Billionaire bankroller of all things globalist, George Soros, has declared that he thinks Britain could still be kept inside the EU.
Speaking at the Brussels Economic Forum (of course) he said: “The divorce will be a long process taking as long as five years. Five years is a very long time in politics, especially in revolutionary times like the present,” going on to say that in the future establishment MPs “may want to vote for being reunited”.
“This seems practically inconceivable right now, but in reality, it is quite attainable.”
The attitude of many elites who support the EU project is startling: they still refuse to believe that Brexit is a done deal and that the UK will now become an independent country.
They disregard democracy, have no regard for the people and instead seek to push on regardless. Another example of why Britain needs a big Brexit majority to avoid any backsliding.
