Ventura: U.S. Government Out To Destroy Middle Class

Former Governor Jesse Ventura slammed the weak dollar policy as part of a war being waged on the middle class in America by the U.S. government as the greenback collapsed to an all time record low against the euro today.
Ventura made the comments before his appearance on Larry King Live last night, during which he announced he would not be running for the U.S. Senate.
“The dollar has fallen through the floor, there’s half a dozen countries now that have a higher value and more than that than us,” Ventura told The Alex Jones Show.

The former Minnesota Governor identified two key factors behind dollar devaluation – the war in Iraq and the ballooning national debt.
“It’s the exact two things that I’ve been harping on for the last 2 months and a half….we must do something about the $9 trillion dollars plus of debt we owe throughout the world,” said Ventura, adding that most people in America were unconcerned about the greenback’s spectacular plummet.
Asked why the establishment were not going to reverse the destruction of the dollar, Ventura responded, “Because I don’t think they really care, they’re making their money and they’re in their position.”
“To me it’s clear there is a war on the middle class in America today being waged by our own government – they’re out to destroy what was the American dream and the American dream was the middle class, we were the country where you could get a job and you could support your family….that’s being extinguished greatly today and it seems our illustrious elected officials don’t have a problem with it,” said Ventura.
The dollar fell to an all time record low against the euro today on the back of mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac being bailed out by the U.S. government.
The dollar declined to $1.6038 per euro, the lowest since the euro’s inception in 1999, and was at $1.6004 as of 11:13 a.m. in London, from $1.5908 in New York yesterday. The greenback also hit a 25-year low versus the Australian dollar.

I know this sounds unconstitutional, not that it would bother the powers that be, but why can’t we, the middle class, form our own currency to be used amongst ourselves and small businesses, and not allow the wealthy or large corporations to play? Or why not have 100 million people visit DC on a certain few designated days and kick these people out of our country in a revolutionary style? This country has had successful revolutions before.

The “Civil War” was not about slavery. Slavery’s obvious horrors were the pretext. That war was about state’s rights, over Federal Rights. The Feds won. If you ever wonder what is the truth of that war, just look at what Lincoln did. He put people in jail, he suspended habeus corpus. He committed war crimes on other Americans. They pitted American against American. They played the race card to justify the takeover of the Federal government and the supremacy of it’s power over the states. Thanks to the Federal Government, we have had one war, after another, in foreign lands, against people that we don’t even know, or never attacked us.
If you want to know how this Federal government will treat you, just look at what the LIKUD government does to the Palestinian people. They don’t have any Bill of Rights. Now, we don’t either, because Bush says our Constitution is just a G.D piece of paper.
So, what do we need the Federal Government for? Our family law is state, or criminal statutes are state. The trash service is county, the water is city. There is no need for the Federal Government, as it only costs us money that we don’t have. They gave our money to a private entity that was unlawfully set up, and called it the “Federal Reserve”. But, it is as “Federal” as the Federal Express. Those are the people who are doing us in, and the Federal government is in bed with them.
So, unless you love paying money to the Federal government, and getting nothing but wars, bills and more lies, you should take a second look at the indoctrination that you have been subjected to regarding our history, and our so called “Civil War”.
Ask yourself, why did they make it about slavery?

ventura seems like a pretty smart guy, maybe he wanted to get in with these crooks by running for senate, or maybe when he tried they wouldnt let him in. either way hes right, they are trying to destroy the middle class, no better way to raise an army. take the richest and most priviledged bunch of people on earth, then take every luxury away suddenly, and then blame it all on some other country that ironically has resources of some kind. then you have a perfect excuse to invade someone and the people get to “fix” their problem by stopping the “terrorists”

ECTOENDOMEZO is absolutely correct! He is a true patriot and if only I can muster the balls to follow him. There should never be a sacrifice of freedom for comfort/ security. I have been paying my own government protection money like the corrupt organized crime syndicate it is. This is definetly not what our forefathers intended. Look what these dark corrupted individuals do with our money and who are they representing? (their own greedy selves) It is obvious their intentions aren’t for the good of the people because their fruit is venomous poison and they destroy anything they set out to protect. How do we get the herd to follow the light of the truth and not continue falling into the darkness of the media’s lies? When you can create money out of thin air is there anything or anyone that can’t be bought? I will follow my brothers and sisters into peaceful tax protest even with so much to lose with a wife and 2 young children to provide for. Katz Freeman is right on about state and local government. I work for the Texas state Legislature, and can say with some certainty that normal political shenanigans aside, the politicos in Austin spend the people’s money reasonably, pass reasonable laws, and when confronted by People Power do reasonably listen. The good does not always win, but it stands a fighting chance. Not so at the federal level.
While the federal government has a few critical functions, these functions are not so critical: bleeding people by taxing their income, pulling off (or allowing to be pulled off) 9/11, sustaining a massive Pentagon budget, doing nothing with that massive Pentagon budget to protect this nation’s borders from the demographic deluge, systematically devaluing our currency, running irresponsible budget and trade deficits, assaulting other counties, encouraging the offshoring of American jobs, torturing citizens and non-citizens alike, and generally defecating with contempt all over our beloved Constitution.

Anyone who thinks that we do not need to pay taxes, illegitimate or not, to the government is a fool. You must understand that the government controls the police and the military. It does not matter that the feds have seriously usurped state power. It does not matter if everything you say is true, theoretically. The reality is that the government will ensure its income stream. Period! Try to deny them and you will be sorry. Don’t listen to me, brothers. I’m just saying.
By the way, historians tend to agree on a multitude of factors causing the Civil War (in a way, this was a war between two completely different countries with completely different cultures, not a Civil War exactly). It is believed that slavery was one of those factors.

CORRECTION: Anyone who thinks that we should pay income tax is a fool. Taxes are a given and necessary because they pay civil and public servants (like park rangers, police, etc…) as well as funding the creation of libraries, schools, town halls, parks, etc… I pay a tax on cigarettes because I smoke, non-smokers do not pay a cigarette tax. The government will ensure it’s income stream by borrowing more from the Federal Reserve (a non-federal institution). This is, by the way, why the income tax “law” was “passed.” Any paid income tax goes towards the debt the government owes to the Federal Reserve. I’m really trying to figure out who will be sorry or tell someone else they will be. Oh, and it DOES matter that the feds are usurping state power. States are very important because they’re individual, not collective (no matter what anyone thinks, says, or believes).

Many Americans including many economists seem to forget how the US became a great power and by the 1920s manufactured almost half of the world’s goods. I would hasten to add, America did much of it without the Income Tax that came in 1913 which in 2005 dollars would mean a 57,000 dollar personal deduction!
The US became a world power by using two forms of tariff: The protective tariff and the revenue tariff. The revenue tariff was used to pay for the running of the Federal government. This is why Americans never paid any Income Tax. Next, the protective tariff was use to protect vital industries and new industries from British dumping–but more, to provide jobs, plenty of jobs, and job security.
In 1973 this all changed when we dumped our last vestige of self-sufficiency–now being reliant on other nations for goods—not ourselves. What did we do? We adopted the scourge of free-trade which, according to the eminent economic historian, Paul Bairoch, has never worked and leads only to depressions! According to Karl Marx free-trade causes destruction. Marx thought that free-trade was a great idea to further the revolution. In this regard Marx is right. Our nation is being destroyed.
Now is the time to go back to the future: to be a self-sufficient nation again and also, get rid of the Income Tax or greatly reduce it so that nobody who makes under 60,000 dollars a year has to pay Income Tax.
By the way, this is all doable within a time frame of 3 years. The great Bismarck did it. He also gave the German people universal healthcare in the 1880s! The great Second Reich thought as one nation and one people–and to do it they adopted the American System of Hamilton and Clay–that a self-sufficient nation is the best nation–not a nation that outsources jobs and ships its manufacturing base to China and elsewhere.

Yes we do have to pay federal income taxes if we choose to police the world and be slaves to the Federal Reserve. Those are the choices are great leaders made for us.

I hope very one sees what is truly going on! There is a change in the wind, so to speak and many will desire to create fear and that will never provide the answers to true freedom. As freedom by definition is freedom from fear. The tide has turned and what was few are now becoming many and each day that passes more and more will awaken. Those that are still asleep will soon be jolted awake and everything that is now known by few will become common knowledge to all. The dawn is breaking and soon there will be no place for deception as it will become even more obvious than it already is. It will no longer be tolerated by the masses of the human race.
All people with one voice will speak out and their voices shall be heard by every ear as it beckons peace.

They the children of the night who seek to imprison those beings of light by enticing into acting against them and sealing their fate.
If we refrain from fear we defeat them for good they will never return. If not then those who fight and die will be by their own hand condemned sleep again into the night and provide base emotions to these beasts who live yet are not a living source in them selves unlike we who are alive and full of light.
We can set them free by becoming loving beings who respect everything no matter what it is and love everything because it is.
This act connects us with the highest form of creative energy in the universe and we become the light that the shadows recede from.
No darkness can exist in a lighted room, yet darkness has no power to create more darkness without us assisting with our negative energy.

honestly… i think he knows that they would kill him if he did not side with them… He would not be able to do his job to the full capability because of the stress from death threats to his family… If he went all out and started to make a change, they would kill him, just like kennedy and lincoln….
if your a leader and want to make a change in policy,,, i gaurantee you, that you would be dead befor any change takes place. There is no room for change…. The world will never get any better…
The elite would need to be killed or all there money stolen from the elite and given back to the people they stole off…
it is the elite that control the goverment… the goverment would be corruption free if the elite were wiped out…
