GOP nominee says he would have prevented 9/11

GOP nominee Donald Trump hammered Hillary Clinton in another stern speech, saying that his rival is operating a ‘criminal enterprise’ and has ‘unleashed ISIS’ on the world.
“She put the country, and I mean the entire country, at risk to cover up her pay-for-play scandals as secretary of State,” Trump said. “These include scandals of giving uranium to Russia, doing favors for UBS bank, and selling contracts to friends and family in Haiti. It’s all about hiding criminal enterprise.”
Trump made the comments while speaking to supporters in Cleveland, laying into the Clintons and accusing them of high crimes.
“All the while as Hillary and Bill raked in millions of dollars from special interests, the world was falling apart,” Trump said.
The GOP nominee declared that as secretary of State, Hillary’s policies had “unleashed ISIS, spread terrorism, and put Iran on a path to nuclear weapons.”
“As part of her criminal cover-up … Hillary Clinton’s staff deleted and digitally bleached, which is acid clean, her emails after receiving a Congressional subpoena, that’s after receiving, not before,” Trump said. “She gets a subpoena from the U.S. Congress and she deletes and bleaches. She also and her staff destroyed some of her 13 phones, but this time with a hammer. I’ve never done that.”
“She was interviewed by the FBI. She claimed she couldn’t remember important events 39 times,” Trump continued. “She couldn’t remember whether she was trained on handling classified information, didn’t remember anything about it. So if she really didn’t remember, that’s a problem, and if she did remember, that’s a problem. She even said she didn’t know what the letter C stood for.”
During the same speech, Trump declared that the 9/11 terrorist attacks would never have happened on his watch.
“I would have been tougher on terrorism,” Trump claimed, adding “Bin Laden would have been caught a long time ago before he was ultimately caught, prior to the downing of the World Trade Center.”
Trump’s comments come three days short of the 15th anniversary of the attacks.
In a further appearance with Larry King on RT, Trump was asked about how he would deal with ISIS if he becomes president.
I don’t like talking about it, to be honest with you,” he told King, adding “I’m tired of watching these people get up, these politicians, and tell the enemy exactly what we’re going to do, when we’re going to be there, when we’re going to leave.”
“No, I don’t like to reveal – you know, I have a very good chance of winning and honestly, I don’t want to have to tell the enemy in order to get two extra votes, exactly what my plan is, when we’re going in, what we’re going to do.” Trump said, adding a caveat that he does have a “very distinct” plan of action.
“No, I have a very distinct plan. [It’s] always subject to change, of course, you have to have flexibility, but I have a distinct plan.” Trump stated.
