Second Man “Seized by Special Forces” in Norway

A second man was seized in an area where victims’ relatives had gathered, reports Russia Today.

Helge Luras from the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs believes it’s the country’s polices of multiculturalism that turned the gunman against his own.
