WEST ALLIS, Wis. — The investigation into 11 of the violent incidents on the opening night of the Wisconsin State Fair last week has resulted in the arrest of an African American teen who reportedly told investigators he targeted whites.

Police said he told investigators he chose whites because he considered them “easy targets.”
