U.S. will not balance budget by 2012: White House

The U.S. government will not reach its goal of balancing the federal budget by 2012 because of the response to the global financial crisis, the White House said on Wednesday.
“That’s going to be put off for some time, no question about it,” White House spokesman Tony Fratto said in response to a question about whether the government would still meet the 2012 goal.
“But this is what you want to see when you’re in an economic downturn,” he added. “You want to see the government to be able to take the actions that it can take to help to support growth. And we’re in not just an economic downturn but one that’s accompanied by and occurring at the same time as a financial crisis.”

2012? Ha at this rate they won’t balance it by 3012!
I expect a collapse, a bankruptcy and a debt repudiation either directly or by hyperinflation.
The debt will never be paid.

What so few people seem to realize is that, as long as we have a debt-based money system, the federal government CAN’T have a “balanced budget” without precipitating a depression-inducing money supply contraction in the process.

Why can’t we just (as a world) say f*** you Rothechild, fuck you IMF, and just say, we have no debt, go F yourself, and if they dont just say that the IMF (etc) is BELIEVEDTOBELINKEDTO ALQIDA and shot them all as terrorists.
I mean really who would argue with that, just call the terrorists (which is the truth) and label them before the world and then sit back and let them be slaughtered.
