no the spraying particles is Chemtrails, what he is talking about in the interview I saw a show on, they were proposing putting thousands of large reflective almost like mirrors or just like panels that block a calculated percentage of the suns rays right up in space in our ORBIT. Different than the Chemtrails they are spraying down wiyhin our atmosphere already. Who knows really if they haven’t already been placing sun blocking pannels in orbit around the Earth.

Sticking to the topic at hand: sure it’s great if a few of the people’s public scietists stay on top of Geoengineering theories, ideas, miniature model experiments, this is one way for the rest of us to obtain bits of knowledge. There may actually be a few people in this world holding the knowledge of the recipe or cocktail of Earth’s atmosphere. The few certainly know more than they are telling you or I and they are certainly not asking our permission to do whatever the hell they want. See CHEMTRAILS as well on Youtube and Google and dig deeper to documentation. They just get their special classified teams to pull one (highly classified, top secret, and illegal Geoengineering) thing off and then have one of their equally as ignorant as the public scientists give a press relese saying keep it on the table, JUST in CASE we need to use it. Constant manipulation and deception…it is their MOST entertaining Art they love to do whatever they want and keep people ignorant while calling people stupid. These are some problems with bioengineering -it IS being used, we have no idea how long it has been being used for, and we’re not even being told much less asked, our Earth already has a ton of space junk garbage orbiting about it. “Geoengineering” has been going on for 17 years and even I did not know about it until about 10 years ago. I saw chemtrails but it did not register because I had not been educated on it yet. I pretty much woke up when I first saw the WTC”S obviously being demo’d that morning and the govt story was so phony. I REMEMBER ASKING MYSELF, “WHY ARE THEY BLOWING UP THE BUILDING?Having all the names and life stories of all the so-called hyjackers in a matter of hours did it for me and watching the 3 buildingS being BLOWN UP FROM THE TOP DOWN. wHAT THEY WERE SAYING AND WHAT I SAW WERE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. I watched the pentagon story and there was no plane or parts anywhere and just the small hole where the missle hit, but NO PLANE in sight.

Over my home in Western North Carolina, planes fly almost daily leaving trails that fan out into cirrus looking clouds. What are they doing if not this “geo-engineering” Holdren is speaking of?
Also seems to me the biggest threat to life in ocean life is not CO2, it is the US Military dumping it’s waste into our oceans everyday. These clowns in Washington to give a damn about ocean life.
