Despite clear link between anti-depressants and mass shootings, media fails to ask if Hasan was on SSRI’s

Despite the fact that Fort Hood gunman Nidal Malik Hasan was a psychiatrist, the media has failed to even raise the question of whether he was taking psychotropic drugs before he gunned down over a dozen of his colleagues during yesterday’s tragic rampage, a hefty indictment of how the establishment rushes to blame politics, religion, gun rights, or any other factor for mass shootings in order to hide the direct link between such massacres and the use of anti-depressant drugs.
It has been confirmed that Hasan was an Army psychiatrist at Fort Hood. Psychiatrists have a history of “self-medication” because of the easy access they have to psychotropic drugs.
In almost every major mass shooting over the past two decades, since anti-depressant drugs became popular, the killer has been on SSRI’s – serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
The establishment media, allied closely as it is with the pharmaceutical industry, uniformly fails to stress this common factor, preferring instead to blame shootings on gun rights or, as in the case of Hasan, political motives.
However, any fair study of mass shootings cannot justifiably come to any other conclusion but the fact that SSRI’s play a central role in causing assassin’s to go berserk and engage in the kind of carnage that the average person struggles to comprehend.
Immediately after we learned of the Virginia Tech massacre, the largest mass shooting in U.S. history by a single gunman, we predicted that the assassin would be on psychotropic drugs, which is exactly what turned out to be the case.

Columbine shooters Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, as well as 15-year-old Kip Kinkel, the Oregon killer who gunned down his parents and classmates, were all on psychotropic drugs.
Robert Hawkins, the 19 year old who killed himself and eight other people with an assault rifle in Omaha, Nebraska in December 2007 had a history of treatment with psychiatric drugs for depression and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and was on prozac.
Jeff Weise, the Red Lake High School killer was on prozac, “Unabomber” Ted Kaczinski, Michael McDermott, John Hinckley, Jr., Byran Uyesugi, Mark David Chapman and Charles Carl Roberts IV, the Amish school killer, were all on SSRI psychotropic drugs.
Northern Illinois University killer Steven Kazmierczak had taken Prozac.
Since these deadly drugs are prevalent in almost all mass shooting incidents, where is the call to ban prozac? Why is the knee-jerk reaction always to attack the 2nd Amendment rights of Americans to self-defense? The fact that yesterday’s shooting occurred on an Army base is the only reason that the establishment media has been unable to blame the carnage on gun rights. Instead, they have exploited Hasan’s religion to stir up more hatred for Muslims in a crude attempt to reinvigorate flagging public support for the war on terror.
Scientific studies proving that prozac encourages suicidal tendencies are voluminous and span back nearly a decade.
In 2005, it was revealed that Eli Lilly had full knowledge of a 1200% increase in suicide risk for takers of their Prozac. This evidence came in the wake of findings published in the British Medical Journal a year previously.
In 2006 a report was published outlining the fact that anti-depressant drug Paxil doubles the risk of violent behavior. Another study published in the Archives of General Psychiatry revealed that teens taking antidepressant drugs are more likely to commit suicide.
It is a well known fact among the makers of these drugs that they are directly linked to behavioral disturbances including agitation, panic attacks and extreme aggression, yet their use is so commonplace that they have now even found their way into our drinking water.
The corporate media, owned as it is by the U.S. military-industrial complex, will continue to gratuitously and shamelessly exploit yesterday’s tragedy by characterizing Hasan’s religious and political beliefs as the main motivation behind the massacre, without even investigating whether or not he was taking psychotropic drugs and what role these played in why he suddenly snapped, a character trait completely at odds with how Hasan’s own family described his personality.

Yes, the amount of television commercials for pharmaceuticals is sick.
And the amount these companies make just off the anti-depressants is mind-boggling. They’re making a fortune exploiting depressed people.
You take a person that is sad for a legitimate reason – they lost a loved one, had a divorce, lost a job etc. Then you put them on regular prescription doses of drugs that keep them a little high for a long time and you have a recipe for disaster. When people are on street drugs or booze at least they come down between highs. Anti-depressant users stay a little high for months or even years at a time. They become so detached from reality they become capable of these blood baths.
History will show the pharmaceutical companies, and everyone league with them, are guilty of grevious crimes against humanity.

This event interestingly seems to serve recent propaganda alleging that a certain percentage of combat veterans are a domestic threat.
This event may result in greater scrutiny of military recruits, perhaps serving an unreported objective of obtaining extreme obedience of authority and loyalty from rank and file military in order to better serve other more complicated objectives such as combatting ones own community in domestic policing roles.

Malik Hasan, the alleged shooter at the massacre at Fort Hood, played a Homeland Security advisory role in President Barack Obama’s transition into the White House.
He was a task force participant and is listed on page 29 of the following document “Thinking Anew – Security Priorities for the Next Administration: Proceedings Report of the HSPI Presidential Task Force, April 2008 – January 2009″
Hasan, of the Uniformed Services University School of Medicine is listed on page 29.

Here you see the guy Hasan at a convenience store, just fine and smiling, and then a couple hours later he is on a “rampage” and the media whores are reporting the story, as the “Muslim American ” nutter who may have allegiance to radical muslim groups…LMAO! Of course. But what set him off to do this, well it is like Pavlov’s dogs. Right cue, right reaction. Panic America reminding you that you are never safe, never safe from the terrorists.

Alex – You entirely forgot to mention that it was first reported that there were TWO gunmen, none of whom were Hasan! These two men were captured and then RELEASED without any problems at all (red flag?)… but now the story has changed, of course. However, even it it was Hasan- how on earth can one person harm that many soldiers- SOLDIERS- by himself? Pardon me if I am wrong, but soldiers are trained not to stand around like targets while some madman is shooting at them! I do not disagree that anti-depressants are directly related to suicidal and murdering tendencies, which is absolutely true. Did he unearth evidence of heinous crimes during treatment?

Yes, I thought the same thing myself. To me, this guy was obviously self medicated on SSRI’s or on Tamiflu, or even worse, on swine flu vaccine, or worse still, all of the above. Here’s the concept: pharmacogenomics. The same drug can have far different consequences in two different people, depending on their genetic makeup. So just because something like Tamiflu might not make one person violent, it could have this effect in a different genetic background. And don’t discount drug-drug interactions, either. It may be possible to dial in the desired effect with a binary drug weapon.

I would not rule out that he may have been mind programed. His past two colleges he attened as well as his interm look like would be working with people with the same interest. Looks like his interest was in using radio waves to wipe out memory. Hmm, I can tell already that your in no position to judge stupidity, nor the American public since you barely have a grasp on the language we use to express ourselves.
That said, these “drugs” you seem fond of chemically rewire the patients brain creating a disconnect from realty(gee i don’t feel anything anymore:) Many i know claimed they simply could not feel ANYTHING anymore, happy/sad/remorse/guilt/joy/hate, all emotions watered down to the point that they could no longer say what they would or would not do anymore since they simply didn’t care. However, none of them shot anyone given there situations, that aspect of violent behavior didn’t surface, save one very dear friend R.I.P. the hung herself at 19 while taking such “drugs”. Now, if you put someone like Nidal Malik on these meds, stick him in a shit hole(military hospital) for a long enough period of time surrounded by horror stories violence and stress of being shipped out to the very place your messed up patients are coming from WHILE on these emotion robbing rewiring drugs…Why should any intelligent being/American/exec not make the connection, we’re all entitled to our opinions and each have our own history that built them, this guy is guilty of acting on whatever fucked up long created fantasy that was going through his head that day and my guess is he barely knew what he was doing. Do your research more thoroughly Mr. Watson, before you throw out the word “psychotropic” in such generalized, myopic fashion. MANY mind altering substances, including sacred shamanic palnts that have been used for thousands of years by indigenous tribes with no negative consequences, are labeled “psychotropic drugs”. Hell, even caffeine and cannibus are classified as psychotropics, which most westerners consume quite frequently on a daily basis. If you are suggesting that anyone who uses such drugs is a potential danger to society, then you are making a myopic blanket statement that seems to be driven by prejudices very similar to those religious conservatives on the far right, which I actually find quite disgusting! A world without mind altering substances, which have been used recreationally since time immemorial, would be a very monotonous and boring world indeed.

Psychiatrists make use of the problematic drugs too much especially in the US. Actually, these doctors are believing blindly that the psychotropic drugs benefit their patients.
In fact, these “medical doctors” are not “pharmacist”.
These doctors often lack honest knowledge about the side effects of drugs. Some doctors are probably aware of the side effect problems but ignore the problems intentionally. This is a criminal negligence though.
Pop stars with weird behavior problems like Britney Spears are probably being given these drugs. How about late M.J. himself?
Think twice before you take these unknown chemicals. Famous Swine Flu Vaccines are doing similar harm to humans now.
You can refuse these doubtful drugs before you take them. There are alternative and safer medicines too.

I just made it home, 2130. I was in the SRP site going through the process for my 6th deployment since 2001, when this all this went down. I am a soldier, 20 years of service. This is crazy! I was standing in a long line for the personnel section. A warrant officer standing next to me, we were talking, was shot in the shoulder. A SGT standing in front of me was shot in the neck… and died. We heard gun fire from the front entrance, and everyone made a ‘mad’ dashed for the back door. I would say there was about 50 people in the area I was in. I can definately say there were AT LEAST 2 other shooters that were outside shooting people as they ran out of the back of the building. And it was M16 fire, I could tell by the sound. People tried to turn around but, the people trying to get out created a bottleneck. Asshole came in through the front, walked into the very crowded foyer area and just started shooting. He had two semi-auto hand guns (Barretta’s???) and I did not see him reload after he emptied about 20 rounds into the room… He was definately aiming at people. Then he walked out the back door, and then again we heard more shooting. There was a lot of blood and people screaming. I just don’t know why they would spin the story. I made a statement, but now, I am worried, because my statement greatly differs from what the CG put out and what ‘actually’ happened. It was horrible. I just don’t understand why he would lie about the other shooters. A LOT of people are going to tell the truthful story… I hope. No one has approached me or called me about my statement. The SWAT Teams were intense!

I think this will turn into another Virginia Tech cover-up. If there were multiple shooters that makes more sense. But they will suppress that angle and pin it on one guy, because THEY CAN. This will be swept under the rug, and the victims will never get justice, because it was planned by people with a lot of power.

Real Deal. I am doing a lot of second guessing right now… after sleeping 4 hours. A friend told me that the shots I may have heard outside were from the police shooting the idiot. Then I read that he was alive. The medics and medical personnel were awesome. And the response to get people to hospitals was super fast. I am getting calls… “Are you okay” “If you want to talk”… etc… I think the ‘rush’ is over. The police did get there strangly quick. Normally they pile us all into the SRP site in the hundreds. There have never been police there. There were a lot of cell phones in action and they were confiscating them from people as the searched us when we left. I hope someone was able to get theirs out and they were using it… and they publish to every website they can. He definately had a plan, and was ready for anyone who rushed him. He had this strange smile on his face… like ‘it felt good to get it off his chest’ kind of satisfied smile and teary eyes… they are putting me on leave for awhile. The CG said he shot way more people than what I remember…

for my part, it lasted about 1 minute. He walked in from the front door side, hallway, started shooting, told people to clear the back door, shot into the crowd, and as he walked toward the door, we were taking cover behind desks and down on the ground. It was not a rapid fire deal. He was choosing and aiming then shooting people. Then the police came in, and were yelling for everyone to stop yelling. Lots of blood. … about 5 minutes later, the first medical person showed up. The police would not let anyone help the wounded. The ones that were not injured were sent out onto the porch and then into a bus… [at least the group I was in was] and taken to the gym (there were A LOT of people there… it is a BIG building with four satelite buildings… filled with people). Where we were basically interogated… in a ‘nice’ way. I made my statement, and stayed there until lock down was cleared around 2030…. [my timing of the situation may be off a bit, but with in 30 minutes, I was out of the building... around that]

Also, as usual, the terms are messed up, “SSRI” stands for SELECTIVE Seretonin Reuptake Inhibitor and I’m willing to bet this crew havn’t a clue how they work. Psychotropics fall into MANY categories: Tricylics, MAOIs, SSRIs, Mood Stabilizers, Psychostimulants, Anxiolytics, AntiPsychotics and Hypnotics.

The drug angle should most definitely be looked at however I don’t think the media will go any deeper than the “terrorist” angle because that’s what the powers that be want to use for political mileage. If he was white or had a non Arabic sounding name then it would just be another mass murderer gone gun crazy.
Doctors have become sales people for big pharma. Given samples, holidays and other freebies for using the new expensive drugs they don’t care about the patient and too easily dish out dangerous drugs to young kids. My GP put me on SSRI’s when I was 16 and it took me 14 years to get off them and I feel 100% better now than when I was on the junk he was giving me. The other bad thing about these drugs is that they only work on a small percentage of people 30% at most that’s why its such a dangerous hit and miss process getting someone onto drugs like this in the first place. They have to try you on multiple different types until they find one that has the least side effects. Any other business and it wouldn’t be put up with.
Also I am very interested in the possibility of mind control and triggers being a big Derren Brown fan. Did you see the show where he managed to get 3 out of 5 people to spontaneously rob a security van with a toy gun? The people were picked out and over a week implanted with subconscious imagery and then a piece of music from a passing car was used as a trigger to unleash his command to rob the passing security man. If he can do it with members of the public imagine what our “intelligence” agencies could do with their money and tools in that area.
The agencies have a long history of mind control techniques and sleeper agents and the old Manchurian candidate scenario. Who is to say that a trigger didn’t set him off. Will anybody even investigate that angle? I very much doubt it.

Nedal Hasan may have been involved in this shooting but I believe there is something more to this whole story that is NOT being mentioned, I think Hasan was caught in the middle of some soldiers packing heat that went to him for help in getting justification to prevent them from being deployed and when he declined to provide this letter, the soldiers started shooting and I think Hasan got a gun away from one of these soldiers and was defending himself and may have been caught in the act shooting one of the real shooters and was gunned down himself thought to be one of the REAL SHOOTERS.
The only other somewhat logical explanation to this is the idea that Hasan was “PROGRAMMED” to do this killing since his actions just prior to this event are NOT CONSISTENT with a person who is planning to shoot up his fellow soldiers or Hasan was set up and similarly, like explained above, he was set up by other “REAL” shooters, threatened with a gun and the REAL GUNMEN set him up in such a way as to make him look like a “Lone Gunman”
Something with this whole story DOES NOT MAKE LOGICAL SENSE.

Now before you guys start going all Kool-Aide again consider some of the facts that may be possible.
The Major, who killed those guys was probably peeed off at all these illegal wars that have resulted in the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of innocent people and maybe he decided to be a martyr
The military is trying to keep the media down to a dull roar as much as possible for a variety of reasons, such as the fact that they don’t want to freak out everybody else in the service.
Another words every soldier will question anybody who happens to have an Arabic name, it could put a real damper on some guys following orders and the chain of command when they think their superior is a religious fanatic that wants to kill as many Americans as possible. All that EXTRA PANIC in the military could make their jobs a lot harder than it already is.
They already have to put their lives and the lives of their soldiers in harms way so that some private corporations can make some extra billions. (These are the same corporations that Ron Paul and your republican friends are trying to get more tax exemptions for)
So naturally the military would be extremely worried about telling the media everything. Naturally they want to down play it as much as they can.
They said there were possibly several shooters, so what does that mean?

Other soldiers had guns and tried to shoot the bad guy, but through all the confusion many rounds from several guns were fired and so there you have it, several shooters. They call it FRIENDLY FIRE, even though the guy who gets shot doesn’t feel all that friendly about it. But the reason is because other soldiers may have been firing into the direction of the Major in an attempt to take him out and stop him from killing others
These are just possibilities, but I know it’s hard for you sheeple to think past your New

Charlie Sheen – excellent analysis. Sounds like a terrible incident that just went crazier as the friendly fire ramped up. Then everyone thought everyone was an attacker. wow – sad story!
How about some legislation: every time one of these whack jobs goes nuts the public gets notice of the load out of psychotropic and other legal/illegal drugs in their system. I’ll bet we start seeing a theme of how dangerous these meds can be in the wrong people. (although I’m sure there is some bias of how many pre-whacky people are on the meds…)
When people have access to these drugs (like this guy theoretically would) they can start experimenting, etc. I’ll bet he was on all sorts of meds! And the public should be alerted to the dangers. It wouldn’t be a good idea to use your wood chipper when you are using alcohol it also isn’t a good idea to have someone hopped up on prosac, etc. to have access to guns!

I think some things are real events that happen in random, while other things are fabricated stories and they generally get intertwined, such as in this case. It’s obvious that some groups are trying to turn these events into major political advantages by concocting and exaggerating stories and out and out lies, whereas other events were probably real.
Here’s what’s an obvious exaggeration that CNN promoted. I used to be a sales person and understand presentations and the all important power close, as did my wife so we could see it very clearly.
Within a few hours after the shooting happened CNN was interviewing Muslims on the streets of New York City. The first group was a Muslim temple, who said their laws are to promote peace on earth, NON-VIOLENCE, and to worship God, they call Alla in a humble, peaceful manner. They are totally against violence, terrorizing people and according to the Koran (the correct interpretation) murdering innocent people is one of the worse things you can do against God.
CNN interviewed these people for a few short minutes, the people who looked very peaceful and expressed their condolences for the people who lost their sons, daughters, friends and loved one’s.
Then CNN went right across the street from the temple to an extremely hateful group of people who called themselves “Revolutionary Muslims” The peaceful Muslims do not recognize them as being real Muslims, but rather FAKES, a hate group of extremists.
The leader of that group and some of the key players were born and raised in (guess what country???) da-dad-da-daaaa– The united States of America.
Yes, these Americans were so fake, they looked like they walked right out of Glen Becks office, slipped on some rag head clothing grabbed a copy of the Koran, (which was so clean, it looked like nobody ever read it) I have a King James bible, that I got brand new and read it quite a bit, and within 6 months the black leather covers had cracks and well defined lines, YOU COULD TELL IT WAS READ, but everything about this so-called muslim hate group was FAKE.
It’s like talking to a mumb on skid row who says he’s been broke and messed up for years and hasn’t had a dime, but you look at his attire and see that he’s wearing brand new, clean white tennis shoes, a clean new shirt and pants that might have a cute cartoon on them, and possibly a cap that looks clean and new. Not that I suggest smelling people, but real bumbs have an odor, whereas fakes smell like they maintain very good hygiene. So you can tell by little things.
These fake Muslims were parading down a street in New York city yelling DEATH TO AMERICANS! and praising that Major for shooting all those people. When they were interviewed they said it;s in the Koran to kill the Americans, that’s their duty and they are commanded by God to murder as many Americans as they can. OH, BY THE WAY-THIS GUY IS AN AMERICAN, WHO SUPPOSEDLY SWITCHED RELIGIONS.
CNN spent a long time interviewing these fake people and tried to pawn them off as being real, and even did whole back ground interviews with them, where they had some individuals in their studio discussing some of their goals and reasons why they hate Americans so much.
They proceeded to praise osama Bin Laden, which was another dead give away, because a real Muslim who really did fear God wouldn’t promote a lie, but would say the truth in that Osama didn’t do 9/11. A real Muslim would complain that they were getting the rap for something they did not do, but not these guys, they support the Bush doctrine.
One thing we also noticed at how staged this was is the fact that no body stopped and beat the crap out of these guys. So what do you think hundreds of millions of Americans will do about this? How will they react when muslims live in their neighborhood? Do you think this will help the muslim cause,? Will it encourage people to not go to war or was this designed to INSIGHT so much hate that muslims all over this country will be getting some serious death threats and terrorized.

The Nazi’s call social medicine a bad thing because it puts a damper on the amount of money some criminal insurance companies can make off of the death, pain and suffering of others.

The republicans call the government evil, and the international, private corporation good, but the government is for the people and by the people “We the people” where as the international corporation are under no regulation or monitoring system. They simply lobbied, bought and paid for most of congress and the white house so they can do whatever they like without recourse.
This government was supposed to be for the people and by the people and various representatives were employed to up hold those laws, but what happened was PRIVATE COMPANIES THAT HAVE NO ALLEGIANCE buy off your representatives and then pull their strings so that they don’t have to pay as much taxes or follow laws.
You as individuals might have to pay lots of taxes but big companies that own your friends like Ron Paul don’t have to pay a fraction to the government “We the people” because they convince the TEA-PARTY SHEEPLE that those corporations are good and the government is bad, and you believe them.

Sometimes the TRUTH can seem painful at first, but in the long run the TRUTH IS BETTER THAN B.S. because it’s real, and it lasts for a longtime, whereas B.S. might make you feel good for a minute or 2, but eventually REALITY has a way of creeping in when that happens it blows your whole fantasy apart.
Like 9/11. A lot of people have this fantasy that Bush and the republicans are wonderful, christian, protectors of this great nation and they are committed to getting the bad Muslim Extremists who hate our freedom so much they hijacked the plane’s and crashed them into the towers, and Bush/Cheny/Ron Paul and other republicans are the good guys trying to get the bad guys.
The problem is REALITY Keeps getting in the way of people’s fantasy and threatening to expose the truth in that we are not always the good guys, in fact on 9/11 your republican officials actually orchestrated the events of 9/11 and then blamed it on Sadam, Osahma and other people that had nothing to do with it.
And similarly most republicans like to blame all the economic problems on Obama, (not that he’s always honest) but the republicans fantasy is that everything was wonderful until a black man took over the white house, then all these economic problems happened. They even try to blame all the bail outs on Obama, not willing to admit that the bail outs started while Bush was in office.

They also praised Osama Bin laden for doing 9/11. A real Muslim knows Bin Laden had nothing to do with 9/11, but it is more likely a fake plant himself that the CIA takes out and parades around to muster up support for the wars against women and children.
Never the less, all too many people in this nation (and on this board) just can’t do away with their fantasy and so they will probably believe in the authenticity of those fake jerks that called themselves muslim extremists, who is reality will only succeed at getting many innocent muslim children killed

Have you ever considered the idea that maybe the reason all these antidepressant takers go on killing sprees has more to do with the fact that they’re mentally unstable to begin with rather than that it’s the “evil” medications that are causing it? There were plenty of mass murderers throughout history that killed thousands of people without the help of any SSRIs. SSRI’s are not PCP. Hell, psychiatrists have a “history of self-medicating,” you say? Taking SSRIs isn’t like snorting vicodin. You make it sound like they’re maniacal pill-popping fiends that are all about to snap at any moment. He was unstable mentally, and he was a religious. Do the math.
