Will Obama’s “Clean Energy Corps” Perform Mandatory Home Inspections?

Mandatory home inspections could be performed by Obama’s Clean Energy Corps if the controversial Climate bill is passed through congress. 
The National Service bill, which Obama signed in April, established a “Clean Energy Corps” under AmeriCorps that is tasked with performing – among other things – home energy audits as part of their “national service”. As the act states, the Corps is charged with “conducting energy audits for low-income households and recommending ways for the households to improve energy efficiency.” As job losses accelerate daily, “Green jobs” are increasingly being offered as an alternative to the gutted American economy.
The original national service bill stated that service would be mandatory, but the language was later removed and added to a separate piece of legislation, HR 1444. As originally stated, a commission would be set up to investigate,
“Whether a workable, fair, and reasonable mandatory service requirement for all able young people could be developed, and how such a requirement could be implemented in a manner that would strengthen the social fabric of the Nation and overcome civic challenges by bringing together people from diverse economic, ethnic, and educational backgrounds.”
Along with the establishment of the Clean Energy Corps, the recent American Clean Energy and Security Act will make home inspections mandatory for all homeowners in the United States.

I don’t get it. After all the effort Alex has expended to educate people about the legal definition of “mandate” and “mandatory” it seems to all go down the toilet when articles like these re-enforce the erroneous notion that “mandatory” means “legally required”. If you mean legally required, then say just that, but do not say mandatory which only means it has been added to an agenda as a mandate, as in the case of vaccines being mandatory, but not legally required. It would be nice to see some consistency.

Not only that, but in the new bill your house will have to be inspected and have an energy audit and pass their standards before you can sell your house. If it fails the audit (leaky windows, inneficient appliances, on and on) you will have to fix the problem and then they will come back again and re check it to see if it is green enough. read the article here:

All of these bills pending in the senate, if passed, will simply get us closer to the “ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT.” The Bible is being fulfilled before our very eyes, and there is nothing that man can do to stop it. The problem isn’t that we need more laws to preserve MOTHER EARTH (for you Gorite earth worshippers), the problem is lies in man’s rebellious sinful heart. There will be no concerted effort by the UNITED NATIONS that will stave off the soon coming judgment of God. You can write this down friend, man with satan at the lead will not defeat the Lord Jesus Christ. If you don’t like what’s going on now, just wait until the King of kings and Lord of lords comes for His Church (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18). Woe be unto then, you will bow to an Assyrian antichrist because you rejected the Lord Jesus Christ and the old ship of Zion (John 5:43; Isaiah 10,13,14; 2 Thessalonians 2). I beg you in Christ’s stead to read these scriptures, and call upon the name of the LORD JESUS CHRIST (Phillipians 2). You won’t be sorry of it, but if you refuse to humble yourself in God’s sight, He will have no choice but to have you bound hand and foot and cast into the lake of fire on the judgment day (Revelation 20).

I feel sorry for you, your heart is so full of the devil it’s unbelievable. You will see on the day of judgment that the King James Bible 1611 is the prserved words of the Living God for English speaking people. You will be a believer when the Lord Jesus Christ has you bound hand and foot and cast into the Lake of Fire (Rev.20:11-15). You can believe this God will get the last laugh, and it will be on sinners like you (Proverbs 1). Your only hope is to repent of your unbelief and receive God’s remedy for your wicked sins. God deliverded up His only begotten Son-Jesus Christ to be crucified for your sins on Calvary’s Cross, and you will not escape His wrath that is soon coming outside of humbling yourself in God’s sight and receiving His darling Son as your sin payment (Romans 6:23; 10:9-13). Not to change the subject. But, I heard earlier today. That if a family or individual refuses to accept the federal health care plan. You will be fined $1,000. How’s that for being force to accept coverage by an tyrannical government? I can see now how 50,000,000 Americans are going to be covered. Either accept it or be fined.

Fined for not taking free med insurance? Fined for unlawfully living in your own house? They are trying to override the states and maybe hopefully soon the states will bring down the powerhouse fed government as was ment to happen if they went awry.

They want to get into your home to find out what you may be hiding in it.
Sounds like they may have the go-ahead to look in your basements, attics, check windows in all rooms and measure the square footage. If you have a hidden room, they will probably find it. What better way to find the stash of so-called hoarders or semi-automatic firearms soon to be labeled illegal. MHO- it’s not about energy at all.
Gee, I suddenly feel fearful for saying it.

OK, so they send their goon squad in to do my inspection. I protest and resist, but they get the police to back them up and they do the inspection. Then what? They’ll issue their report saying I need to do this and that to make my house more energy efficient. So what? I’ll just wait until they’re done and do a little stroking motion, and make a sarcastic face as they walk away, and ignore the damn recommendations. What are they going to do? They going to arrest me? Are they going to evict me? For what, not having the money to implment their stupid policies?
What they’ll do is place a levy on my home. So when I get ready to leave it, I’ll just make sure I owe more on the house then it’s worth and they can have it straight up. Sounds like a fair trade to me.

They think that because they pass some stupid piece of legislation that we’ll all just cower in the corner and do as they say because we’ve always been law abiding citizens. And for a while I actually started slipping into that midset. I spent countless hours reading their propaganda and trying to figure out what they were going to do to me to make my life miserable. Hell, I spent more time reading their bills than they did.
Then one day it dawned on me. F_ _ k ‘em, I’ll just ignore the SOB’s until they actually show up at my door. They can’t make me do anything. They can’t make me believe their crap, they can’t make me volunteer, they can’t make me participate in their racial healing group therapy sessions, and they can’t make me spend money that I don’t have on stuff I don’t want. So have at me Princess Pelosi.
