Former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura is to host a series of programs on the subject of “conspiracy theories”, to be premiered later in the year.
Cable’s truTV has confirmed that seven episodes of “Conspiracy Theories With Jesse Ventura” will air this November.
A truTV new release earlier this week described the series:
“Jesse Ventura, a man who has lived a dangerous life, is about to explore mysteries behind the most compelling modern-day conspiracy theories. … Ventura will hunt down answers, plunging viewers into a world of secret meetings, midnight surveillance, shifty characters and dark forces.”
Marc Juris, an executive vice president and general manager of truTV, added that the channel “received a very positive response when we showed a preview of ‘Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura’ at this year’s advertising upfront presentation, so it’s very exciting to be able to green-light it for a full series.”
Ventura, who entered politics as an independent and served as the 38th Governor of Minnesota from 1999-2003, first revealed details of the upcoming series on the Alex Jones show last October.
At the time he stated that one of the episodes of the the series will look into 9/11 and ask questions surrounding the stonewalling of the truth concerning the attacks.
“To me that is the question we are going to try and pursue,” Ventura stated.
“People who will stonewall 9/11, well why? If what you are saying is true then simply tell the truth and let the chips fall where they may.” he continued.
“Conspiracies have fascinated me for going on 25 years now starting with the murder of John F Kennedy, and watching it evolve into everything else and now into the 9/11 conspiracy.” Ventura elaborated.

The former Navy SEAL and professional wrestler appeared on the Alex Jones show earlier in 2008 to go public with questions and concerns over the official government version of events surrounding the 9/11 attacks.
Since that time Ventura has been extremely vocal in his support for the 9/11 Truth Movement. He spoke passionately on the subject in front of 10,000 strong and millions watching on C-Span during an appearance at Ron Paul’s Rally For The Republic last year.
TruTv currently reaches 91 million U.S. households, meaning Ventura will potentially reach millions of viewers who are not already aware of his views and the movements he has associated himself with.
According to the truTV website , “In each episode he will travel across the country investigating cases, hearing from both conspiracy believers and skeptics to make a final determination about the theory’s validity.”
