Will Authorities Stage Riots In Denver?
Protesters need to be wary about history of authorities using agent provocateurs to demonize legitimate demonstrators and justify violence

The major question hanging over the Democratic National Convention, which starts in Denver today, is whether or not authorities will follow the lead of previous mass protest events, and actively stage violence to justify a brutal crackdown on legitimate demonstrators.
Last year after an incident during the SPP summit in Montebello Canada, Quebec provincial authorities were forced to admit that three rock-wielding mask-wearing “anarchists” were in fact police infiltrators used to gather information on protesters.
Police even went to great lengths to stage arrests of the agent provocateurs after they were outed as undercover cops by genuine protesters.

After initial photographs showed the “anarchists” wearing the same standard issue boots as the cops, debunkers attempted to dismiss the issue, but were forced to eat humble pie when authorities were eventually backed into a corner and had to admit that cops were dressed up as “black bloc” anarchists and used to spy on protesters.

The so-called “black bloc” anarchists are completely infiltrated and controlled by the security services and are routinely employed at major protest events to cause riots and demonize legitimate peaceful protesters.
In Seattle in 1999 at the World Trade Organization meeting, the authorities declared a state of emergency, imposed curfews and resorted to nothing short of police state tactics in response to a small minority of hostile black bloc hooligans. In his film Police State 2, Alex Jones covered the fact that the police allowed the black bloc to run riot in downtown Seattle while they concentrated on preventing the movement of peaceful protestors. The film presents clear evidence that the left-wing anarchist groups are actually controlled by the state and used to demonize peaceful protesters.
At the WTO protests in Genoa 2001 a protestor was killed after being shot in the head and run over twice by a police vehicle. The Italian Carabinere also later beat on peaceful protestors as they slept, and even tortured some, at the Diaz School. It later emerged that the police fabricated evidence against the protesters, claiming they were anarchist rioters, to justify their actions. Some Carabiniere officials have since come forward to say they knew of infiltration of the so called black bloc anarchists, and that fellow officers acted as agent provocateurs.
At the Free Trade Area of Americas protests in Miami in late November 2003, more provocateuring was evident. The United Steelworkers of America calling for a congressional investigation, stated that the police intentionally caused violence and arrested and charged hundreds of peaceful protestors. The USWA suggested that billions of dollars supposedly slated for Iraq reconstruction funds are actually being used to subsidize “homeland repression” in America.
As events unfold in Denver demonstrators need to be wary of this history and make every attempt to film black bloc anarchists who are intent on causing violence and find out if they are under police protection. The future of maintaining the right to peaceably assemble and exercise the first amendment rests on the exposure of authorities using agent provocateurs to stage violence and demonize legitimate protesters.

The irony of staged violence is that it not only suppresses free speech and creates an environment favorable to the embryonic stages of totalitarian systems, it also puts the public at a greater risk in the event of legitimate acts of aggression.
When the media demonstrated its blatant complicity in covering up government sponsored murder the populace became its own media.
Now that law enforcement has developed a system to marginalize and squeeze out the peace officers with integrity and morals this same populace will produce a true amateur group of peace officers who won’t be under the corrupting boot of the paid force.
In fact, this is already the case. Hats off to all those who are on the forefront of this movement. May your good will and good deeds be blessed.

What specific laws if any are being broken by police or other agencies acting as agent provocateurs? I’m not speaking of any acts of violence perputrated by individuals themselves but the conspiracy to incite violence by government agencies. Is that illegal, what are the laws, and if not why are such deceptions illegal.

NWO has a goal in mind…in order to reach that goal they incessantly plot and scheme and create the situations advantageous to their goals…they give it their all and then some…like it or not…but…they do work extremely hard to reach their goals…forge alliances where needed…break up others that are counter-productive…etc…etc…

Have you noticed that 2 years ago hundreds of thousands of Mexicans peacefully protested in L.A. and other major cities around the country. They were waving their Mexican flags all dressed in white. Remember that! Incredibley there was not one broken window, nobody threw rocks, I just couldn’t believe so many people could protest something and not get out of hand.
Now here we have a Democratic National Convention in Colorado, there might be Nancy Sheehan and a few hundred anti war protesters. So what does our NeoCon Homeland Security thugs do? They set up barbed wire enclosers for mass arrests. They continually push the mass media to focus on “big demonstrations”, “possible mass arrests and violence”. Hell it never even occured to me that this democratic convention was going to have so much trouble until the media portrayed it as such. The Military Industrial Complex NeoCon GOONS will send in their provocatours and “fuck it all up”. That’s what they’re real good at.
Why are the Neo-Con Military Industrial Complex so interested in any anti war protests? BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT STOPPED THE VIETNAM WAR. AND THERE IS NO MONEY IN IT FOR HALLIBURTON, CARLYLE GROUP AND LOCKEDE MARTIN if the fighting stops. These evil war mongers have a good memory. Two million Mexicans march in the streets and not one soul gets out of hand. A few hundred patriotic Americans march against the ridiculous adventure in Iraq and supposedly all hell is going to break loose.

We one thing to be really thankful for: People who wish to manipulate us to attain power and wealth really do care about what we think. If they didn’t care they would not bother with agent provocatuers, or market manipulation, or false flags or any of that stuff. If they didn’t care they would just take it all by pure force. What I’m unsure of is weather the rouse is for us sheep or is it to give a false sense of purpose to our jackbooted freinds, neighbors, and countrymen who they use to enforce their will. There is still a great deal of sleeping power, let’s stop hitting the snooze.

The Denver police should learn from the past. In the late 80’s early 90’s 12 police officers were killed ambushed to send a message to them to lay off the public. I was arrested and handcuffed to a bench and thrown into a patty wagon and brought to a police facility and held for 4 hours. I was just going down Colfax to Havana to buy some cassette tapes from double play records; I was just walking down the side walk by Fairfax and Colfax. I have had them stop me and tear out my radar detector from my car and stomp on it, had them jump me in a mall because they thought I was a member of the Hells Angles and had a shotgun in the back of my leather jacket… I just bought the thing at Wilson’s leather and was walking out of the mall.
The Denver police are brutal and most are coked up, be very careful Alex and I hope things go well for you.
The only thing good that came from all this police brutality is that I learned at a young age that things were not right and that made me keep an eye on what really was happening.

I’m from Chicago. On one of our expressways going out of town there are huge gates that could stop traffic both ways. I don’t believe that is for civilian protection in any way. I for one believe that some or a few of the United States are not going to want to be united any more. Laws are being written every day and compounding against us. When high officials you hear about are relocating out of the country, tells the tail of our fate. It certainly appears that the government don’t care about it’s peoples welfare and growing in an unsafe direction. I guess around one of 13 people are in jails here. Guns are next right?

As far as making it look that way, it is up to the individual that reads it. So this is what the German citizens watched happen in the late 1920’s and early 1930’s. I often wondered what they experienced as they lost their freedoms and slowly witnessed the country become a police state, over run with Gestapo.
I do believe that the DNC in Denver is a sign of the times folks. Coming to all of our cites sooner that we think.

Last year at the SPP meeting in Montebello Quebec, the provincial police attempted to start a violent riot with our CUPE (Canadian Union of Public Employees). It was all captured on video, and the Union president was very quick to call these guys out for what they were. The riot police “arrested” the trio very gently when they were identified. You can see the video on Youtube. The provincial police initially denied, but later had to accept responsibility because all three of the thugs forgot to remove their provincially required footwear that bore the insignia of their force. The three were labelled as outsiders acting without any authority on their own, but we all know the RCMP and US Army played a part in this. SPEAK TRUTH TO POWER. We stand in solidarity with all the freedom loving Americans, take back your country before it’s too late for all of us. There are movements in Canada that sympathise with your cause.

Next time you find that you’ve got police provocateurs at your protest, find ways to disable them. This can be done very quickly, quietly, and stealthily in a large crowd. As the crowd of protesters moves on, a ‘man down’ is left in the street behind them. It is doubtful if the police would ever even bring the issue up with the news media afterward, because that might betray the fact that the victim was an agent-provocateur.
For you non-violence purists, try this: use red or white spray paint to paint a big ‘P’ on the backs of the provocateurs, and coach the protesters to chant “Police Provocateur” whereever that person appears.

Peaceful protests, marches, and demonstrations by US dissidents DID NOT stop the Viet Nam War. LBJ, Nixon, McNamara, Dulles, Agnew, Westmoreland, and all the US government leaders always insisted that the protesters had no influence on the conduct of the War, and nothing in the historical record contradicts that.
Give credit where it is due: the tenacious, resilient, and long-suffering Viet Namese people, who lost 3 million of their population to US aggression, finally drove the Americans out of their country.

Make a rule at your protest that no one who wears a mask will allowed to participate. Have a roving team of your own ‘protest security’ enforce this rule. Label anyone who refuses to comply as a ‘Provocateur’. Enforcement could include anything from persuasion to you name it.

To kingsman: You’re creating you own definition of who or what an ‘Anarchist’ is, and you’re also defining what an ‘Anarchist’ will or will not do. Many Anarchists, who are preeminently individualists, may not share your opinion of what they should be.
Personally, I think that if a protest group is holding a nonviolent demonstration, those in attendance who do approve of vandalism or violence should respect the intentions of the organizers and they should refrain from such behavior at the demonstration.
Solidarity means respecting the motives, intentions, and style of others who share your goals, if not your methods. At a planned peaceful demonstration, the rowdies, rock throwers, and window-smashers need to either comply with the rules of nonviolence or stay away from the demonstration.
If I wanted to do anti-government vandalism in Denver during the Dem Convention (or anywhere), I would do it as far away from the planned peaceful protests as possible — for several reasons. First, it keeps the vandalism separate from the peaceful protesters. Second, it is safer to commit vandalism where the Police are least expecting it. Third, it would divert Police manpower away from the peaceful protests.
Scenario: peaceful protesters surround the Convention site, and hundreds of Police are there. Meanwhile, ten miles away, someone is firebombing Recruitment Centers and National Guard equipment.

Anarchy is defined as “absence of government”. The ONLY aspect of Anarchy that casts a shadow over it is mankind’s innate perversity for misbehavior and mob mentality brought about by fear and contempt for one another.
As a devout Anarchist since 1987 the only problem that I see with having it would be that most people, not all but most can not handle absolute freedom. That is a shame as the alternative is what we are living in today.

I have been an P.P. reader for two years now and have not seen ANY positive demonstrations coming from Code Pink, We r Change,Pro-life/Pro-choice,ect.ect.. Another way to rid your peaceful protest of masked provocateurs: in my city, it is illegal for an adult to wear a mask in public. The no-mask law is not rigidly enforced, especially on Halloween, but once when some of my friends and I were fooling around wearing Halloween masks, we were stopped by the Police and ordered to remove the masks or face arrest, and I have heard similar stories from others.
Before your planned peaceful demonstation, make arrangements with the local Police in advance that you want the ‘no mask’ law to be rigidly enforced at your demonstration, and that you will have your own ‘protest security team’ working with the Police to ensure that the ‘no mask’ law IS INDEED enforced.
It will be understood and agreed upon in advance that protesters will be entitled to make a ‘citizen’s arrest’ of anyone seen wearing a mask at the demonstration, and the Police will be expected to arrest anyone who fails to comply with the no-mask law. It will also be agreed in advance that attempts by protesters to physically restrain mask-wearers will not be interrupted or punished by the Police.

It is similar to how they are demonizing me. They tried to frame me and then they do not want me to talk or people listening to what I have to say so they demonize and slander my name to the general public. Evidently they have to protect themselves from prosecution and lawsuits so they wage a secret war to destroy or neutralize myself and others before it ever hits the light of day. Is it legal to use an investigation to destroy and control peoples lives? Once you associate a persons name with certain evil deeds long enough it matters not if they are guilty or innocent of the crime. I have not committed any crimes and I don’t want my name being associated with any. It only breeds an atmosphere of persecution and mob vigilante behaviour which is destructive to any free society. When the government advocates violence and persecution of its own citizens instead of following the proper legal paths to justice in my opinion makes them look guilty and as if they have something to hide or cover up.

I know the topic is brutal police and instigating a riot but have you ever seen the mug of Condi Rice in person? It’s like seeing a car wreck in person for the first time. Your stomach tightens and you feel nausious. Ever see Whoopi Goldberg try to walk in high heels in the movie Ghost? When she’s dressed in that purple dress as Mrs. Miller? The advocates of passive resistance/non-violent demonstration still haven’t figured out what makes their methods effective. It’s not that these methods affect the conscience of the aggressors by starkly pointing out to them their own inhumanity, which is what such advocates believe. What really happens is that the abuse of the peaceful demonstrators is observed by outsiders who become outraged and are thus drawn into the conflict to defend the “defenseless” WITH VIOLENCE.
In other words, peaceful activism only works because it PISSES PEOPLE OFF. When these pissed off people begin to mobilize it induces fear in the oppressors, and that’s when the concessions begin.

Ok. So how do you combat this if you want to protest? Instruct everyone to strictly adhere to a certain manner of peaceful protest no matter what? Dr. King style? Make it impossible to demonize the protest. Screaming, yelling, wearing war paint, and beating drums, effectively convey the anger but it gives the common guy watching MSM an easy out to dimiss an event as a bunch of crazed hippies trying to make trouble. Which I think they have every right to do and am proud people are willing to stand up but how can you be more effective? [maybe hire a PR guy
jk] From what I remember seeing of civil rights movement clips was well dressed people who were quiet and dignified. What made people change there minds was that they saw calm people being brutalized. If your angry or give the appearance of such the average guy feels like maybe they deserve it. What if everyone dressed conservatively remained calm brought their family (kids) and protested? Do you think the message would still get across? How do you beat them at their own game?
