U.S. Troops In Homeland “Crowd Control” Patrols From October 1st

U.S. troops returning from duty in Iraq will be carrying out homeland patrols in America from October 1st in complete violation of Posse Comitatus for the purposes of helping with “civil unrest and crowd control” – which could include dealing with unruly Americans after a complete economic collapse.
This shocking admission was calmly reported on September 8th by the Army Times website, which reports that from the beginning of next month the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team “Will be under the day-to-day control of U.S. Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command, as an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks.”
The article notes that the deployment “marks the first time an active unit has been given a dedicated assignment to NorthCom, a joint command established in 2002 to provide command and control for federal homeland defense efforts and coordinate defense support of civil authorities.”
The purpose of the unit’s patrols includes helping “with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack.”

The unit will be on homeland patrol for at least 20 months before returning to Iraq or Afghanistan in early 2010, according to the report.
Training for homeland operations has already begun at Fort Stewart and at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs.
Ominously, the report states that, “The 1st BCT’s soldiers also will learn how to use “the first ever nonlethal package that the Army has fielded,” 1st BCT commander Col. Roger Cloutier said, referring to crowd and traffic control equipment and nonlethal weapons designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals without killing them.”
The unit would also be deployed to deal with hostile crowds of Americans in the aftermath of a massive economic depression, potential food riots and race riots, if one defines the term “crowd control” to match its reasonably applicable scenarios.
The open admission that U.S. troops will be involved in law enforcement operations as well as potentially using non-lethal weapons against American citizens is a complete violation of the Posse Comitatus Act and the Insurrection Act, which substantially limit the powers of the federal government to use the military for law enforcement unless under precise and extreme circumstances.
Section 1385 of the Posse Comitatus Act states, “Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.”

Under the John Warner Defense Authorization Act, signed by President Bush on October 17, 2006, the law was changed to state, “The President may employ the armed forces to restore public order in any State of the United States the President determines hinders the execution of laws or deprives people of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law or opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.”
However, these changes were repealed in their entirety by HR 4986: National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008, reverting back to the original state of the Insurrection Act of 1807.
The original text of the Insurrection Act severely limits the power of the President to deploy troops within the United States.
For troops to be deployed, a condition has to exist that, “(1) So hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or (2) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws. In any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution.”
Is the Bush administration and Northcom waiting for such a scenario to unfold, an event that completely overwhelms state authorities, before unleashing the might of the U.S. Army against the American people?
The deployment of National Guard troops to aid law enforcement or for disaster relief purposes is legal under the authority of the governor of a state, but using active duty U.S. Army in law enforcement operations inside America absent the conditions described in the Insurrection Act is completely illegal.
With the promise of an “October surprise” on behalf of Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda being bandied about by the media and the potential for civil unrest should a complete collapse of the U.S. economy unfold, the presence of U.S. troops inside America, returning fresh from kicking down doors, arresting “insurgents” and taking them to internment camps in Iraq, should put Americans on alert and provoke urgent questions about the legality of U.S. Army units engaging in law enforcement operations against American citizens.

Now they are playing dumb, like they are not in the know of Bush’s plans. After the boots are in place, Martial law will be enacted. Advice: Cache all weapons and supplies in remote locations away from where you reside because home searches will occur. Then bug out in a non chalant fashion to your safe retreat! Watch out for untrustworthy neighbors, backstabbing friends and family to rat you out. So all I can say now is “Lets get this party started.” Why put off tomorrow, what you can do today?

October 1, 1768 Boston: arrival of 2 regiments of the King’s Army to quell unrest and tamp down civil protests againt the Townshend Taxes. As fifty cannon rolled off the ships and up the wharves at Boston Harbor, the first order of business was to occupy the famous Faneuil Hall, where the town of Boston held their meetings and did the people’s business. Housed within that building were the town’s community firepower: 400 muskets. All were confiscated as the first official act of the King’s Army. And thus it began. With each effrontery to the cause of liberty, the Patriots opposed the fascists through non-violent means. Tension mounted until it erupted on the streets when on the night of March 5, 1770 eleven Bostonians were killed or wounded by soldiers who’d been threatening for weeks that their swords would soon be dipped in Yankee blood. Is it possible that with the feds taking over the loans, they will throw us in prison if we default on the loans or credit cards, just like they toss us in prison if we don’t pay our taxes? This could be one of the ways that they start putting large populations into the prisons they are setting up across the country. In America, the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) was created in 1979 under Presidential Memorandum 32 authored for President Carter by Prof. Samuel P. Huntington, a Harvard professor and former FEMA Advisory Board chairman. Huntington wrote the Seminal Peace for the Trilateral Commission in the mid 70’s, in which he criticized democracy and economic development as outdated ideas. As co-author of the book, Crisis in Democracy, Huntington wrote:
“We have come to recognize that there are potential desirable limits to economic growth. There are also potentially desirable limits to the indefinite extension of political democracy. A government which lacks authority will have little ability short of cataclysmic crisis to impose on its people the sacrifices which may be necessary.”
Huntington’s ideas were rewritten into National Security Decision Directive #47 (NSDD47), which was enacted in July 1982 by President Reagan. Treated as a passing footnote by the media, this law identified legitimate areas to be upgraded to maintain national defense, but it also laid the groundwork for Emergency Mobilization Preparedness, a plan under which existing socio/economic regulations or other legal constraints would be waived in the event of a national emergency. This plan was further strengthened in Public Law 101-647, signed by President Bush in November 1990.What it boils down to is this: in the event that the President declares a national emergency, for any reason (from major earthquakes to increased international tensions or economic /financial crisis of any stripe), FEMA can then, at their discretion, implement Executive Orders 10995 through 11005. These Executive Orders permit a takeover by FEMA of local, state, and national governments and the suspension of constitutional guarantees. FEMA will have the authority to exert any sort of control that it deems necessary upon the American public. A trained National Police Force, formally referred to by the name of Multi Jurisdictional Task Force (MJTF), wearing black uniforms and composed of:
1. specially selected US military personnel
2. foreign military units carrying United Nations ID cards, and
3. specially trained existing police groups from larger metropolitan American cities.
These members of the MJTF will implement and enforce martial law under the direction and controlof FEMA. The President and Congress are out of the loop

I guess I’d better go to the bank and make a final withdrawal. I’m going to need the money for “practical purposes”.
A bug out bag will not be enough. You must have enough for you and your family for at least 2-3 weeks. If you have a trusted friend or relative in rural areas where you can cache food and other supplies I suggest doing so ahead of time. Make sure you cache food where animals cannot get to it. I would not cache my weapons in the same location.
Get as much gear as you can together asap. There are also survival websites you can visit for additional info and tips. Do not take a cellphone with you as they can track you .
Do not tell anybody where you are going unless you know and trust them, even family members will rat out their own if under “extreme” measures.
Be prepared to camp out in inclement weather as well. If you have your children with you make sure you have any and all meds for them as well as yourself. The last thing you want is for someone in the family to go into diabetic shock or run out of blood pressure or other needed meds. Purchase a shortwave radio as this will be needed to keep informed on the current situation. If alternative radio stations are not shut down ( Alex Jones or Jeff Rense) then some info will get out. Don’t forget extra batteries.
These are some of the things to prepare with. Don’t hesitate the longer you wait the more precarious your situation may become.

If you have personal weapons, they will probably be better used for self-defense against looters than the military. Again, check out the army website and note that the crowd-control weapons will be “non-lethal.” These days, that does not mean tear gas and beanbags, but high-intensity, low-frequency soundwave emitters which make people extremely nauseated and dizzy, unable to retaliate. There is no recourse against it, and it can work from a quarter-mile away. Israel has been using it since 2005 and has found it to be highly effective (google The Scream Israel). As for the Canadian connection, that is also addressed at the army website and is indeed a core part of NorthCom. No in-and-out privileges with our northern border.

I think the government, as you use the name as an entity, is more worried about the upcoming election; the oil crisis; future terrorist attacks; the economy. Do you realize how many people there are in the United States? If the government tried squelching the people, citizens in the United States alone would be able to turn over a revolution.

I do believe that cities and states put a little too much dependence on the federal government. But I think almost everyone needs someone to back them. We aren’t the United State of Philadelphia, or New York. We’re states, all created under one government. Different states are suffering from different things. I live around Flint Michigan and I’m more afraid to go into downtown Flint and worry about the disgruntled unemployeed GM employees than I am to run through a cave in Afghanistan.

Simple fact: They are deploying an US Army unit for “law enforcement” purposes within the borders of the United States. This is in direct violation of many US laws.
What are they saying to you? The same thing they say in courts everyday in this country, they don’t have to follow the laws, we do and sometimes they’ll make the laws up as they go.
I don’t think this one particular unit is capable of controlling the entire nation. This is simply a feeler mission. If We The People act as sheep and accept the wolves among us they will deploy more wolves.
Those with carrying permits should stand opposite of these patrolling units, letting them know that as they are “patrolling” our people, we are patrolling theirs.
There is no doubt that we should not provoc an incident but we also must show no fear in the face of creeping tyranny. Literature on shirts/signs/etc should be clearly displayed to remind the soldiers of the oath they took and that they should honor that oath.
The simple fact is, they are breaking the law. We must be wary of those that brazenly break the law in the name of the law.
Each soldier has a brain, they can all make choices. You are only fooling yourself if you insist that the poor soldiers were only following orders. We are all responsible for our own actions. Tyrrany has no excuses, PERIOD.

Weather the troops will be deployed to act on behalf of the government is not in question. The fact that they are going to employ them in this capacity certainly violates the law of the land. Remember Katrina when the military went house to house and took peoples weapons from them? The fact that we, as citizens, have become so complacent in our responsibilities that we should have seen this a long time ago. Yet most of the people in this country have been distracted from truth. TV and radio corporations who fall under a neo-con umbrella conspiracy have succeeded in blindsiding us at every corner. This planned deployment, Oct 1st of a Brigade ( apprx 10,000 Soldiers) of the 3rd Infantry Division, the Marne Division. I and many other decent veterans served under that Division in Germany during the cold war. I can reassure you, they would far rather turn their bayonets on their CO´s than on their own people. I have been following alex jones’ work for a few years now. I feel that he has brought to light many issues within our current system that need to be changed and fought against. Over time he has become more and more hardnosed about his belief structure. But after hearing his radio show featuring peter joseph, i have lost all respect for mr. jones. And no, i am not a zeitgeist supporter, nor am i an infowars/prisonplanet supporter. I am a truth seeker, and support whatever ideas make it through to my inner self as true and self-evident. What is the point of bringing someone on your show and then giving them a a few sentences followed by harsh child-like redicule? Alex Jones has become exactly what he tells us to fear. A fear monger. A free speech limiter. An angry tyrant. He is fighting now the same people who have also been putting their lives at sake for the truth. Maybe we won’t reach utopia. I think the word itself has become so skewed we can’t even imagine it anymore. Our race has to move past fighting and anger that protects our justification for our beliefs if we are to survive. I am a dreamer, and I am not the only one. Millions of people are aware that humanity can achieve perfect harmony with each other. To believe otherwise is to believe that we are seperate from one another. We may experience our world subjectively, but we are all one. To believe that even one weapon is needed, is to live in fear. On a more universal scale, do you actually believe that we are not being watched right now? Do you believe that with our primitive ideas of war, we will be let off this planet? Do you believe that we could actually stop an attack from our extraterrestrial brethren if we so chose? And do you ever wonder why they haven’t just come down and taken us over? They can disarm nuclear missiles indefinitely, and can travel within spacetime. They are waiting and watching to see if we will become an intelligent race. And no, we are not there yet. We are on the verge of growing up. And until people stop feeding our brains with ideas of fear, we will never reach our full capacity of understanding the nature of our being. And just to pose a question, if having a price of 29.95 instead of 30 isn’t manipulative, then why not change it? Hell, it makes your two million dollar a year salary an extra .05 a video. That has to sound appealing doesn’t it. But you won’t because you will hold onto your belief structure until the day you die. Just like everyone you stand against in this world.
Goodbye mr. jones. I am now looking elsewhere to make my informed decisions. I suggest everyone reading this to do the same. He will continue his angry rants forever unless people stop listening and he sees his ratings drop and he wonders why. May you all take your next steps with love in your hearts.
