppose
you should stock up on canned goods, water, guns, ammunition, atropine, and antiboitics.

I don’t know about any “bombs” being dropped, but I can tell you for a fact that the rest of the story is true. I’m a cop in New Orleans and I can tell you that we were a little freaked-out about one of the “exercises” the other night — blacked-out (no visible insignia and all lights out!!) helicopters flying VERY low over residential neighborhoods. When I asked a ranked veteran officer who has many connections higher up in the chain of command, he expressed concern and surprise about the nature of these “exercises”. I’ve also been noticing reconnaisance aircraft continually circling on some nights, and we’ve been seeing a lot more “patrols” by military fighters, F/A 18’s I believe, over the city. It’s friggin’ ridiculous. It’s gotta be that they’re just softening-up the population, getting them used to a non-stop military presence. VERY alarming. Didn’t hear a thing about any “bombs” though…although parts of the city probably should just be carpet bombed to get rid of the thugs I have to deal with on a daily basis…
