Former Gov. Jesse Ventura will return to the Minnesota political stage Sept. 2, lending his big voice and strong opinions to an alternative rally for GOP Rep. Ron Paul during the Republican National Convention.
Rally for the Republic spokesman Jesse Benton predicted Ventura’s appearance would boost national interest in the two-day rally at the Target Center in Minneapolis for Paul, the Texas congressman and unsuccessful presidential candidate.
“He’s a great voice for freedom and limited government,” Benton said of Ventura. “He’s got a lot of charisma and a lot of credibility, and we’re very happy that he’s going to lend his voice to some of the other great freedom advocates that will be there with us that day.”

In a YouTube video announcing Ventura’s appearance, Paul said the governor is a “big draw… He supports our views. He’s against this war. He’s for civil liberties.”
A spokeswoman for Ventura’s book publisher, Skyhorse Publishing, confirmed that Ventura had agreed to speak at the rally. “It’s something that he wanted to do,” she said, declining to elaborate.
The author, former professional wrestler and Brooklyn Park mayor could not be reached for comment.
Paul himself asked rally organizers to invite Ventura, said Marianne Stebbins, the candidate’s Minnesota campaign coordinator. “He insisted on it,” she said.
That may come as a surprise since Ventura didn’t endorse Paul and doesn’t embrace all of his anti-tax and small-government views.

“The public’s waking up so you’d better get straight
Start voting in our interests before it’s too late
Most of you had nothing to do with September 11.
But if you stage another one to bring on martial law,
It’ll be the biggest street fight that this country every saw
And when the smoke clears you’ll all stand trial
For wartime treason.
Rebellion, rebellion, rebellion.”

Ron Paul has been leading this drive for restoring the Constitution and what is going on with irresponsible government. and I think it is Awesome that Jesse is taking part and putting his name on the line. Even if the mainstream media try to low ball this it just might turn out to be huge…

Half of the truth is half of a lie. If nether of these men do not acknowledge the fact that the irs and the court systems was placed here by the queen of England, or that the pope and jesuit’s are running and ruining the whole world – they are like Doctors fighting the symptoms and not the cause of the symptoms. Am in no way trying to make these men look bad because I know you all have much love for these people – but on the other hand, I love truth more than life itself and would die for it too. Besides, we all know what happens to people who are a threat to the queen, pope, and jesuit’s, …. All I asked is to keep it real even if you get killed

Alex Jones is an information stooge, a boisterous bragger and liar, and worst of all, a proxy tool of the finance oligarchs, industrialists, asset-strippers, and Wall-Street robber barons.
This is best illustrated by his utterly disrespectful interview with the author, scholar, and immensely more intelligent Webster Griffin Tarpley.
Mr. Tarpley has been the scourge of the financiers for decades, and Jones has the audacity to challenge him, supposedly in defense of the Mexophobe and reactionary Freedmanite Ron Paul, a man who’s disastrous economic policies border on those used by Pinochet in Chili, the horrendous dictator who was supported by the parasitical elements of Wall Street and The City of London.
Alex Jones is a stooge of Wall Street. A man with immediate connections to both the Petroleum Industrial Complex, the Fourth Estate and Mainstream Media, as well as well documented connections within the FBI. He has been quoted stating he has personal acquaintances within the agency.
I urge all readers to abandon the reactionary hysteria of Alex Jones. A man who’s show is increasingly turning into a Megaphone for the prophets of fear and austerity: the storable food hacks, water filter bimbos, and other perverse hucksters, charlatans, and frauds.

It’s about time Jesse did something for the movement and joined forces with Paul. This is bigger than anyone can imagine and I’m sure the repubs are crapping themselves right now.
