WTC 7 Collapsed at the Same Speed as Known Controlled Demolitions

Here is a video of the demolition of the Landmark Tower, Fort Worth, Texas:

The Landmark Tower was 380 feet high.bend over backwards to be reasonable. Let’s add 3 seconds to WTC 7’s apparent collapse time – let’s call it 10 seconds – to be make sure we are not underestimating how long it took building 7 to collapse.here.

According to the timer on Youtube, it took about 7 seconds from the start of the collapse (once the building started to fall) until the last of the building reached the ground.

WTC 7 was 576 feet high (counting the rooftop penthouses, it was 610 feet; but since the penthouses collapsed a couple of seconds before the main building, and was thus part of a different and discrete process from the collapse of the main building, and – most importantly – because the collapse of the penthouse is irrelevant to the question of whether the main building itself fell as fast as known demolitions, we will ignore the penthouses for now).

WTC 7 collapsed in approximately 7 seconds, not counting the earlier collapse of the penthouses. See this video, and other videos here.

So how did a 576-foot building collapse in the same time as a 380-foot building? Even using controlled demo, that would be an impressive feat.

But let’s

How did a 576-foot building collapse in 10 seconds when a 380-foot building took 7 seconds?
Acceleration would not have caused the additional 196 feet of Building 7 to disappear in the last 3 seconds.

Bottom line: WTC 7 collapsed at the same speed as known controlled demolitions.

Dr. Jones responded collapse times in air depends on many variables and is very difficult to calculate, and so it would be better to compare WTC 7 collapse time with known controlled demolition collapse times.

Big confusion when you use terms free fall speeds which typically applies to a vacuum. Debunkers use this as a straw man because nothing can fall at free fall speeds in air due to varying air resistance of what’s falling. WTC fell at near free fall speeds in air which essentially equates to true free fall in a vacuum. It’s impossible to calculate exactly, but estimating this conclusion is accurate. Arguing this concept with debunkers goes way over their pea sized brains.

Does anyone have the provenance of the picture of the fireman standing in front of the cut WTC support column with the angled cut and molten metal?

I’ve seen this many times, but never with the source of the picture and the date it was taken.

How about offering a reward for someone who can duplicate the yellow-glowing stuff seen spilling from the top of WTC-2 by several cameras – but without using thermite or anything else that should not have beeen there? Might get some publicity.

Also, how about duplicating the spill as exactly as possible using thermite? It would make a very persuasive argument tool. A full scale model of a corner window could be made using a modest amount of steel framing and aluminum sheeting, the camera and light conditions could be duplicated, dropped flooring leading to the window could be added, different distances between the thermite charge position and the window could be tried.

I know the photo you’re talking about. I’ve seen it hundreds of times and never with the source and date provided. It figures, though, like so much else, another complete 9/11 failure on the part of the media. Anyway, if it wasn’t taken on the 12th then it seems someone put a lot of effort into making the rubble appear is it might appear shortly after the collapse.

fish gotta swim, the plane nailed large battery backups for Fuji banks computers in one tower, and some company connected to Paul Bremer (something McClellan) in the other. There were several in wtc7. also. Obviously, thousands of burning lead acid batteries combined with jet fuel had no bearing on what was pouring from the building. I challenge you to prove it wouldn’t or couldn’t be that color.

If you want to blame someone, maybe you should look at who leased the towers to Silverstein. It would take way more than 6 months to plan your version of 9/11.
