We elect the government. It works for us. As we watch the Democrats’ plans for health care take shape, we can only ask how did our government get so removed, so unbridled, so arrogant that it can tell us how to live our personal lives?
Last Saturday, at 11 o’clock in the evening, the House of Representatives voted by a five vote margin to have the federal government manage the health care of every American at a cost of $1 trillion dollars over the next ten years.
For the first time in American history, if this bill becomes law, the Feds will force you to buy insurance you might not want, or may not need, or cannot afford. If you don’t purchase what the government tells you to buy, if you don’t do so when they tell you to do it, and if you don’t buy just what they say is right for you, the government may fine you, prosecute you, and even put you in jail. Freedom of choice and control over your own body will be lost. The privacy of your communications and medical decision making with your physician will be gone. More of your hard earned dollars will be at the disposal of federal bureaucrats.

Our government will continually try to run the show unless the people, like yourself speak out. I am not saying have an anti government movement, but create our own group of people who feel like we do. It is coming to the point of dictatorship. Too much politically correct issues, and them up and taking things away from us because they want to. For instance, I like to smoke clove cigarettes, I just found out that they were banned. Why? Because our wonderful government believes that if you take something away or make it illegal, that that is the answer to the whatever problem they perceive it is to society or a certain group. When the government starts doing these things, you can look for other signs such as putting chips in us to keep track of us, etc. No matter what, taking things away like cigarettes, not allowing marijuana and all that just reeks of one world government. It does not teach anyone to take responsibility. Take the guns away, illegalize marijuana, don t say anything bad about anything or group, person, goverment, thing. I have many issues with our current government system. Yet, we need to take a stand becuase like in the movie V It should be a government for the people and of the people as in our own constitution, but it truly istn’t. It is the government for the government. So many things I have learned these past few years, it is really scarey.

I have the ability to find this very amusing, honestly this is even better than T.V. and watching blockbuster movies. Like George Carlin says “I lean to the extremes either I have no rights or I have unlimited rights” the choice is mine. It’s obvious to me that we all have equally unlimited rights. Just some peple like to believe they’re are holier than thou. SO congratz to the banking elite on exercising their unlimited rights. And sucked in to those who thought wearing a straight jacket (the constitution or any law for that matter) was fashionable. A made up law is only a law if you aggree with it and even then only sometimes and only for you. The real law is “If it feels good, do it.” and no-one cares if you write that down or not. Anyone lacking uncommon, common sense should learn from “george carlin” truthful and funny.

Every liberty-loving person has a deep respect for the rule of law. I, for one, do not adhere to the old adage, Rules are made to be broken. Absent law, there is only disorder and anarchy. Without rules of personal and civil behavior, there can be no liberty and no justice. Several recent cases, however, have caused me to reflect perhaps more profoundly than ever upon the whole concept of the rule of law.
Judge Roy Moore
Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy S. Moore was relieved of office recently after he defied a federal judges order to remove a monument displaying the Ten Commandments from the rotunda of the state courthouse in Montgomery. Even a handful of conservatives supported the decision to remove Judge Moore from his elected office based upon their understanding of the rule of law. After all, the judicial ethics panel that voted unanimously to evict him stated that he had placed himself above the law. Oh yeah? Who’s law?!
Anyone who thinks that removing Justice Moore from office was the proper course of action should take a closer look at the U. S. Constitution and certainly the First Amendment. When the constitution says Congress shall make no law…it really means NO LAW! If congress is not allowed to make a law concerning the establishment of religion or the free-exercise thereof, then surely no federal judge can either enact or enforce such a mandate!
Lt. Col. Allen West
U. S. Army Lt. Col. Allen West failed to maintain discipline in his unit and failed to uphold [the] values [of the United States armed forces]. He violated three counts of UCMJ [The Uniform Code of Military Justice] Article 128, aggravated assault, and one count of Article 134, communicating a threat. Yet most people who are familiar with Colonel Wests story rightly revere him as a true hero. He is a hero not in spite of these infractions; Colonel West is a hero because he had the courage and the dedication for the safety of his men to put himself in jeopardy by making these infractions! He quite possibly saved the lives of several of his troops because he knowingly and willingly bent the rules.
In his own defense, Colonel West reportedly said, I would walk through hell with a gas can for my troops. That was not just a bunch of rhetoric to save his hide. He had backed up his words with actions. Those actions qualify him as a genuine American hero.
Zero tolerance policies
It seems almost every week there is a new story in the media about the suspension of a public school student based on some ridiculous technical violation of his districts zero-tolerance policy. With the coarsening of society over the past few decades and the prevalence of drugs, weapons and violence in our schools, there MUST be policies employing high standards and effective discipline. It seems to me, however, that these policies should and must be administered with common sense. I’ll go even further and assert my firm belief that the need for these harsh new zero-tolerance policies is the direct result of removing strict discipline and high moral standards from our schools in the first place!
These and many other cases raise several deep philosophical questions. Exactly what is the Rule of Law? Do ends justify means? What IS common sense and how can it or even SHOULD it be applied to the law? These are just three of the questions that I want to briefly address in this article.
The Rule of Law
Back in 1775, the citizens of the thirteen British colonies of America were unique among the peoples of the world. They despised the tyranny of King George III and understood the meaning of the Rule of Law so intensely that they were willing to go to war with the most formidable power on earth with only the slimmest of hopes that they could establish a nation governed not by the absolute rule of one monarch, but rather according to the Rule of Law with the consent of the governed. This hatred of tyranny and this sincere devotion to and understanding of the Rule of Law was rooted primarily in two sources: The Holy Bible and Sir William Blackstones Commentaries on the Laws of England.
The word law that is contained in the phrase, Rule of Law, was never intended to refer specifically to legislation enacted by a body of men. It did not mean regulations mandated by some bureaucracy. It certainly was never imagined by the colonists of 1775 to at any time reflect the interpretation of some judge or panel of justices!
As Blackstone said in the late 1760s, and as Henry Campbell Black reasserted as late as 1891, the word law that is found in the uniquely Anglo-American phrase, Rule of Law, refers categorically to the Law(s) of Nature and of Natures God. Evidence for this can be seen in the very first sentence of Americas Declaration of Independence.
Limited time and space will not allow me to cite the volumes of evidence that support the following claim. Please allow me to quote Thomas Jefferson in the Bill for Establishing Religious Freedom as only one tiny example:
To suffer the civil magistrate to intrude his powers into the field of opinion and to restrain the profession or propagation of principles on supposition of their ill tendency is a dangerous fallacy, which at once destroys all religious liberty, because he being of course judge of that tendency will make his opinions the rule of judgment, and approve or condemn the sentiments of others only as they shall square with or differ from his own.
My claim is that the brave and sagacious men who founded the United States of America absolutely rejected the rule of man as tyrannical rule. America was established as no other nation had been before upon the Rule of the Law of Nature and of Natures God. This was the key to true liberty and justice! It was both the duty and the responsibility of every parent or guardian to instill the Laws of Nature and Natures God (i. e., religious, political, economic and scientific truths) into his children. It was both the duty and the responsibility of every legislator to enact law according to the Laws of Nature and Natures God.
Parents, teachers, legislators, judges, etc. do not need some established (i.e., government-sponsored) church to teach them the laws of Nature and Natures God. Establishments of religion are run by human beings. They tend to indoctrinate rather than to inform. They are always tyrannical. The Law(s) of Nature and Natures God is/are written into the heart of every sane human being. It is called the conscience. Whenever conscience is violated; so too are the Laws of Nature and Natures God.
Relativism, by its very nature, obscures the line between right and wrong; between good and evil. Relativists imply that if you adhere strictly to your own conscience, then you will certainly be judgmental of another lifestyle choice. Relativists tend to indoctrinate rather than to inform. They are often tyrannical. Relativists and secularists always place the rule of man and of learned (or, enlightened) human philosophy above any superstitious (or religious) notion of the rule of the Law of Nature and Natures God.
Do ends justify the means?
The GOD that I know and serve is both omnipotent and omniscient. He gave every human being absolute free will, yet He knew even before the Act of Creation every decision that every person would make. Even the most trivial human decision and natural detail was a part of Gods Plan from the very beginning. In the end, every human action works precisely according to Gods Purpose and Plan.
Does this mean than any human action or decision is justified if it results in some desired conclusion? Absolutely not! Even though GOD is able to use them for ultimate good, the desires, goals and purposes of selfish, finite humans are most often opposed to the Will of the loving and infinite Creator and Author of Law. The end results of human actions and decisions are ONLY just when they are made with clear conscience using common sense and sound judgment.
Common Sense
My edition of Websters New World Dictionary defines common sense as ordinary good sense or sound practical judgment. Common sense is inextricably bound to human conscience. Common sense is that trait that every rational person who has not destroyed his conscience through abuse or neglect possesses which informs him to bend or to break the rules of man when they are in direct conflict with the Laws of Nature and Natures God.
Roy Moore, Allen West, and the kid who gave his friend his inhaler when she was having an asthmatic attack all technically broke the rules. They all used conscience common sense and practical judgment to place the Laws of Nature and Natures God ahead of the rules (or the law) of man.
Far too many Americans today have forgotten the meaning and the origin of the Rule of Law. We put aside conscience, common sense and good judgment when we accept as the law of land the judicial tyranny of five relativists on the Supreme Court. Some of us even want our foreign policy decisions placed in the hands of the United Nations! Conscience, common sense and practical judgment should make it quite clear that the UN is nothing if not a body of secularists, relativists and anti-Semites. The rules and resolutions of the UN seldom have any basis in the Laws of Nature and Natures God. Rather, as Robert Meyer has eloquently stated [See: http://www.americandailycom/item/4089, the UN is a modern-day Tower of Babel that neglects the Laws of God and ineptly attempts, at times, to enforce the will of man.
The rule of man is always a prescription for tyranny. The Judeo-Christian (Anglo-American) concept of the Rule of Law assures liberty but only if conscience and common sense are employed both by societys leaders and, generally, by the people. Liberty demands a generally moral, educated and informed electorate. Relativism clouds any true concept of morality and leads to an indoctrinated and misinformed populace.
If America is to remain the shining city upon the hills, the bastion of liberty that our Founders bequeathed to us then we must once again fully acknowledge and understand the Rule of Law. We must reject every aspect of tyranny. Whenever people of decent character, acting in good conscience and with sound practical judgment, are forced into a situation in which they have no choice but to break the rules of man, Americans must rush to their defense.
Knowing, understanding and living according to the Laws of Nature and Natures God is the very essence of liberty. Bowing to the mandates, dictates and the rules of man is sheer tyranny. Decades of relativism and the widespread abuse and neglect of individual conscience has lead to the near death of common sense and rational judgment. Liberty can only exist where common sense and sound judgment thrive.
It is not too late for Americans to start willfully and courageously breaking the rules of man and the shackles of tyranny! It is not too late for America to revert to the rock-solid base of her foundation the Laws of Nature and of Nature s God. On the very day that it does become too late, the American Experiment will have become a dismal failure. True liberty will have been vanquished from the face of the earth.

The Sheeple, despite frequent complaints about their lives, will not give them up because they really do enjoy them. If the Sheep wanted to be free, they would have struck back a long, long time ago. When a people does not strike out, it does NOT mean they are “afraid” or unable—-it is because they do not WISH to strike out. The people have the will and the ability to revolt, but will most certainly not do so. The DESIRE for such action must first exist; then and only then will that action take place. We can basically kiss any hope of a free, liberty-minded society goodbye—-it simply isn’t going to happen.

well, Judge, I hope that the judge before whom I will be appearing next week here in Arizona feels as you do. I was arrested at my home several days ago on charges of telephoning law enforcement with my very impolite response to their overt and surreptitious crimes against me and others here (which have included home break-ins and vandalising of my property, as well as illegal approached elsewhere while minding my own business and not breaking any laws). In several cases, these crimes occurred immediately after letters with my whole name accompanying them were printed in the local newspaper, mentioning …..law enforcement crime and bloated sense of entitlement. You and others come on this website and effectively urge us to “take a stand and don’t let them get away with this”, but how many of you are willing to be handcuffed and thrown into a cell and discover once again that your fellow citizens are either blind sheeple, or blowhards who expect dramatic change without being willing or able to make the requisite sacrifices? Enough said for now.

thank you. I used to live in Las Vegas, where during a press conference several years ago, a top police official said “We don’t want a fair fight”. That means in my case and others in this Arizona town with whom I’ve talked, that if they don’t like your public statements or writings, they will break into your home or vehicle and crudely rob you and desecrate the place afterwards. It’s true, and if you do what I am aleged to have done in telephoning my contempt for them, then they come back in uniform wit an arrest warrant. A secretive, criminal Government about whom any conspiracy premise ma be true.

some of this ccurred in early September. I wrote a couple letters to the local newspaper bashing law enforcement’s bloated sense of entitlement and their crimes, trying to phrase these deep-seated feelings as supportive of some Tea party positions (they were about to hold a regional protest meeting here on the 12th). Otherwise, this particular area is not very receptive to comments criticising law enforcement. Those letters appeared during the week leading up to the 12th, and on the 12th then, I was at home and asleep during the afternoon when my work truck in my driveway was burglarised, and an orange fluid poured all over my car which was parked alongside. A couple days later, eggs were thrown on my driveway, and a couple days after this, my house was broken into, where I had a wallet with $1400 which was not touched, but other items which would be of interest to Government were tampered with, some removed. All this wouldn’t necessarily be convincing to the reader here, other than that I witnessed the same thing take place while living in Las Vegas. They left you in do doubt there. I wrote for an alternative newspaper there (Las Vegas City Life, also http://www.forgottenvoice.org which has suspended printing at this time, but you can click ‘archives’ for past issues and look for “Philip’s” articles), mentioning law enforcement abuse and crime, and returned home one day in February 2008 to see a police helicopter hovering over my home, which had ben broken into. Everything on my computer devoted to the alternative newspaper website had been removed, and the car in my garage had been burglarised – not of any valuables, but the registration and insurance, and then the controls on the car set to go off upon starting the car. You see, normaly people here never sign their true whole names in letters, particlarly in letters criticising Government. But I did, and now I face the very uncomfortable prospect of going before a judge with only my knoeledge and experiences but no proof. That’s why they call this “warrantless” entries – illegal. There’s a lot more to say which would be more convncing, but that would make for a very long posting.

REALITY=The job you lost ain’t ever coming back.
ADVICE=Learn to cook hamburgers.
Prisoners=Free housing, free food, free clothes, free laundry, free activities, free health care. Will have the longest life spans.
H.S. Dropouts=Welfare, food stamps, bridge card, free health care. Little stress. Will continue breeding like rabbits, getting high daily with occasional petty theft. They laugh at others who actually buy into the system. Future generations will aspire to be in this class.
High School Diploma/G.E.D.= Raised with some morals but will pay dearly for such naivete’. Possible fast-food job at best. Nervous break down by mid-life. Will most likely turn to radical politics/religion to cope. You will be a tool for others. Best option is to slip and fall at work and sue somebody, but make sure you are out of sight from the video cameras. Suicide may be a valid option. You will work until day of death.
Associates=Working poor but feel slightly superior because you have “some college” which will really be your ticket to hell because, really, nobody cares about your degree in “computer board swapping” or “business management”. Take the bus to your retail job. The highlight of your life will be getting an employee discount at JCPenney and joining Netflix.
Bachelors=The new high school diploma. 30k a year working a task-oriented job you hate. Your wages will be garnished to pay for your school loans. I actually arrived here in Kingman from Las Vegas on my birthday, May 19th 2008 and bought my townhouse here in July. I was immediately approached illegally by police here several times while just taking early-morning walks (fine, if they’re looking for criminals – say ‘hi’ and see there’s nothng suspicious, and go get the criminals. But you have no right to demand my ID and do a warrant check on my three doors from my house or anywhere else when I’m minding my own business). Last December several days before Christmas, I drove the several blocks to WalMart and was quite taken back by the local Shop-With-A-Cop program. I stil am not familiar with all its details, but what I observed and what I was told b WalMart employees was that law enforcement had been going into schools and hustling kids away from their parents to take them Christmas shopping. WHAT? I wrote the Kingman Daily Miner (http://www.kingmandailyminer.com) with my concerns regarding the encroachments and entitlements being practised by law enforcement. They published my letter with full name attached. The following night, I went to bed about 9 P.M. after taking a shower, and arose as I usually do about 3 A.M. and discovered that all the water had been turned off at my house. This was a Saturday night and my water bill was paid and the Water Department doesn’t do this. I got a plumber from Home Depot in the morning to come turn the ater back on streetside with a “Street T” tool, and he said, “Phil, I’ve been a plumber in Kingman 20 years and never seen someone vandalised here last night”. The following morning as usual, I arose again at abou 3 A.M., made myself a mug of tea, and sat down on m folding chair out on m driveway. Within a very few minutes, a Kingman Police car drove by and stopped immediately in front of me. The officer looked at e, flashed his hgh-beam headlights several times, then sped off at high speed. Every single person in this town with whom I have shared this and the other incidents I must leave out for the sake of brevity here, believes me. I have also talked with John Salem, the Mayor of Kingman. He later told me that he had spoken with Chief DeVries – and after this, all the other incidents which I wrote about in the prior postings took place! Thanks for your interest. You surely have to realise that the same Government criminals wh would be so low as to surreptitiously do these evil things to a citizen and then eave that prson to twist and turn before the system – would also lie to anyone. one question. when has voting EVER changed anything? why do people fall for that lie? ”just vote the bums out” they say. people have been voting for 200 years and what exactly has been accomplished by that vote? continuation of liberty lost. start bartering and/of selling your stuff that will be of little value of you don’t use. go to a military surplus or if your near a base try the pawn shops they will be full of gear you can buy much cheaper that new. you will upgrade equipment as resources are acquired. get a good ruck sack and pack with you will need to sustain your self. the object is to not get detained or captured. you and others will find people that are prepared and organized. everyone bring skills that will be vital to conduct full time operations against a superior force (oxy moron). even if your a pacifist or whatever…there will be radio watch,security, base maintence,food prep, help with wounded. but you have to be able to reach down inside yourself and find the courage to fight for your own survival. each geographic area has its own set of pro and cons.

Last time I counted, we already did…
We have no freedoms, just privaleges, given to us by the state or government when we SUBMIT, an APPLICATION, for REGISTRATION. We gave away our freedoms, when we got a drivers license, and signed a contract, allowing the police state to OWN our cars, and impose fines on us, for driving around in what should have been our personal property, where their admiralty would have had no effect. We gave away our freedom, when we signed a registration for our guns. A application is a form of begging … we have begged for the governments intervention, without even knowing it. None of us are free, nor have we been… we were given over to the state, the day our parents signed our birth certificates. We are property of the USA, and are even sold and traded on the stock exchange.
The only way to get our freedoms back, is to stop SUBMITTING *begging*, and to rise up against this tyranny in which we already live, and to become free men and free women again.
The only laws we should obey, should be common law… with no exception. Acts are not laws, they have the color of law, but they are NOT laws.
Anytime you have a form, with your name in all caps.. like JOHN HOWARD SMITH, that is not YOUR NAME, that is the name of a corporation! They will use CORPORATE LAW, against you, if you submit and sign that paper…look into it… America hasn’t been free for quite a long time…

This is all about more control of the people by government. Whatever happened to “We the people”, the Bill of Rights and common law? If the price of healthcare is reasonable it would be OK. But a problem arises when those on higher incomes can afford it and those on lower incomes cannot. There should be a safety net in place where those below a certain level of income can claim help or assistance from the state.
I can see that very shortly North America will become close to being a near totallitarian state where people will have no choice in anything. Everyone will be controlled by a facist federal government and to make sure their rule is implemented ’stasi’ style operations on the street will become commonplace.
Even now in some states, there are rows and rows of empty railway carriages just waiting to be filled.
Now, what could that be all about? Possible transportation of people en masse perhaps to places unknown? Do some resaerch and find out what ‘they’ have in store for you.

Patriot gal, I like the idea but i think it maybe to late and to local. They will just avoid it msm won’t put out any news of it. Something has to be done nation wide. I would like to see a week long general strike and a moratorium on buying anything in this country. This has to hurt big corp amerika. Of course this the people of amerika are to wussified to stand up for themselves but it would really make a statement. Good luck to you and your endeavor I’ll see if i can make your party. Think about abandoning your cars and marching to congress and dragging every one of them out and tell them they are fired.

As some of you have eluded to that, “We only have pseudo freedoms granted to us by the government that is just enough to not foster rebellion by the people.
Most of the posts agree on one thing,”We must do something.” Ok, we must do something, and I think that most of us in the back of our minds now what that something is, but it is not the something that you think.
That something is not an armed rebellion, in which we would allow the full force of the government and military to come down on us like an anvil.
There are non-violent actions that are still available to us that we can jerk the governments chain. Elections and know who is running for office and what they stand for. Elections do have consequences and we are seeing that now.
The life blood of any government is money, and a general strike albeit painful for us because the government allows us just to keep enough so that we don’t revolt, but it is even more painful for government. Reason being there is a huge government behemoth operating and they have to eat to, so if they don’t get paid, they get mad.
During these general strikes we must fill the streets with millions of people and we don’t have to travel to Washington D.C. either, we have cities and state capitols that are part of the federal infrastructure.
And armed rebellion is great for the nightly news but very bad for us, armed rebellion is only used when all lesser means have failed. We still have many options that are available to us, we just have to have the courage to unite.

Is anyone aware of, or has heard about, the Illuminati’s fascination with saying exactly what they want to do through outlets such as the movies? If so, are you aware that the remake of Red Dawn is scheduled to be released next September with the plot being an invasion of the U.S. by both Russian and Chinese forces?
With the above said, has anyone noticed that both Russia and China have performed at least three joint military exercises since 2005, the last time being this past July?
With all the talk on this forum of a possible revolution in the U.S. in the near future, I think it would be wise of us to also keep an eye on Russia and China. It could be that we are playing right into their hands. In other words, while we’re fighting amongst ourselves could they sweep in and take advantage of the situation?
