You heard it here first – revolutions, austerity, energy and food inflation

Having often been accused of exaggerating, engaging in alarmism or outright fabrication by the establishment media, our regular readers will indulge us for tooting our own horn on the fact that we predicted the public worker demonstrations now happening in Wisconsin, along with the rage spreading across the Middle East, as well as soaring oil prices in June last year, and indeed as far back as February 2008.
Three years ago in February 2008, six months before the onset of the economic collapse, we were able to forecast that there would be food riots as a result of soaring inflation, which was one of the key factors behind the revolution in Egypt.
But more specifically, in early summer last year we began to write a series of articles warning of an “age of rage” that would spread across the globe and also impact America as a result of the onslaught of brutal austerity measures.
“The global elite may find themselves with an entirely different kind of revolution on their hands – one led by the people against the corrupt plu tocrats,” we warned. That revolution is now spreading like wildfire across the Middle East and North Africa, which is why the globalists are so keen to hijack and steer it towards their own ends. The elite were prepared for the onset of revolution because they knew their economic collapse would be the spark to inflame it.
We didn’t have a crystal ball, we merely reported on what the elitists were talking about in their own publications, things like UN reports and Bilderberg-owned newspapers like the Financial Times, while also factoring in what happened in the 1970’s, when there were huge upheavals in society despite the fact that the austerity cuts were only about a quarter of what they are now.
In a June 8 2010 article entitled Austerity Fascism Is Coming And It Will Be Brutal, we pointed to the fact that public spending cuts were going to be at least three times larger than anything seen since world war two, and that this would cause “Both capping of and reduction of salaries for public sector workers that will inevitably lead to huge strikes,” which are now unfolding in Wisconsin as a result of public workers being forced to contribute more to their pensions and health care plans, a de facto pay cut.
“The economically deprived will take to the streets with a mind set of nothing to lose,” we predicted.
In another article written in mid-July 2010 by Paul Joseph Watson and Alex Jones, we forecast that “Energy prices will soar” and that “Basic services will skyrocket in price or be cut off completely as America is subjected to the “shock therapy” that has been inflicted on lesser nations as a way of gelding the people to accept sub-standard lives of squalor and dependence.”
Earlier this month, thousands of Americans lost their power as a result of Obama administration policies directly connected to the agenda to reduce living standards. Energy prices are now soaring, with the riots in Libya causing gas prices to skyrocket as oil surges day by day, leading to $5 gas prices in some areas of the country and only heading higher.
Watch segments from the July 15 2010 Alex Jones Show below in which Alex Jones and Paul Joseph Watson discussed many of the consequences of the austerity cuts which we now see unfolding for real in Wisconsin and other areas of the United States.
In the final segment, Jones and Watson specifically address what the turning point will be for America, which is when spending to service the federal debt outweighs money spent on maintaining the empire, and how this will mark the visible onset of societal collapse.
