Rattled by last year’s Brexit vote, and the rise of patriotic and nationalist sentiment across Europe, the EU is rolling out a comprehensive plan to indoctrinate European children from a young age.

Under the plan, a “European studies curriculum” will be introduced for children of all ages from primary level upwards.

The details of the plan were uncovered by the British newspaper Daily Express. “Children as young as four years old could be taught to support the EU as the bloc looks to the young to keep the European project alive,” the newspaper reported.

This not the first time Brussels has tried to expose impressionable young minds to pro-EU propaganda in a bid to catch them young. In the run-up to the Brexit referendum, the UK Independence Party (UKIP) had accused the EU of ‘brainwashing’ school children. According to media reports, EU has been spending billions of euros each year to promote itself. In 2014 that figure was £2.4bn, beating even Coca Cola’s advertising budget.

The Daily Express covered the story:

In a report to the European Commission President, Jean Claude Juncker’s special adviser Luc Van den Brande called on Eurocrats to offer children a “European studies curriculum” that will begin “all stages of education, from primary school onwards”.

And in a bid to improve “outreach to citizens” of the EU, he called for the creation of a “Buses4Peace initiative” which will tell youngsters how the bloc brought peace to Europe after the Second World War.

The report suggests children should grow up having had a “Europe-orientated” schooling. (…)

The report said: “The [Brexit] referendum on membership of the EU that was held in the United Kingdom on 23 June 2016 provides an excellent example of how young people today position themselves with respect to the European Union.

“For the older generations, Europe was the point of arrival; for millennials, Europe is the point of departure, since it is all they have ever known.”

Since the Brexit vote, media pundits and EU officials have been peddling the narrative that older British voters ‘ruined it’ for the younger Brits by voting to leave the union.

“Elderly Brexiters have stolen my future,” lamented the leftist columnist Sara Abbasi in the British newspaper The Guardian. Young Brits “screwed by older generations,” wrote the Huffington Post. The same ‘older generations’ also defeated the Nazi Germany and won the Cold War. But so much for gratitude.

Faced with growing popular resistance from patriotic movement and nationalist parties, the EU bosses don’t want to take chances anymore. The plan unveiled by the EU Commissars is intended to raise a new generation devoid of national identity and utterly subservient to the European Superstate.
