Will Supreme Court take case on Obama’s citizenship?

CHICAGO — The U.S. Supreme Court will consider Friday whether to take up a lawsuit challenging President-elect Barack Obama’s U.S. citizenship, a continuation of a New Jersey case embraced by some opponents of Obama’s election.
The meeting of justices will coincide with a vigil by the filer’s supporters in Washington on the steps of the nation’s highest court.
The suit originally sought to stay the election, and was filed on behalf of Leo Donofrio against New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells.

Legal experts say the appeal has little chance of succeeding, despite appearing on the court’s schedule. Legal records show it is only the tip of an iceberg of nationwide efforts seeking to derail Obama’s election over accusations that he either wasn’t born a U.S. citizen or that he later renounced his citizenship in Indonesia.
The Obama campaign has maintained that he was born in Hawaii, has an authentic birth certificate, and is a “natural-born” U.S. citizen. Hawaiian officials agree.

It is irrelevant whether they agree or not, A birth certificate must be presented to take office. I had to present my birth certificate for various things in my life, why shouldn’t taking office be one of them?

If the SCOTUS refuses to take the Donofrio case you can kiss the rule of law and the American constitution goodbye.
Obama is clearly not a ‘natural born’ citizen under the criteria set down by the constitution. All his records are sealed, both the COLB released on Daily Kos and others and the one other document released, are total forgeries and shown to be such.
If the Supreme Court refuses to enforce the nation’s laws what hope do you have? If they won’t even look at the issue – that should scare the living daylights out of every American citizen.
Fascism is coming to the town near you and nothng will stop it. You will have a British citizen as your President, one who moreover may not even be called Barack (Hussein – seems opTional) Obama but aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Dunham aka others as well.

Read that last line again.

That’s an admission that Great Britain “governed the status” of Barack Obama, Jr., and Obama has chosen to highlight this on his own volition.
And this leads to the relevant question:
HOW CAN A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN’S STATUS BE “GOVERNED” BY GREAT BRITAIN?
A natural born citizen’s status should only be governed by the United States. This is the core issue before the Supreme Court of the United States. End.
If this is Obama’s own admissions the chances are that the real picture is worse still and that he is Kenyan born.
Lets have the birth certificate and clear up the controversy. Let SCOTUS rule on dual citizenship and the question of a ‘natural born’ person.

The problem is the majority of America are unable to discern bullshit from truth. It’s really very simple. Obama is not a natural born citizen of the US but there is no way on this Earth that the truth will come to light until after he has been inaugurated. Even then it is a plan B or C. The first plan is to let Obama do the job he has been paid to do by his puppeteers. Plan B is to assassinate him and plunge the nation into darkness. Plan C is to let the truth be known about Obama being not a natural born citizen and therefore plunge the constitution into chaos. The elite do not put all of their eggs into one basket. They always have contingency plans. If you don’t undertsand that then you don’t understand how they have become what they are today.

this still doesnt answer the question of dual citizenship which disqualifies you for the office of the prez.
if obama is not allowed to be elected by the electorial college, then they can vote to put ron paul in there.
Biden was not a canidate for prez and is ineligble.
they do not have to pick mcCain.
it’s also inlawful for an elector to vote for a canidate with dual citizenship.

#15 There can be no dual citizenship with Indonesia. Obama would have, had to renounced his U.S. Citizenship in order to become a citizen of Indonesia. And at the time Obama was going to school there, you HAD to be a citizen of that country in order to go to their Muslim schools. Yes, I believe Obama was born in Hawaii but did he renounce his U.S. Citizenship to go to school in another country? That is my question. Which would definitely make him ineligible to be our president! I would be surprised if the Supreme Court excepts the case though! It seems they really want this man in office. Which would mean our Constitution is null and void!

Obama’s mother and grandmother said, if I understand it correctly, he was born in Kenya. That being said, at the time of his birth Kenya was a British colony if I recollect, and if that is true he is a British citizen, thus ineligible. Their veracity based upon past records seems much more credible than his. Assume he was born in Hawaii, at the time of his birth, he will would still be a British citizen as there is no record of him ever denouncing his British citizenship. The only Brits that were allowed grandfathered citizenship were the signers of the
U.S. constitution. They worded the document so as to specifically allow themselves to be citizens. I suggest you read the specifics of exactly how the constitution is written.

These assholes are in a frenzy while the rest of us are going to be left behind wondering “how, what why…” What happened??? These folks have to be sat down and forced to recite the constitution article 1 sec 6 and explain just what the fuck they think they are doing with our government? These morons need to be treated like some god dam stranger who just walked in off of the street. “Who the hell are you” and “We have rules here” prepared by the fathers of this country warning against what you are trying to pull! Last I checked, jefferson and franklin were infinitely more capable than clinton and obama so i’ll stick with their wisdom and constitutuon the way it is.
