Waco Siege “Enforcer” To Rule Over Global Police Force
Man who both approved and covered-up government slaughter of 76 people, including 20 children, will lead move to establish international model of law enforcement

UN and Interpol officials will meet today to discuss the formation of a “global police force” that would enjoy access to a worldwide database of DNA, biometric and fingerprint records. The effort will be spearheaded by a man known as “The Enforcer” who helped federal authorities both conduct and cover up the murderous Waco siege which killed 76 people in 1993.
“Interpol and the United Nations are poised to become partners in fighting crime by jointly grooming a global police force that would be deployed as peacekeepers among rogue nations riven by war and organized crime, officials from both organizations say,” reports the New York Times.
The emergence of a global police force is of course something that people like Alex Jones have been warning about for well over a decade. The global police force, just like the world army, is a key centerpiece of the march towards a dictatorial global government.
Those who were once called paranoid conspiracy theorists for claiming that the plan all along has been to centralize law enforcement into a global body run by the world government under the auspices of the UN and Interpol have been proven right once again.
For a taste of what Americans who aren’t so favorable to taking orders from foreigners on home soil can expect, consider the fact that the secretary general of Interpol, and one of the men at the forefront of setting up the global police force, is none other than Ronald K. Noble.
Noble, who is known as “The Enforcer,” has been instrumental in working with Chinese authorities to provide policing in the Communist country for major national events. However, his most notorious role was in ordering and then, in his position as Undersecretary for Enforcement of the United States Department of the Treasury, whitewashing the actions of the BATF following the federal government’s murderous siege on the Branch Davidian compound at Waco which killed 76 people including more than 20 children and two pregnant women in April 1993.
As Carol Moore writes, “Noble had approved the decision to go ahead with the raid,” and therefore, “had little interest in issuing a report that either would challenge significantly the BATF’s investigation or modus operandi or would admit these led to crimes against the Davidians.”
Noble ignored in his report more than a dozen eyewitness reports, along with photographic and video evidence, of a BATF helicopter firebombing the Waco church during the siege. He also ignored David Koresh’s July 1992 invitation to the BATF to inspect the Waco compound, which if it had gone ahead could have prevented the siege and the murder of 76 innocent people altogether.

“During the hearing, Friend-of-Bill Webster Hubbell denied repeatedly that he and Clinton had discussed the Waco situation informally, and improperly. However, an Associated Press article claimed Hubbell had revealed he was giving Clinton updates on Waco. And House staffers discovered a memorandum in which then-Treasury official Ron Noble asserted Hubbell would take the matter up with Clinton if the Treasury Department’s review did not downplay BATF errors. Clearly, Noble condones covering up government crimes against citizens,” writes Moore.
Noble was picked directly for the position of secretary general at Interpol by fellow Waco siege accomplice, former Attorney General Janet Reno.
During his September 2005 secretary general re-election acceptance speech in Berlin, Noble attributed Interpol’s ‘rebirth’ to the events of 9/11, saying that the terrorist attacks allowed the organization to go from being treated as largely irrelevant to setting it on the path to becoming an international police force.
Noble told the New York Times that one of the main roles of the global cops would be to stop people to check their identities against a global database.
“The police will be trained and equipped differently with resources,” Mr. Noble said. “When they stop someone, they will be consulting global databases to determine who they are stopping.”

As we previously reported, Interpol is setting up a huge biometric facial scan database of international travelers so they can cross-check everyone against a database of terror suspects, international criminals and fugitives. The database will hold the records of every citizen who has ever traveled in and out of the virtually every country in the world, representing intelligence agency style bulk interception of information.
According to the NY Times report, Interpol agents would be given special electronic passports that would allow them to speedily cross international borders.
“With the meeting of justice ministers on Monday, which coincides with a general assembly of Interpol police members, the group is expected to debate the global police issue and to craft a declaration that would lead to an action plan for international police peacekeeping within 12 months,” reports the Times.
The danger of having a global police force conducting law enforcement on U.S. soil under the control of Interpol and the UN is self-evident. Global cops who do not have to swear an oath to uphold the Constitution have no obligation to follow it. Operating outside of the realms of the U.S. legal system, global cops will have carte blanche to snatch, grab and intern citizens without recourse. A highly centralized system of policing guarantees hardly any liability whatsoever and therefore encourages rampant illegality and police brutality.
With many experts predicting a Soviet-style collapse of the United States within the next few years, the prospect of U.N. peacekeepers and Interpol global cops ordering Americans around is a harrowing possibility.
The fact that this move is all being spearheaded by a man known as “The Enforcer” who was instrumental in ordering the killing of 76 innocent people at Waco, including 20 children, and then covering it up, should send shock waves through the liberty movement and lead to intense scrutiny on Noble’s position at Interpol and his agenda to head up a global police force.

Actually, the Ministry of Love (Miniluv), for what it’s worth.
The important point is not what we call it, but to know that they surely will take their jobs very seriously, and their jobs will surely have no basis in any validly adopted law. In fact, I would argue that, to the extent they are deployed off of UN premises for non-war-related matters, and are purportedly vested with “police power” to enforce domestic laws, that is a direct violation of multiple provisions of the UN Charter — even if it happens with the consent, or by request, of the member state.
Much like when they rename U.S. military as “police” (How can a soldier be a mere police officer, when he is still a soldier at the same time, and his rules of engagement as a soldier still apply?) and then send them into a theater to “do battle” with — who? Criminals? Or is it “combatants”? The wonderful thing for the globalists is, if the service-member is called BOTH a soldier AND a law-enforcement officer, then he can switch back and forth based on whatever is conducive to the mission at hand. And all of it (both soldier and LEO status) is totally illegal and criminal, whether it’s in a combat zone or a non-combat zone.
The only legal activity would be for a “military police officer” to police military assets or military personnel for violations of federal law. And of course, this assumes that the U.S. military has a valid, legal and lawful basis for being positioned in that location.

1. Two of the Branch Davidian village members had been able to hack into the
Pentagon/CIA/FBI Black Ops databases, and discovered that the CIA with the

2. The entire village knew about the CIA’s Buffalo Airlines activities that
tied directly to George Bush Senior and his direct involvement with the
CIA, the Mafia, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Columbia, Panama, Nicaragua, Costa
Rica, Mexico, Peru, and other global locations, that included the global
elites intelligence operations, banking operations, drug transfers, arms
transfers, child pedophile kidnaping and transfers, aircraft refueling,
and global money laundering network.
3. In all of the Waco documentaries, all of the documentaries reveal that
parked in front of the Branch Davidian village main building were observed
several high speed go carts that were used by the branch Davidians who
were carrying out the surveillance of the government Buffalo Airlines
activity at the airport that bordered the Branch Davidian village, in
order to identify and to log the Buffalo Airlines schedules with the two
Branch Davidian members retrial of the CIA’s Guns for Drugs transfers that
were going on daily.
4. The Branch Davidian village members surveillance of the CIA Guns for
Drugs transfers were known to the CIA due the CIA computer security having
traced the hacking back to the Branch Davidian Village. Take note: the
main incendiary device that was used by the Special Forces attack on the
Branch Davidian Village was brought about where the commanders of the
genocide were under the direct orders to take out the computer room first
and then kill all of the inhabitants, and then use this genocide as warning
to any one else who may want to tamper with the CIA/Mafia/global elites
clandestine drugs/money/arms/kidnaping operations.
5. The whole idea as to why the CIA/Mafia/government needed to burn the
Branch Davidian Village down, and kill all of the peaceful inhabitants
was to destroy the computer files, and kill the witnesses to the
CIA/Mafia/George Bush Senior/elite global banking drugs/arms/money/
pedophile programs that were operating at the World War Two runway by
the CIA’s Buffalo Airlines.
6. The Waco siege BATF/FBI/CIA/Military/State Department/Pentagon/Mafia,
commanders directives were to burn the village, and murder as many of the
Branch Davidian Village members as possible, and destroy all of the
evidence.
7. The Japanese American contract FBI sniper (one of four of the government
snipers who were used to kill off the fleeing women and children from the
burning Branch Davidian village complex) named Lon Horiuchi was the same
sniper who had murdered Weaver’s wife at Ruby Ridge Idaho. Lon Horiuchi
like most FBI/CIA elimination operatives had been psychological profiled
by the FBI/CIA for hating white Caucasians due to his having grown up in
World War Two internment camp.
8. It was noted that the very first day of the Waco siege that David Koresh,
and two of the other members had appealed to the attacking special military
operation that they had the computer discs and they would turn them over to
the BATF Special Forces commander and surrender, if the attacking force would
cease fire. The commanders were under orders to kill as many of the
inhabitants as possible and destroy the complex for three reasons, (A)
So there would be as few witnesses as possible to the CIA/Mafia Buffalo
Airlines Guns for Drugs operations, (B) To let this be a warning to any one
else who may want to mess with the elites global arms, drugs, and money
laundering activities, (C) The elites are alleged practice Satanic type
sacrifices and the murder of the Branch Davidian village was a good
opportunity to make a sacrifice.
9. Take note: Part of this warning was to warn any one else who may be
have considered hacking into the government databases, whereas, the two
Branch Davidian members had been continually entering into the pentagon/CIA
Black Ops databases, and they were able to keep track of the drugs/laundered
money/arms/kidnaped children/agents/ transfer that was going on. The high
speed go carts with radio communication were able to stay under the runway
radio, and the Branch Davidian village was observing and keeping track of
the George Bush CIA/Mafia/elite’s global money laundering operation that
was going on. Bob on the Job, Robert E. Lee Lewis served the best interests
of the American people for more the twenty seven years as Organized Crime

I can’t say that I trust all the info you have given ( not knowing the sources ), but it definitely makes a case considering I have read Terry Reid’s book about the drug operations going on in Mena, Arkansas and see a link!
It is also interesting to note that William Jefferson Clinton was first the State Attorney General, and then later, Governor of Arkansas when his “bond-daddy” buddies were getting fat from the CIA’s largess of drug proceeds for the ‘Iran-Contra Affair’ ( the media named it ). If you don’t mind a brief departure. John Mcain was responsible for the disaster on the Forrestal. The ONLY reason he wasn’t court-marshalled was that his daddy was an admiral. He was in his airplane, ready to taxi. He got hit with a stray missle, that caused a SMALL explosion, and a fire. His aircraft was LOADED with bombs and fuel. a ziploc bag of cotton balls, soaked in petroleum jelly works great as a fire starter, burns long enough to get the kindling started. The magnifying glass will work best. Get a glass one, and a plastic back-up. Ya, magnesium is good, too. I personally like having several options. I was “practicing”, in the desert last Aug.. My ighters had all leaked and dried-up. Good thing I had some matches to back them up! (I have since switched to military, windproof, refillable lighters (2), and carry 4oz. of lighter fluid in MY “ship and git” bag!

Pine tar/sap burns really well! I use it for my open incense trays. Nice thing about it, if you live near the woods that have pine and spruce trees in it, there should be plenty. There was another trick to starting a fire that I was taught, but the space required here would be too much for me to explain it.
But here is a list of materials, maybe an “outdoorsy” friend of yours can show you!
1) Coat-hanger wire,
2) Some dry paper strips ( kept in a sealed, plastic bag ),
3) Some dry pine needles ( unless you get some that have the pine-sap on them ),
4) Some dry, small twigs ( about a half-pound or so ),
5) A couple pieces of wood – 1.5″ X 1.5″ X about foot long,
See if one of your friends knows how to use these materials. I learned about this trick in the Army by an “old soldier”!

UN military exercises to control civil demonstrations and riots has been going for years in Norway. “Battle Griffin” in 2005 involved 14 000 soldiers from 15 nations including non-NATO countries. Part of the exercise was to control civil demonstrations and riots. The “Cold response” exercises, which has taken place later, have been similar. The exercises are supposedly ment for UN missions, but the fact that they take place in Northern Norway in winter, and most UN missions are in warmer climates, could point to that they are also aimed at controlling internal riots, caused by for example forced flu shots.
